Zdravstveni sustav od ponedjeljka 4. svibnja počet će raditi normalno, ali uz provođenje propisanih mjera od strane Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu. Zbog toga su uslijedile kritike struke i javnosti, no isto tako stigla je i podrška.

Više o detaljima pokretanja jednog iznimno bitnog i osjetljivog sektora tijekom epidemije koronavirusa, otkrio je za RTL Danas ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Trenutno imamo 218 zdravstvenih djelatnika zaraženih koronavirusom i to dok je zdravstvo bilo na pola pogona, zbog čega postoji strah da kad krene puni pogon, jedna od ambulanti ili bolnica može postati novo žarište zaraze.

"To je realna mogućnost. Međutim, trenutna epidemiološka situacija u Hrvatskoj. Naime, kao liječnik i kao inistar veselim se kad situacija počne funkcionirati na uboičajen način, pa da građanima omogućimo adekvatnu zdravstvenu uslugu. Realno je da virus uđe u sustav jer on i dalje postoji, nismo ga pobijedili", kazao je Vili Beroš pa naveo da postoje scenariji za slučajeve novog "napada" koronavirusa u zdravstvu:

"Ne zatvaramo cijelu ustanovu nego kao dosad, poštivat ćemo epidemiološke mjere. Gledajte, reaktivacija će biti postupna, od postupanja prema bolesnicima do zdravstvenih radnika. To je jedan vrlo opsežan dokument, koji je pokušao obuhvatiti sve scenarije, a s namjerom da krećemo u reaktivaciju jer u ovom trenutku svjedočimo činjenici da zdravstveni sustav nije preopterećen. Izbjegli smo, u ovom trenutku, talijanski i druge loše scenarije. Dobro stojimo s novooboljelima i hospitaliziranima. Ostavit ćemo određene kapacitete za tretman oboljelih, ali svi dijelovi sustava morat će pružati adekvatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu."

Za hrvatske prilike čest je slučaj da osoba bude naručena u određeno vrijeme, ali potom mora čekati po nekoliko sati da uistinu dođe na red. Pitanje je može li se to izbjeći...

"Ministarstvo zdravstva daje administrativni okvir, nije nadređeno svim ustanovama, koje imaju svoje protokole i uvjete rade. Ono što je osnovno u komunikaciji s ravnateljima zdravstvenim ustanovama, jesu rasprave u ovom smjeru. Nadam se da scenarija s tolikim čekanjem neće biti, apeliram da se ne događaju", naglasio je Beroš.

Potom se osvrnuo na gorući problem, zabranu rada nedjeljom, koje su stvorile velike gužve subotom u trgovinama, tržnicama...

"Epidemiološki okvir je taj koji uzimamo u obzir. Također, treba znati da je ova subota specifična jer je petak bio neradni dan i možda je to razlog povećanih gužva. U svakom slučaju, potrebna je veća odgovornost svih nas kao građana i kupca, da ne bi bilo gužvi. Što se tiče nedjelje, mobilnost je najveći faktor širenja infekcije. Kad jednom ova epidemija bude iza nas, možda ćemo razmišljati o vraćanju u normalne okolnosti", ustvrdio je Beroš pa otkrio razmišlja li o scenariju mogućeg prebacivanja neradnog dana s nedjelje na neki drugi dan:

"Da. Ali, ne radi se samo o gužvama u trgovinama nego i u javnom prijevozu. O tome razmišljamo, razgovaramo i zbog toga ćemo poduzimati potrebne aktivnosti."

Ministarstvo socijalne politike 11. travnja izdalo je rješenje svim domovima za starije u Hrvatskoj, njih 6300, a odnosi se i na zaposlene, da se svi moraju testirati. I to u smjenama, svakog dana, no pitanje je jesu li svi testirani.

"Ne mogu vam to reći, ali s testovima nije bilo sve u redu, to rješavamo. Koliko sam informiran, u svim slučajevima kad su djelatnici konfrontirani s mogućom zarazom, dan prije se testiraju. I to se odvija u svim domovima za starije", zaključio je Vili Beroš za RTL Danas.

