Twitter profili demokratskog američkog predsjedničkog kandidata Joe Bidena, bivšeg američkog predsjednika Baracka Obame kao i nekih od najbogatijih ljudi poput Billa Gatesa i Elon Muska hakirani su u srijedu, izvijestili su svjetski mediji.

Hakirani su i među inim i twitter profili  milijardera Jeffa Bezosa, repera Kanyea Westa, ali i zvijezde reality showa Kim Kardashian.

U hakiranim 'tvitovima' pozivalo ih se da će udvostručiti zaradu ako pošalju donacije u kripto valuti u točno određeni 'kriptovalutni novčanik'. U nekoliko sati nakon započetog hakerskog napada oko 300 ljudi je nasjelo na Bitcoin prevaru i poslalo više od 100.000 dolara vrijedne Bitcoine.

Tweetovi su izbrisani nekoliko minuta nakon što su prvi objavljeni, a dva sata nakon prvog vala hakerskog napada nije objavljen uzrok tog incidenta. Twitter nije ponudio pojašnjenje, ali u izjavi je poručio da korisnici možda neće moći tvitati ili resetirati zaporku dok pregledavaju i rješavaju taj incident.

Neobičan opseg tog incidenta sugerira da su hakeri možda dobili pristup na razini sustava, a ne putem pojedinačnih računa. Stručnjaci su bili iznenađeni razmjerom i koordinacijom tog incidenta.

Suosnivač tvrtke za cyber-sigurnost CrowdStrike, Dmitri Alperovitch rekao je kako se čini da je to dosad najgori hakerski napad na velike platforme za društvene medije.

Neki stručnjaci rekli su kako se čini vjerojatnim da su hakeri imali pristup unutarnjoj infrastrukturi Twittera.

Twitter profili demokratskog američkog predsjedničkog kandidata Joe Bidena, bivšeg američkog predsjednika Baracka Obame kao i nekih od najbogatijih ljudi poput Billa Gatesa i Elon Muska hakirani su u srijedu, izvijestili su svjetski mediji.

Hakirani su i među inim i twitter profili  milijardera Jeffa Bezosa, repera Kanyea Westa, ali i zvijezde reality showa Kim Kardashian.

U hakiranim 'tvitovima' pozivalo ih se da će udvostručiti zaradu ako pošalju donacije u kripto valuti u točno određeni 'kriptovalutni novčanik'. U nekoliko sati nakon započetog hakerskog napada oko 300 ljudi je nasjelo na Bitcoin prevaru i poslalo više od 100.000 dolara vrijedne Bitcoine.

Tweetovi su izbrisani nekoliko minuta nakon što su prvi objavljeni, a dva sata nakon prvog vala hakerskog napada nije objavljen uzrok tog incidenta. Twitter nije ponudio pojašnjenje, ali u izjavi je poručio da korisnici možda neće moći tvitati ili resetirati zaporku dok pregledavaju i rješavaju taj incident.

Neobičan opseg tog incidenta sugerira da su hakeri možda dobili pristup na razini sustava, a ne putem pojedinačnih računa. Stručnjaci su bili iznenađeni razmjerom i koordinacijom tog incidenta.

Suosnivač tvrtke za cyber-sigurnost CrowdStrike, Dmitri Alperovitch rekao je kako se čini da je to dosad najgori hakerski napad na velike platforme za društvene medije.

Neki stručnjaci rekli su kako se čini vjerojatnim da su hakeri imali pristup unutarnjoj infrastrukturi Twittera.

Hakirani twitter profili nekih od najmoćnijih ljudi svijeta, oko 300 ljudi nasjelo na prevaru i poslalo više od 100.000 dolara vrijedne Bitcoine

Twitter profili demokratskog američkog predsjedničkog kandidata Joe Bidena, bivšeg američkog predsjednika Baracka Obame kao i nekih od najbogatijih ljudi poput Billa Gatesa i Elon Muska hakirani su u srijedu, izvijestili su svjetski mediji.

Hakirani su i među inim i twitter profili  milijardera Jeffa Bezosa, repera Kanyea Westa, ali i zvijezde reality showa Kim Kardashian.

U hakiranim 'tvitovima' pozivalo ih se da će udvostručiti zaradu ako pošalju donacije u kripto valuti u točno određeni 'kriptovalutni novčanik'. U nekoliko sati nakon započetog hakerskog napada oko 300 ljudi je nasjelo na Bitcoin prevaru i poslalo više od 100.000 dolara vrijedne Bitcoine.

Tweetovi su izbrisani nekoliko minuta nakon što su prvi objavljeni, a dva sata nakon prvog vala hakerskog napada nije objavljen uzrok tog incidenta. Twitter nije ponudio pojašnjenje, ali u izjavi je poručio da korisnici možda neće moći tvitati ili resetirati zaporku dok pregledavaju i rješavaju taj incident.

Neobičan opseg tog incidenta sugerira da su hakeri možda dobili pristup na razini sustava, a ne putem pojedinačnih računa. Stručnjaci su bili iznenađeni razmjerom i koordinacijom tog incidenta.

Suosnivač tvrtke za cyber-sigurnost CrowdStrike, Dmitri Alperovitch rekao je kako se čini da je to dosad najgori hakerski napad na velike platforme za društvene medije.

Neki stručnjaci rekli su kako se čini vjerojatnim da su hakeri imali pristup unutarnjoj infrastrukturi Twittera.
