Odmah nakon što su Enio Meštrović i pregovarački tim gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postigli suglasnost oko amandmana Nezavisne liste, iz gradske su uprave u javnost pustili da temeljem toga dogovora pokreću dva javna savjetovanja. Jedno se odnosi na uvjete korištenja stanova namijenjenih roditeljima čija se djeca kao onkološki bolesnici liječe u Zagrebu i Splitu, a drugo na besplatno pohađanje univerzalne sportske škole za onu djecu čiji su roditelji korisnici dječjeg doplatka.

S obzirom da se pregovaračke stolice nisu ni ohladile, a savjetovanja su brzinom munje postala javna stvar i puštena su u proceduru, nije čudno što su krenula nagađanja da HDZ i gradonačelnik Branko Dukić ovom ažurnošću skreću pažnju Eniju Meštroviću kako, eto, odjednom ima poseban status. I to zato što, kao, njegovi amandmani idu praktično odmah na javno savjetovanje, čak i prije nego što su formalno postali sastavni dio proračuna, a već usuglašeni amandmani SDP-a i Domovinskog pokreta su, iako su već postali sastavni dio proračuna, ostavljeni sa strane, na „kiseljenju”.

Međutim, čak da je to i bilo „namigivanje” i pokušaj svojevrsne „političke izolacije” Nezavisne liste od ostatka opozicijske većine, bilo bi to promašeno namigivanje. Najprije, financijski pročelnik Ivan Mijolović ima logično objašnjenje za „poseban status” Maštrovićevih amandmana u odnosu na SDP-ove: samo Enijevi amandmani moraju proći kroz proceduru javnog savjetovanja, pa su u gradskoj upravi odlučili ne gubiti vrijeme dok novi proračun ne bude izglasan. Čim dovoljan broj ruku bude podignut, dobar dio predviđenih procedura oko primjene Meštrovićevih amandmana već će proteći i sve će biti ubrzano.

Mada je u tome moguće vidjeti i minimalan politički pritisak na Meštrovića, sve bi to bilo uzalud kada bi Akcija mladih, kao jedini s HDZ-om „neusklađeni” dio opozicijske većine, svojim eventualnim amandmanima na svoju stranu „vratila” i SDP i Meštrovića. Ali, čini se da za takvo što ima sve manje izgleda, jer je i SDP-u i Nezavisnoj listi pomalo puna kapa novih natezanja oko (ne)zakonitosti amandmana, pogotovo nakon što su svoje želje već ugradili u očekivani prijedlog proračuna. Što je, naravno, mogla i Akcija mladih, ali nije. Tako su SDP i Nezavisna lista došli dotle da im novi rat oko amandmana više ne izgleda primamljivo, jer se procjenjuje da bi štetu od produžetka „proračunske krize” na dodatna tri mjeseca na kraju platili građani Zadra.

Zato sve jasnije postaje da bi se Akcija mladih mogla naći u ulozi „usamljenog diverzanta” nekontaminiranog bilo kakvim dogovorima sa „zločinačkom organizacijom”, što im je ionako vrlo bliska metoda političkog djelovanja. Ako se odluči za takvu taktiku, što Ante Rubeša bude žešće inzistirao na baš svakom zarezu svojih amandmana, pa tako i onih koji eventualno budu sporni, to će rasti šanse da Akciju mladih na izglasavanju proračuna dodatno izvede iz ionako labave opozicijske većine i potpuno zahladi odnose s Danielom Radetom i Enijem Meštrovićem.

Takav bi ishod Akciji mladih možda poslužio kao dokaz „moralne superiornosti” u odnosu na ostatak opozicije, ali bi sami sebe uveli u politički rizik da uzalud izginu: u proračun ne bi uvrstili ono što su htjeli, HDZ-u nisu napakostili, a od opozicije bi se defiinitivno udaljili.

Kad će rasplet?

Pročelnik Mijolović najavljuje da će prijedlog proračuna biti završen sljedećeg tjedna. Nakon toga, klubovi vijećnika će prijedlog analizirati, a sjednicu Gradskog vijeća bi u tom slučaju trebalo očekivati početkom svibnja.

I posljednje: nakon što su se iz SDP-a usprotivili da se proračunom KK Zadru dodijeli milijun eura, u prijedlog je, kao i prošli put, vraćen iznos od pet milijuna kuna.

Odmah nakon što su Enio Meštrović i pregovarački tim gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postigli suglasnost oko amandmana Nezavisne liste, iz gradske su uprave u javnost pustili da temeljem toga dogovora pokreću dva javna savjetovanja. Jedno se odnosi na uvjete korištenja stanova namijenjenih roditeljima čija se djeca kao onkološki bolesnici liječe u Zagrebu i Splitu, a drugo na besplatno pohađanje univerzalne sportske škole za onu djecu čiji su roditelji korisnici dječjeg doplatka.

