- Prema odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku, nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora osumnjičeniku. Osumnjičeni vozač BMW-a splitskih registracija je Splićanin i državljanin Republike Hrvatske, rođen 1976. godine, po zanimanju diplomirani ekonomist, a u ŽDO-u Dubrovnik iznio je svoju obranu - rekla nam je dežurna zamjenica dubrovačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika Katija Kristović, koja je ispitala osumnjičenog splitskog vozača koji se sumnjiči za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtno stradalom osobom prilikom slijetanja osobnog vozila marke BMW u more s platoa trajektnog pristaništa u Prapratnom na Pelješcu.

Inače, neslužbeno smo doznali kako je osumnjičeni splitski vozač I. B. (47), nakon uhićenja zbog osnovane sumnje da je izazvao prometnu nesreću sa smrtnim ishodom, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku te je prenoćio u ćeliji Villa Palme, odnosno sjedištu Policijske uprave dubrovačke.

Jučer oko 13.30 sati priveden je u Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku, a kako nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora, to znači da ga policija neće niti dovoditi dežurnom sucu istrage, odnosno u Istražni centar dubrovačkog Županijskog suda te da će se osumnjičenik u daljnjem tijeku pravosudnog postupka braniti sa slobode.

Podsjetimo kako je u teškoj prometnoj nesreći do koje je došlo u nedjelju 19. ožujka uvečer, oko 22.45 sati, život izgubila suvozačica, inače ruska pravnica Polina Golubeva koja, kako smo doznali, nije bila vezana sigurnosnim pojasom. Vozeći iz smjera Dubrovnika prema Splitu vozač BMW-a je, umjesto na pristupnu cestu Pelješkom mostu, skrenuo prema Prapratnom i trajektnoj luci te je bez zaustavljanja, brzom vožnjom, s automobilom završio u moru.

U krvi vozača je izmjeren 0,81 promil alkohola, a on i dvoje putnika su preživjeli. No, nisu uspjeli spasiti svoju prijateljicu iz vozila. Neslužbeno, pretpostavlja se da je zbog nevezivanja sigurnosnim pojasom suvozačica pri slijetanju vozila u more pristaništa u Prapratnom udarila u vjetrobransko staklo te privremeno izgubila svijest, što je utjecalo na to da izgubi život u stravičnoj nesreći. Inače, podsjetimo i na okolnost da je do nesreće, na udaljenosti od samo 50 metara, došlo samo sedam mjeseci nakon što je slijetanjem osobnog vozila u more život izgubio 27-godišnji državljanin Indije.

- Prema odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku, nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora osumnjičeniku. Osumnjičeni vozač BMW-a splitskih registracija je Splićanin i državljanin Republike Hrvatske, rođen 1976. godine, po zanimanju diplomirani ekonomist, a u ŽDO-u Dubrovnik iznio je svoju obranu - rekla nam je dežurna zamjenica dubrovačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika Katija Kristović, koja je ispitala osumnjičenog splitskog vozača koji se sumnjiči za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtno stradalom osobom prilikom slijetanja osobnog vozila marke BMW u more s platoa trajektnog pristaništa u Prapratnom na Pelješcu.

Inače, neslužbeno smo doznali kako je osumnjičeni splitski vozač I. B. (47), nakon uhićenja zbog osnovane sumnje da je izazvao prometnu nesreću sa smrtnim ishodom, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku te je prenoćio u ćeliji Villa Palme, odnosno sjedištu Policijske uprave dubrovačke.

Jučer oko 13.30 sati priveden je u Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku, a kako nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora, to znači da ga policija neće niti dovoditi dežurnom sucu istrage, odnosno u Istražni centar dubrovačkog Županijskog suda te da će se osumnjičenik u daljnjem tijeku pravosudnog postupka braniti sa slobode.

