Ionako rekordnim cijenama goriva posljednji tjedan dao je snažno ubrzanje skokom od gotovo okrugle kune po litri. Premda čak 60 posto od prodajne cijene za benzin i dizel što se opasno približila 12 kuna otpada na trošarine i na PDV, država još uvijek ne razmišlja o njihovu smanjivanju.

Da je sva krivnja na svjetskim tržištima, a ne na našim upravljačima, danas su se s Vladom na Gospodarsko-socijalnom vijeću gotovo u dlaku usuglasili i predstavnici Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca i neki sindikalisti. Predstavnik HUP-a je optimistično ustvrdio kako se uslijed snažnog poskupljenja energenata i svih drugih cijena uopće ne očekuje inflacija kakvu smo nekad imali, dok je Vilim Ribić zaključio da eventualnim odricanjem države od trošarina ili poreza naftni derivati neće automatski postati jeftiniji.

Praktična matematika, doduše, tvrdi drugačije: lišena svih poreza i trošarina, litra goriva u Hrvata krajnjem bi potrošaču bila nesumnjivo jeftinija, i to za oko 7 kuna.

O tome jasno svjedoče usporedbe cijena automobilskog goriva u Hrvatskoj i brojnim europskim zemljama, ali i zemljama regije. Hrvatska je trenutno među najskupljima na kontinentu: po cijeni dizela i eurosupera u EU šišaju nas jedino Nizozemska (1.86 eura za litru benzina), te Danska i Norveška (1.77 eura), no riječ je o zemljama nordijskoga kapitalizma s tradicionalno visokim izdvajanjima kroz poreze i doprinose za socijalnu sigurnost. Nešto skuplja od nas je još i Italija u kojoj je benzin 1.69, a dizel 1.54 eura. Hrvatske cijene od nešto manje od 1.5 eura za benzin i dizel su, međutim, istodobno prilično veće nego u susjednoj Sloveniji (1.28 eura benzin, 1.35 dizel), Austriji (1.34 benzin, 1.31 dizel) ili Češkoj (1.46 benzin, 1.29 dizel), pa i Srbiji (1.38 eura benzin 1.41 eura dizel).

U odnosu, pak, na Sjevernu Makedoniju (1.13 eura benzin, 0.99 dizel) ili Bosnu i Hercegovinu (1.17 benzin, 1.15 dizel) hrvatske su cijene goriva drastično veće, gotovo za pola eura po litri. Razlozi su tome, naravno, upravo u porezima i trošarinama.

Hoće li tržišne cijene goriva i dalje rasti, ili će poslušati predstavnike HUP-a i Vilima Ribića pa će se ubrzo samoukrotiti i spriječiti daljnju inflaciju, ostaje da se vidi. Energetski stručnjaci se o pitanju jesu li svjetske cijene nafte sad na najvišim razinama ili bi se mogle i dalje penjati ne usude baš jako precizno odrediti. Nekadašnji direktor INA-e Davor Štern smatra da država ima prostora reagirati vezano uz trošak distribucija goriva. On tvrdi da je 2000. godine marža na Ininim crpkama bila 20 lipa po litri, a danas je veća od kune i pol. „Država ima mogućnosti reći “dečki, malo se smirite, imate prostora malo jeftinije raditi”, ističe Štern.

Fenomen da je dizel danas postao skuplji od benzina on tumači posljedicom trenda dekarbonizacije i zaštite okoliša. Rafinerije su se modernizirale, puno više proizvode svjetlije produkte od dizela i došlo je do disbalansa jer je manje te robe na tržištu, pa joj je veća i cijena. Tako će ostati i u budućnosti, premda su razlike u tim cijenama relativno male, pošto ulazak električnih vozila na tržište posvuda ide više nego sporo – smatra Štern.

Ionako rekordnim cijenama goriva posljednji tjedan dao je snažno ubrzanje skokom od gotovo okrugle kune po litri. Premda čak 60 posto od prodajne cijene za benzin i dizel što se opasno približila 12 kuna otpada na trošarine i na PDV, država još uvijek ne razmišlja o njihovu smanjivanju.

Da je sva krivnja na svjetskim tržištima, a ne na našim upravljačima, danas su se s Vladom na Gospodarsko-socijalnom vijeću gotovo u dlaku usuglasili i predstavnici Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca i neki sindikalisti. Predstavnik HUP-a je optimistično ustvrdio kako se uslijed snažnog poskupljenja energenata i svih drugih cijena uopće ne očekuje inflacija kakvu smo nekad imali, dok je Vilim Ribić zaključio da eventualnim odricanjem države od trošarina ili poreza naftni derivati neće automatski postati jeftiniji.