S obzirom da se pregovaračke stolice nisu ni ohladile, a savjetovanja su brzinom munje postala javna stvar i puštena su u proceduru, nije čudno što su krenula nagađanja da HDZ i gradonačelnik Branko Dukić ovom ažurnošću skreću pažnju Eniju Meštroviću kako, eto, odjednom ima poseban status. I to zato što, kao, njegovi amandmani idu praktično odmah na javno savjetovanje, čak i prije nego što su formalno postali sastavni dio proračuna, a već usuglašeni amandmani SDP-a i Domovinskog pokreta su, iako su već postali sastavni dio proračuna, ostavljeni sa strane, na „kiseljenju”.

Međutim, čak da je to i bilo „namigivanje” i pokušaj svojevrsne „političke izolacije” Nezavisne liste od ostatka opozicijske većine, bilo bi to promašeno namigivanje. Najprije, financijski pročelnik Ivan Mijolović ima logično objašnjenje za „poseban status” Maštrovićevih amandmana u odnosu na SDP-ove: samo Enijevi amandmani moraju proći kroz proceduru javnog savjetovanja, pa su u gradskoj upravi odlučili ne gubiti vrijeme dok novi proračun ne bude izglasan. Čim dovoljan broj ruku bude podignut, dobar dio predviđenih procedura oko primjene Meštrovićevih amandmana već će proteći i sve će biti ubrzano.

Mada je u tome moguće vidjeti i minimalan politički pritisak na Meštrovića, sve bi to bilo uzalud kada bi Akcija mladih, kao jedini s HDZ-om „neusklađeni” dio opozicijske većine, svojim eventualnim amandmanima na svoju stranu „vratila” i SDP i Meštrovića. Ali, čini se da za takvo što ima sve manje izgleda, jer je i SDP-u i Nezavisnoj listi pomalo puna kapa novih natezanja oko (ne)zakonitosti amandmana, pogotovo nakon što su svoje želje već ugradili u očekivani prijedlog proračuna. Što je, naravno, mogla i Akcija mladih, ali nije. Tako su SDP i Nezavisna lista došli dotle da im novi rat oko amandmana više ne izgleda primamljivo, jer se procjenjuje da bi štetu od produžetka „proračunske krize” na dodatna tri mjeseca na kraju platili građani Zadra.

Zato sve jasnije postaje da bi se Akcija mladih mogla naći u ulozi „usamljenog diverzanta” nekontaminiranog bilo kakvim dogovorima sa „zločinačkom organizacijom”, što im je ionako vrlo bliska metoda političkog djelovanja. Ako se odluči za takvu taktiku, što Ante Rubeša bude žešće inzistirao na baš svakom zarezu svojih amandmana, pa tako i onih koji eventualno budu sporni, to će rasti šanse da Akciju mladih na izglasavanju proračuna dodatno izvede iz ionako labave opozicijske većine i potpuno zahladi odnose s Danielom Radetom i Enijem Meštrovićem.

Takav bi ishod Akciji mladih možda poslužio kao dokaz „moralne superiornosti” u odnosu na ostatak opozicije, ali bi sami sebe uveli u politički rizik da uzalud izginu: u proračun ne bi uvrstili ono što su htjeli, HDZ-u nisu napakostili, a od opozicije bi se defiinitivno udaljili.

Kad će rasplet?

Pročelnik Mijolović najavljuje da će prijedlog proračuna biti završen sljedećeg tjedna. Nakon toga, klubovi vijećnika će prijedlog analizirati, a sjednicu Gradskog vijeća bi u tom slučaju trebalo očekivati početkom svibnja.

I posljednje: nakon što su se iz SDP-a usprotivili da se proračunom KK Zadru dodijeli milijun eura, u prijedlog je, kao i prošli put, vraćen iznos od pet milijuna kuna.

Umjesto milijun eura, KK Zadru ide pet milijuna kuna. Hoće li "politički diverzanti" Akcije mladih uzalud izginuti u ratu oko proračuna?

Odmah nakon što su Enio Meštrović i pregovarački tim gradonačelnika Branka Dukića postigli suglasnost oko amandmana Nezavisne liste, iz gradske su uprave u javnost pustili da temeljem toga dogovora pokreću dva javna savjetovanja. Jedno se odnosi na uvjete korištenja stanova namijenjenih roditeljima čija se djeca kao onkološki bolesnici liječe u Zagrebu i Splitu, a drugo na besplatno pohađanje univerzalne sportske škole za onu djecu čiji su roditelji korisnici dječjeg doplatka.

S obzirom da se pregovaračke stolice nisu ni ohladile, a savjetovanja su brzinom munje postala javna stvar i puštena su u proceduru, nije čudno što su krenula nagađanja da HDZ i gradonačelnik Branko Dukić ovom ažurnošću skreću pažnju Eniju Meštroviću kako, eto, odjednom ima poseban status. I to zato što, kao, njegovi amandmani idu praktično odmah na javno savjetovanje, čak i prije nego što su formalno postali sastavni dio proračuna, a već usuglašeni amandmani SDP-a i Domovinskog pokreta su, iako su već postali sastavni dio proračuna, ostavljeni sa strane, na „kiseljenju”.

Međutim, čak da je to i bilo „namigivanje” i pokušaj svojevrsne „političke izolacije” Nezavisne liste od ostatka opozicijske većine, bilo bi to promašeno namigivanje.
