– Uspjeli smo u najvažnijem – cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa znatno smo smanjili broj dnevno umrlih. Ovdje u Njemačkoj prije cijepljenja smo znali dnevno imati i do 1200 smrtnih slučajeva. Sada, kad smo u velikoj mjeri procijepili, barem prvim cijepljenjem, stariju populaciju, imamo dnevno između 200 i 300 umrlih. Istini za volju, to su i dalje velike brojke, ali neusporedivo bolje nego prije cijepljenja – rekao nam je prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, slovenski infektolog iz berlinske bolnice Charite.

U Njemačkoj broj dnevnih infekcija raste, pa su tako jučer imali oko 17 tisuća novooboljelih.

– Stanje je sada takvo, a prije mjesec dana dnevno smo imali između 3000 i 5000 novooboljelih. Zbog porasta broja dnevno novooboljelih u Njemačkoj je uveden "uskrsni lockdown" kako ljudi ne bi mogli putovati. No, ako taj lockdown ne bude dao rezultata, bojim se da bismo za 20-ak dana mogli imati i do 30 tisuća dnevno novooboljelih – govori dr. Trampuž.

Na intenzivnim odjelima u Njemačkoj u ovom je trenutku oko 3000 osoba.

– Sve su to mlađe osobe s teškim simptomima. Njihova je dob za 15 do 20 godina manja nego bolesnika koji su prije cijepljenja bili na intenzivnim njegama. Međutim, kako je otvorena Mallorca, poznata turistička destinacija za Nijemce, koji su sada pohrlili tamo, strah me je i pomisliti što bi se moglo dogoditi ako se virus bude širio. Naime, u Mallorci su se pojavili južnoafrički i brazilski soj koronavirusa i svi oni koji su tamo otišli morat će se prilikom povratka u Njemačku testirati. Bude li test negativan, moći će nesmetano ući u Njemačku. Ako se u Mallorci i dalje budu širili južnoafrički i brazilski soj, svi će stanovnici Njemačke nakon povratka kući morati ići u karantenu od 14 dana – objašnjava naš sugovornik.

Sve se zemlje žele otvoriti, ljudima je dosta korone, no brojke govore drukčije.

– Najveći su problem mutanti virusa, koji se brže šire, o čemu sam za vaše novine govorio prije više od mjesec dana. Tada sam rekao, a i dalje stojim pri tome, da ako imamo mutanta koji se širi 30 posto brže od "originalnog" virusa, i epidemiološke mjere moraju biti 30 posto strože i nikakvo otvaranje ne dolazi u obzir – kaže dr. Trampuž.

Naš sugovornik uopće ne sumnja u to tko je kriv za ovako lošu situaciju s cjepivom u Europi.

– Krivi su političari. Europska unija napravila je veliku pogrešku i zbog toga sada mnogi ispaštaju. Europski političari morali su se ponijeti kao i političari u SAD-u, koji su naručili svako moguće cjepivo i nisu pitali za cijenu. U Europi su htjeli uštedjeti i gledali su koje je cjepivo najjeftinije, a to je velika pogreška koja nas skupo košta. U Europi nema ni jedne države koja je po postotku cijepljenja bolja od drugih, sve su jednako loše. Međutim, mislim da će ovaj problem biti brzo riješen jer su sve farmaceutske tvrtke povećale svoje proizvodne kapacitete i bit će sve više cjepiva. Isto tako, u svibnju, a možda i prije treba očekivati dolazak na tržište i cjepiva Curevac, koje se također pripravlja na platformi mRNK-a. Mislim da ćemo do ljeta dobro procijepiti europsko stanovništvo i da turistička sezona i neće biti tako loša – zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.

– Uspjeli smo u najvažnijem – cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa znatno smo smanjili broj dnevno umrlih. Ovdje u Njemačkoj prije cijepljenja smo znali dnevno imati i do 1200 smrtnih slučajeva. Sada, kad smo u velikoj mjeri procijepili, barem prvim cijepljenjem, stariju populaciju, imamo dnevno između 200 i 300 umrlih. Istini za volju, to su i dalje velike brojke, ali neusporedivo bolje nego prije cijepljenja – rekao nam je prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, slovenski infektolog iz berlinske bolnice Charite.

U Njemačkoj broj dnevnih infekcija raste, pa su tako jučer imali oko 17 tisuća novooboljelih.

– Stanje je sada takvo, a prije mjesec dana dnevno smo imali između 3000 i 5000 novooboljelih. Zbog porasta broja dnevno novooboljelih u Njemačkoj je uveden "uskrsni lockdown" kako ljudi ne bi mogli putovati. No, ako taj lockdown ne bude dao rezultata, bojim se da bismo za 20-ak dana mogli imati i do 30 tisuća dnevno novooboljelih – govori dr. Trampuž.