Praktična matematika, doduše, tvrdi drugačije: lišena svih poreza i trošarina, litra goriva u Hrvata krajnjem bi potrošaču bila nesumnjivo jeftinija, i to za oko 7 kuna.

O tome jasno svjedoče usporedbe cijena automobilskog goriva u Hrvatskoj i brojnim europskim zemljama, ali i zemljama regije. Hrvatska je trenutno među najskupljima na kontinentu: po cijeni dizela i eurosupera u EU šišaju nas jedino Nizozemska (1.86 eura za litru benzina), te Danska i Norveška (1.77 eura), no riječ je o zemljama nordijskoga kapitalizma s tradicionalno visokim izdvajanjima kroz poreze i doprinose za socijalnu sigurnost. Nešto skuplja od nas je još i Italija u kojoj je benzin 1.69, a dizel 1.54 eura. Hrvatske cijene od nešto manje od 1.5 eura za benzin i dizel su, međutim, istodobno prilično veće nego u susjednoj Sloveniji (1.28 eura benzin, 1.35 dizel), Austriji (1.34 benzin, 1.31 dizel) ili Češkoj (1.46 benzin, 1.29 dizel), pa i Srbiji (1.38 eura benzin 1.41 eura dizel).

U odnosu, pak, na Sjevernu Makedoniju (1.13 eura benzin, 0.99 dizel) ili Bosnu i Hercegovinu (1.17 benzin, 1.15 dizel) hrvatske su cijene goriva drastično veće, gotovo za pola eura po litri. Razlozi su tome, naravno, upravo u porezima i trošarinama.

Hoće li tržišne cijene goriva i dalje rasti, ili će poslušati predstavnike HUP-a i Vilima Ribića pa će se ubrzo samoukrotiti i spriječiti daljnju inflaciju, ostaje da se vidi. Energetski stručnjaci se o pitanju jesu li svjetske cijene nafte sad na najvišim razinama ili bi se mogle i dalje penjati ne usude baš jako precizno odrediti. Nekadašnji direktor INA-e Davor Štern smatra da država ima prostora reagirati vezano uz trošak distribucija goriva. On tvrdi da je 2000. godine marža na Ininim crpkama bila 20 lipa po litri, a danas je veća od kune i pol. „Država ima mogućnosti reći “dečki, malo se smirite, imate prostora malo jeftinije raditi”, ističe Štern.

Fenomen da je dizel danas postao skuplji od benzina on tumači posljedicom trenda dekarbonizacije i zaštite okoliša. Rafinerije su se modernizirale, puno više proizvode svjetlije produkte od dizela i došlo je do disbalansa jer je manje te robe na tržištu, pa joj je veća i cijena. Tako će ostati i u budućnosti, premda su razlike u tim cijenama relativno male, pošto ulazak električnih vozila na tržište posvuda ide više nego sporo – smatra Štern.

Hrvatsko gorivo je među najskupljima u Europi! Razlog tome su porezi i trošarine od gotovo 7 kuna po litri! Treba li ih smanjiti?

Ionako rekordnim cijenama goriva posljednji tjedan dao je snažno ubrzanje skokom od gotovo okrugle kune po litri. Premda čak 60 posto od prodajne cijene za benzin i dizel što se opasno približila 12 kuna otpada na trošarine i na PDV, država još uvijek ne razmišlja o njihovu smanjivanju.

Da je sva krivnja na svjetskim tržištima, a ne na našim upravljačima, danas su se s Vladom na Gospodarsko-socijalnom vijeću gotovo u dlaku usuglasili i predstavnici Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca i neki sindikalisti. Predstavnik HUP-a je optimistično ustvrdio kako se uslijed snažnog poskupljenja energenata i svih drugih cijena uopće ne očekuje inflacija kakvu smo nekad imali, dok je Vilim Ribić zaključio da eventualnim odricanjem države od trošarina ili poreza naftni derivati neće automatski postati jeftiniji.

Praktična matematika, doduše, tvrdi drugačije: lišena svih poreza i trošarina, litra goriva u Hrvata krajnjem bi potrošaču bila nesumnjivo jeftinija, i to za oko 7 kuna.

O tome jasno svjedoče usporedbe cijena automobilskog goriva u Hrvatskoj i brojnim europskim zemljama, ali i zemljama regije.
