Predsjednik ŽO SDP-a Zadarske županije Jure Zubčić uputio je javno priopćenje zbog svakodnevnog problema s parkiranjem ispred zadarske Poliklinike istaknuvši kako jedna mala i naizgled beznačajna priča govori jako puno o čelnicima javnih ustanova?

Kaos pri ulasku na parking, kaos pri izlasku. Stvaraju se čepovi, često se ne može ni naći parking. Za izaći s parkinga se često čeka i više od pola sata. Rješenja nigdje na vidiku.

Unatoč tome, čelnik Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Zadarske županije, Zoran Škrgatić, je više mjeseci na tom istom parkingu držao parkirano vozilo od najbližih članova svoje obitelji. Toliko dugo, da je netko na samom staklu napisao "Čiji si?"

Zašto je, dakle, ova naizgled mala priča važna?

Važna je jer pokazuje kako se ravnatelji ponašaju prema onoj "Mogu što hoću!". Dok pacijenti vode svakodnevnu borbu s parkingom on koristi svoj povlašten položaj kako bi, eto, čuvao negdje auto. S obzirom da je auto bio parkiran više mjeseci pozivam ravnatelja Škrgatića da objavi koliko je platio parking s obzirom da se navedeni parking naplaćuje? Ili je i pritom iskoristio svoj povlašteni položaj ravnatelja i nije platio parking?

Poruka za ravnatelja Škrgatića je da živimo u društvu ravnopravnih, a ne u društvu povlaštenih. Vjerujem da mu to vrlo teško shvaća s obzirom da odbija odgovoriti na zahtjev za pristup informacijama kao i što opetovano izbjegava pisano odgovoriti na vijećnička pitanja.

Ravnatelju Škrgatić, javljamo se, dobrovoljno da Vam objasnimo osnovna demokratska načela te pojmove ravnopravnosti kao i pojam zloupotrebe položaja. Očekivali bismo da nakon toliko godina "ravnateljevanja" to razumijete. Razočarani jesmo, ali nimalo iznenađeni - poručio je Zubčić.

Predsjednik ŽO SDP-a Zadarske županije Jure Zubčić uputio je javno priopćenje zbog svakodnevnog problema s parkiranjem ispred zadarske Poliklinike istaknuvši kako jedna mala i naizgled beznačajna priča govori jako puno o čelnicima javnih ustanova?

- Za problem parkinga ispred zgrade poliklinika zna svatko tko je tamo otišao na pregled.

Kaos pri ulasku na parking, kaos pri izlasku. Stvaraju se čepovi, često se ne može ni naći parking. Za izaći s parkinga se često čeka i više od pola sata. Rješenja nigdje na vidiku.

Unatoč tome, čelnik Zavoda za javno zdravstvo Zadarske županije, Zoran Škrgatić, je više mjeseci na tom istom parkingu držao parkirano vozilo od najbližih članova svoje obitelji. Toliko dugo, da je netko na samom staklu napisao "Čiji si?"

Zašto je, dakle, ova naizgled mala priča važna?

Važna je jer pokazuje kako se ravnatelji ponašaju prema onoj "Mogu što hoću!". Dok pacijenti vode svakodnevnu borbu s parkingom on koristi svoj povlašten položaj kako bi, eto, čuvao negdje auto. S obzirom da je auto bio parkiran više mjeseci pozivam ravnatelja Škrgatića da objavi koliko je platio parking s obzirom da se navedeni parking naplaćuje? Ili je i pritom iskoristio svoj povlašteni položaj ravnatelja i nije platio parking?

Poruka za ravnatelja Škrgatića je da živimo u društvu ravnopravnih, a ne u društvu povlaštenih. Vjerujem da mu to vrlo teško shvaća s obzirom da odbija odgovoriti na zahtjev za pristup informacijama kao i što opetovano izbjegava pisano odgovoriti na vijećnička pitanja.

Ravnatelju Škrgatić, javljamo se, dobrovoljno da Vam objasnimo osnovna demokratska načela te pojmove ravnopravnosti kao i pojam zloupotrebe položaja. Očekivali bismo da nakon toliko godina "ravnateljevanja" to razumijete. Razočarani jesmo, ali nimalo iznenađeni - poručio je Zubčić.
