Marijo Parčina, epidemiolog i mikrobiolog iz Sveučilišne bolnice u Bonnu, osvrnuo se za HRT na nove probleme s AstraZenecinom cjepivom u Njemačkoj.
- Broj slučajeva je porastao, imamo slučajeve sveučilišnih klinika koje su zaustavile cijepljenje osoblja s tim cjepivom. Imali smo smrtni ishod kolegice stare 55 godina, isto slučaj tromboze. Što se tiče globalne perspektive, podaci koje dobivamo iz Njemačke ne odgovaraju onima koje dobivamo iz Engleske.
To je ono što EMA zasad uzima pod veliko povećalo i gleda zašto u Njemačkoj ima toliko slučajeva tromboze, a zašto to odskače u Engleskoj gdje je procijepljenost tim cjepivom puno veća.
Zasad imamo potvrđen 31 slučaj, još se špekulira od dva slučaja. Kad ih usporedite s trombozom koja se dešava kod hormonalne terapije za žene, to su slučajevi od incidencije od 5-7 po 10.000 žena. Ako idemo na pilule 3. i 4. generacije, incidencija je još veća.
Na 2,1 milijun cijepljenih AstraZenecom u Njemačkoj imamo incidenciju od 33 duboke venske tromboze, rekao je Parčina.
Parčina je rekao da se u većini slučajeva radi o ženama starosti između 20 i 63 godine. Kompromisno je odlučeno da je cjepivo sigurno za osobe starije od 60 godina, a za mlađe od 60 godina liječnik sam mora procijeniti rizik i odlučiti hoće li osobu cijepiti AstraZenecom ili ne.
Epidemiolog Parčina je ponovio kako je svako putovanje rizik. Što se tiče prelaska granice i putovanja avionom, rekao je kako se uglavnom traži negativan test na koronavirus. U Njemačkoj su mjere vrlo različite, od regija gdje su otvorene samo prehrambene trgovine i ljekarne, do onih gdje pojedine specijalizirane trgovine rade.
- U Hrvatskoj je režim puno liberalniji, mjere su ovdje na puno većoj razini, rekao je Parčina dodajući da imaju konstantni rast novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih među mlađom populacijom.
- Jedan od razloga je i strategija što smo prvo procijepili starije. Rijetki su slučajevi cijepljenih ljudi kod kojih možemo dokazati virus. Simptomi su tu, ali vrlo blagi. Oni su zarazni za druge, što nam izaziva glavobolje, rekao je.

Marijo Parčina, epidemiolog i mikrobiolog iz Sveučilišne bolnice u Bonnu, osvrnuo se za HRT na nove probleme s AstraZenecinom cjepivom u Njemačkoj.
- Broj slučajeva je porastao, imamo slučajeve sveučilišnih klinika koje su zaustavile cijepljenje osoblja s tim cjepivom. Imali smo smrtni ishod kolegice stare 55 godina, isto slučaj tromboze. Što se tiče globalne perspektive, podaci koje dobivamo iz Njemačke ne odgovaraju onima koje dobivamo iz Engleske.
To je ono što EMA zasad uzima pod veliko povećalo i gleda zašto u Njemačkoj ima toliko slučajeva tromboze, a zašto to odskače u Engleskoj gdje je procijepljenost tim cjepivom puno veća.
Zasad imamo potvrđen 31 slučaj, još se špekulira od dva slučaja. Kad ih usporedite s trombozom koja se dešava kod hormonalne terapije za žene, to su slučajevi od incidencije od 5-7 po 10.000 žena. Ako idemo na pilule 3. i 4. generacije, incidencija je još veća.
Na 2,1 milijun cijepljenih AstraZenecom u Njemačkoj imamo incidenciju od 33 duboke venske tromboze, rekao je Parčina.
Parčina je rekao da se u većini slučajeva radi o ženama starosti između 20 i 63 godine. Kompromisno je odlučeno da je cjepivo sigurno za osobe starije od 60 godina, a za mlađe od 60 godina liječnik sam mora procijeniti rizik i odlučiti hoće li osobu cijepiti AstraZenecom ili ne.
Epidemiolog Parčina je ponovio kako je svako putovanje rizik. Što se tiče prelaska granice i putovanja avionom, rekao je kako se uglavnom traži negativan test na koronavirus. U Njemačkoj su mjere vrlo različite, od regija gdje su otvorene samo prehrambene trgovine i ljekarne, do onih gdje pojedine specijalizirane trgovine rade.
- U Hrvatskoj je režim puno liberalniji, mjere su ovdje na puno većoj razini, rekao je Parčina dodajući da imaju konstantni rast novozaraženih i hospitaliziranih među mlađom populacijom.
- Jedan od razloga je i strategija što smo prvo procijepili starije. Rijetki su slučajevi cijepljenih ljudi kod kojih možemo dokazati virus. Simptomi su tu, ali vrlo blagi. Oni su zarazni za druge, što nam izaziva glavobolje, rekao je.