Zdravstveni sustav od ponedjeljka 4. svibnja počet će raditi normalno, ali uz provođenje propisanih mjera od strane Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu. Zbog toga su uslijedile kritike struke i javnosti, no isto tako stigla je i podrška.

Više o detaljima pokretanja jednog iznimno bitnog i osjetljivog sektora tijekom epidemije koronavirusa, otkrio je za RTL Danas ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Trenutno imamo 218 zdravstvenih djelatnika zaraženih koronavirusom i to dok je zdravstvo bilo na pola pogona, zbog čega postoji strah da kad krene puni pogon, jedna od ambulanti ili bolnica može postati novo žarište zaraze.

"To je realna mogućnost. Međutim, trenutna epidemiološka situacija u Hrvatskoj. Naime, kao liječnik i kao inistar veselim se kad situacija počne funkcionirati na uboičajen način, pa da građanima omogućimo adekvatnu zdravstvenu uslugu. Realno je da virus uđe u sustav jer on i dalje postoji, nismo ga pobijedili", kazao je Vili Beroš pa naveo da postoje scenariji za slučajeve novog "napada" koronavirusa u zdravstvu:

"Ne zatvaramo cijelu ustanovu nego kao dosad, poštivat ćemo epidemiološke mjere. Gledajte, reaktivacija će biti postupna, od postupanja prema bolesnicima do zdravstvenih radnika. To je jedan vrlo opsežan dokument, koji je pokušao obuhvatiti sve scenarije, a s namjerom da krećemo u reaktivaciju jer u ovom trenutku svjedočimo činjenici da zdravstveni sustav nije preopterećen. Izbjegli smo, u ovom trenutku, talijanski i druge loše scenarije. Dobro stojimo s novooboljelima i hospitaliziranima. Ostavit ćemo određene kapacitete za tretman oboljelih, ali svi dijelovi sustava morat će pružati adekvatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu."

Za hrvatske prilike čest je slučaj da osoba bude naručena u određeno vrijeme, ali potom mora čekati po nekoliko sati da uistinu dođe na red. Pitanje je može li se to izbjeći...

"Ministarstvo zdravstva daje administrativni okvir, nije nadređeno svim ustanovama, koje imaju svoje protokole i uvjete rade. Ono što je osnovno u komunikaciji s ravnateljima zdravstvenim ustanovama, jesu rasprave u ovom smjeru. Nadam se da scenarija s tolikim čekanjem neće biti, apeliram da se ne događaju", naglasio je Beroš.

Potom se osvrnuo na gorući problem, zabranu rada nedjeljom, koje su stvorile velike gužve subotom u trgovinama, tržnicama...

"Epidemiološki okvir je taj koji uzimamo u obzir. Također, treba znati da je ova subota specifična jer je petak bio neradni dan i možda je to razlog povećanih gužva. U svakom slučaju, potrebna je veća odgovornost svih nas kao građana i kupca, da ne bi bilo gužvi. Što se tiče nedjelje, mobilnost je najveći faktor širenja infekcije. Kad jednom ova epidemija bude iza nas, možda ćemo razmišljati o vraćanju u normalne okolnosti", ustvrdio je Beroš pa otkrio razmišlja li o scenariju mogućeg prebacivanja neradnog dana s nedjelje na neki drugi dan:

"Da. Ali, ne radi se samo o gužvama u trgovinama nego i u javnom prijevozu. O tome razmišljamo, razgovaramo i zbog toga ćemo poduzimati potrebne aktivnosti."

Ministarstvo socijalne politike 11. travnja izdalo je rješenje svim domovima za starije u Hrvatskoj, njih 6300, a odnosi se i na zaposlene, da se svi moraju testirati. I to u smjenama, svakog dana, no pitanje je jesu li svi testirani.

"Ne mogu vam to reći, ali s testovima nije bilo sve u redu, to rješavamo. Koliko sam informiran, u svim slučajevima kad su djelatnici konfrontirani s mogućom zarazom, dan prije se testiraju. I to se odvija u svim domovima za starije", zaključio je Vili Beroš za RTL Danas.