Podsjetimo kako je u teškoj prometnoj nesreći do koje je došlo u nedjelju 19. ožujka uvečer, oko 22.45 sati, život izgubila suvozačica, inače ruska pravnica Polina Golubeva koja, kako smo doznali, nije bila vezana sigurnosnim pojasom. Vozeći iz smjera Dubrovnika prema Splitu vozač BMW-a je, umjesto na pristupnu cestu Pelješkom mostu, skrenuo prema Prapratnom i trajektnoj luci te je bez zaustavljanja, brzom vožnjom, s automobilom završio u moru.

U krvi vozača je izmjeren 0,81 promil alkohola, a on i dvoje putnika su preživjeli. No, nisu uspjeli spasiti svoju prijateljicu iz vozila. Neslužbeno, pretpostavlja se da je zbog nevezivanja sigurnosnim pojasom suvozačica pri slijetanju vozila u more pristaništa u Prapratnom udarila u vjetrobransko staklo te privremeno izgubila svijest, što je utjecalo na to da izgubi život u stravičnoj nesreći. Inače, podsjetimo i na okolnost da je do nesreće, na udaljenosti od samo 50 metara, došlo samo sedam mjeseci nakon što je slijetanjem osobnog vozila u more život izgubio 27-godišnji državljanin Indije.

Ekonomist iz Splita koji je vozio BMW pušten na slobodu. Otkrilo se i zašto suvozačica nije uspjela izaći iz auta

- Prema odredbama Zakona o kaznenom postupku, nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora osumnjičeniku. Osumnjičeni vozač BMW-a splitskih registracija je Splićanin i državljanin Republike Hrvatske, rođen 1976. godine, po zanimanju diplomirani ekonomist, a u ŽDO-u Dubrovnik iznio je svoju obranu - rekla nam je dežurna zamjenica dubrovačkog županijskog državnog odvjetnika Katija Kristović, koja je ispitala osumnjičenog splitskog vozača koji se sumnjiči za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtno stradalom osobom prilikom slijetanja osobnog vozila marke BMW u more s platoa trajektnog pristaništa u Prapratnom na Pelješcu.

Inače, neslužbeno smo doznali kako je osumnjičeni splitski vozač I. B. (47), nakon uhićenja zbog osnovane sumnje da je izazvao prometnu nesreću sa smrtnim ishodom, predan pritvorskom nadzorniku te je prenoćio u ćeliji Villa Palme, odnosno sjedištu Policijske uprave dubrovačke.

Jučer oko 13.30 sati priveden je u Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Dubrovniku, a kako nema osnova za predlaganje istražnog zatvora, to znači da ga policija neće niti dovoditi dežurnom sucu istrage, odnosno u Istražni centar dubrovačkog Županijskog suda te da će se osumnjičenik u daljnjem tijeku pravosudnog postupka braniti sa slobode.

Podsjetimo kako je u teškoj prometnoj nesreći do koje je došlo u nedjelju 19. ožujka uvečer, oko 22.45 sati, život izgubila suvozačica, inače ruska pravnica Polina Golubeva koja, kako smo doznali, nije bila vezana sigurnosnim pojasom. Vozeći iz smjera Dubrovnika prema Splitu vozač BMW-a je, umjesto na pristupnu cestu Pelješkom mostu, skrenuo prema Prapratnom i trajektnoj luci te je bez zaustavljanja, brzom vožnjom, s automobilom završio u moru.

U krvi vozača je izmjeren 0,81 promil alkohola, a on i dvoje putnika su preživjeli. No, nisu uspjeli spasiti svoju prijateljicu iz vozila. Neslužbeno, pretpostavlja se da je zbog nevezivanja sigurnosnim pojasom suvozačica pri slijetanju vozila u more pristaništa u Prapratnom udarila u vjetrobransko staklo te privremeno izgubila svijest, što je utjecalo na to da izgubi život u stravičnoj nesreći. Inače, podsjetimo i na okolnost da je do nesreće, na udaljenosti od samo 50 metara, došlo samo sedam mjeseci nakon što je slijetanjem osobnog vozila u more život izgubio 27-godišnji državljanin Indije.