Na intenzivnim odjelima u Njemačkoj u ovom je trenutku oko 3000 osoba.

– Sve su to mlađe osobe s teškim simptomima. Njihova je dob za 15 do 20 godina manja nego bolesnika koji su prije cijepljenja bili na intenzivnim njegama. Međutim, kako je otvorena Mallorca, poznata turistička destinacija za Nijemce, koji su sada pohrlili tamo, strah me je i pomisliti što bi se moglo dogoditi ako se virus bude širio. Naime, u Mallorci su se pojavili južnoafrički i brazilski soj koronavirusa i svi oni koji su tamo otišli morat će se prilikom povratka u Njemačku testirati. Bude li test negativan, moći će nesmetano ući u Njemačku. Ako se u Mallorci i dalje budu širili južnoafrički i brazilski soj, svi će stanovnici Njemačke nakon povratka kući morati ići u karantenu od 14 dana – objašnjava naš sugovornik.

Sve se zemlje žele otvoriti, ljudima je dosta korone, no brojke govore drukčije.

– Najveći su problem mutanti virusa, koji se brže šire, o čemu sam za vaše novine govorio prije više od mjesec dana. Tada sam rekao, a i dalje stojim pri tome, da ako imamo mutanta koji se širi 30 posto brže od "originalnog" virusa, i epidemiološke mjere moraju biti 30 posto strože i nikakvo otvaranje ne dolazi u obzir – kaže dr. Trampuž.

Naš sugovornik uopće ne sumnja u to tko je kriv za ovako lošu situaciju s cjepivom u Europi.

– Krivi su političari. Europska unija napravila je veliku pogrešku i zbog toga sada mnogi ispaštaju. Europski političari morali su se ponijeti kao i političari u SAD-u, koji su naručili svako moguće cjepivo i nisu pitali za cijenu. U Europi su htjeli uštedjeti i gledali su koje je cjepivo najjeftinije, a to je velika pogreška koja nas skupo košta. U Europi nema ni jedne države koja je po postotku cijepljenja bolja od drugih, sve su jednako loše. Međutim, mislim da će ovaj problem biti brzo riješen jer su sve farmaceutske tvrtke povećale svoje proizvodne kapacitete i bit će sve više cjepiva. Isto tako, u svibnju, a možda i prije treba očekivati dolazak na tržište i cjepiva Curevac, koje se također pripravlja na platformi mRNK-a. Mislim da ćemo do ljeta dobro procijepiti europsko stanovništvo i da turistička sezona i neće biti tako loša – zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.

Andrej Trampuž iz Berlina: Uspjeli smo, dnevno umire manje od 300 ljudi, a mislim da ćemo do ljeta dobro procijepiti europsko stanovništvo

– Uspjeli smo u najvažnijem – cijepljenjem protiv koronavirusa znatno smo smanjili broj dnevno umrlih. Ovdje u Njemačkoj prije cijepljenja smo znali dnevno imati i do 1200 smrtnih slučajeva. Sada, kad smo u velikoj mjeri procijepili, barem prvim cijepljenjem, stariju populaciju, imamo dnevno između 200 i 300 umrlih. Istini za volju, to su i dalje velike brojke, ali neusporedivo bolje nego prije cijepljenja – rekao nam je prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, slovenski infektolog iz berlinske bolnice Charite.

U Njemačkoj broj dnevnih infekcija raste, pa su tako jučer imali oko 17 tisuća novooboljelih.

– Stanje je sada takvo, a prije mjesec dana dnevno smo imali između 3000 i 5000 novooboljelih. Zbog porasta broja dnevno novooboljelih u Njemačkoj je uveden "uskrsni lockdown" kako ljudi ne bi mogli putovati. No, ako taj lockdown ne bude dao rezultata, bojim se da bismo za 20-ak dana mogli imati i do 30 tisuća dnevno novooboljelih – govori dr. Trampuž.

Na intenzivnim odjelima u Njemačkoj u ovom je trenutku oko 3000 osoba.

– Sve su to mlađe osobe s teškim simptomima. Njihova je dob za 15 do 20 godina manja nego bolesnika koji su prije cijepljenja bili na intenzivnim njegama. Međutim, kako je otvorena Mallorca, poznata turistička destinacija za Nijemce, koji su sada pohrlili tamo, strah me je i pomisliti što bi se moglo dogoditi ako se virus bude širio. Naime, u Mallorci su se pojavili južnoafrički i brazilski soj koronavirusa i svi oni koji su tamo otišli morat će se prilikom povratka u Njemačku testirati. Bude li test negativan, moći će nesmetano ući u Njemačku. Ako se u Mallorci i dalje budu širili južnoafrički i brazilski soj, svi će stanovnici Njemačke nakon povratka kući morati ići u karantenu od 14 dana – objašnjava naš sugovornik.