Beroš priznao da se preispituje odluka o zabrani rada nedjeljom, otkrio scenarij za slučaj upada korone u zdravstveni sustav nakon reaktivacije

Zdravstveni sustav od ponedjeljka 4. svibnja počet će raditi normalno, ali uz provođenje propisanih mjera od strane Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu. Zbog toga su uslijedile kritike struke i javnosti, no isto tako stigla je i podrška.

Više o detaljima pokretanja jednog iznimno bitnog i osjetljivog sektora tijekom epidemije koronavirusa, otkrio je za RTL Danas ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš.

Trenutno imamo 218 zdravstvenih djelatnika zaraženih koronavirusom i to dok je zdravstvo bilo na pola pogona, zbog čega postoji strah da kad krene puni pogon, jedna od ambulanti ili bolnica može postati novo žarište zaraze.

"To je realna mogućnost. Međutim, trenutna epidemiološka situacija u Hrvatskoj. Naime, kao liječnik i kao inistar veselim se kad situacija počne funkcionirati na uboičajen način, pa da građanima omogućimo adekvatnu zdravstvenu uslugu. Realno je da virus uđe u sustav jer on i dalje postoji, nismo ga pobijedili", kazao je Vili Beroš pa naveo da postoje scenariji za slučajeve novog "napada" koronavirusa u zdravstvu:

"Ne zatvaramo cijelu ustanovu nego kao dosad, poštivat ćemo epidemiološke mjere. Gledajte, reaktivacija će biti postupna, od postupanja prema bolesnicima do zdravstvenih radnika. To je jedan vrlo opsežan dokument, koji je pokušao obuhvatiti sve scenarije, a s namjerom da krećemo u reaktivaciju jer u ovom trenutku svjedočimo činjenici da zdravstveni sustav nije preopterećen. Izbjegli smo, u ovom trenutku, talijanski i druge loše scenarije. Dobro stojimo s novooboljelima i hospitaliziranima. Ostavit ćemo određene kapacitete za tretman oboljelih, ali svi dijelovi sustava morat će pružati adekvatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu."

Za hrvatske prilike čest je slučaj da osoba bude naručena u određeno vrijeme, ali potom mora čekati po nekoliko sati da uistinu dođe na red. Pitanje je može li se to izbjeći...

"Ministarstvo zdravstva daje administrativni okvir, nije nadređeno svim ustanovama, koje imaju svoje protokole i uvjete rade. Ono što je osnovno u komunikaciji s ravnateljima zdravstvenim ustanovama, jesu rasprave u ovom smjeru. Nadam se da scenarija s tolikim čekanjem neće biti, apeliram da se ne događaju", naglasio je Beroš.

Potom se osvrnuo na gorući problem, zabranu rada nedjeljom, koje su stvorile velike gužve subotom u trgovinama, tržnicama...

"Epidemiološki okvir je taj koji uzimamo u obzir. Također, treba znati da je ova subota specifična jer je petak bio neradni dan i možda je to razlog povećanih gužva. U svakom slučaju, potrebna je veća odgovornost svih nas kao građana i kupca, da ne bi bilo gužvi. Što se tiče nedjelje, mobilnost je najveći faktor širenja infekcije. Kad jednom ova epidemija bude iza nas, možda ćemo razmišljati o vraćanju u normalne okolnosti", ustvrdio je Beroš pa otkrio razmišlja li o scenariju mogućeg prebacivanja neradnog dana s nedjelje na neki drugi dan:

"Da. Ali, ne radi se samo o gužvama u trgovinama nego i u javnom prijevozu. O tome razmišljamo, razgovaramo i zbog toga ćemo poduzimati potrebne aktivnosti."

Ministarstvo socijalne politike 11. travnja izdalo je rješenje svim domovima za starije u Hrvatskoj, njih 6300, a odnosi se i na zaposlene, da se svi moraju testirati. I to u smjenama, svakog dana, no pitanje je jesu li svi testirani.

"Ne mogu vam to reći, ali s testovima nije bilo sve u redu, to rješavamo. Koliko sam informiran, u svim slučajevima kad su djelatnici konfrontirani s mogućom zarazom, dan prije se testiraju. I to se odvija u svim domovima za starije", zaključio je Vili Beroš za RTL Danas.
