Vlasnik tvrtke ‘Alfa Koić‘, 60-godišnji Ante Koić optužen da je tijekom šest godina u naselju Veliko Rujno, na posebnom zaštićenom području Parka prirode Velebit, gdje je gradnja strogo zabranjena, ilegalno podigao devet objekata, u četvrtak je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru zatražio odgodu suđenja zbog - promjene odvjetnika.
Koić je od sutkinje Ivane Parać Krišto zatražio odgodu jer je umjesto Amela Kapića, angažirao zadarskog odvjetnika Borisa Radmana. Sutkinja je zbog toga odgodila ročište za srpanj kada bi Koiću trebalo početi suđenje.
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru optužilo ga je 22. veljače prošle godine za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša protupravnom gradnjom.
Optužnicom se tereti da je od 1. prosinca 2013. do 18. prosinca 2019. godine u naselju Veliko Rujno, na posebnom zaštićenom području Parka prirode Velebit; protivno odredbama čl. 1. Zakona o proglašenju planine Velebit parkom prirode, čl. 111. st. 1. toč. 1. Zakona o zaštiti prirode, te čl. 106. Zakona o gradnji; kao investitor bez građevinske dozvole izgradio devet građevina različitih tlocrtnih dimenzija.
To je učinio iako je bio svjestan da je planina Velebit od Senjske drage do Zrmanje s pripadajućim obalnim pojasom u ukupnoj površini od 200 tisuća hektara proglašena parkom prirode, te da zaštićeni dijelovi prirode i park prirode spadaju u zaštićeno područje od državnog značaja i da se građenju građevine može pristupiti na temelju pravomoćne građevinske dozvole.
Protupravno građenje utvrđeno je inspekcijskim nadzorom građevinskog inspektora te je Državni inspektorat naredio Koiću kao investitoru uklanjanje tih građevina.
Kako to Koić nije sam učinio, bageri su uz jako policijsko osiguranje prošle godine u listopadu počeli rušenje Koićevih objekata.
Slučaj bespravne gradnje i uzurpacije privatnog zemljišta, ali i zaštićene prirodne baštine, Općini Starigrad, Državnom inspektoratu, Državnom odvjetništvu, USKOK-u i drugim nadležnim institucijama prijavio je Ante Milovac, mještanin Starigrada Paklenice, koji se odlučio obratiti i medijima nezadovoljan zbog sporog djelovanja pravne države.
S Koićem je Milovac nekoliko puta došao u sukob pa je morala čak intervenirati i policija.
- Od 2015. godine, kada je napravio prvi objekt, bilo je tu sigurno preko 30 prijava svim mogućim institucijama. Od USKOK-a, Državnog inspektorata, Državnog odvjetništva i Općine Starigrad do raznih inspekcija koje su nadležne za uzurpaciju privatnog zemljišta i zaštićene prirodne baštine. Odmah kad se počelo graditi, stavljena je žuta traka i pečat Državnog inspektorata. Međutim, to je skinuto i radovi su nastavljeni, a objekti su godinama samo nicali jedan za drugim. Meni je prvom tamo uzurpirana zemlja, godinama se bagerima devastirao Velebit, gradili se objekti veličine 1200 kvadrata, tobože za čuvanje životinja iako je bilo sasvim jasno kako se radi o višekatnicama za stanovanje i iznajmljivanje koje se u budućnosti namjerava legalizirati. Tek kad su se mediji toga uhvatili, došlo je do konkretne reakcije pravne države – izjavio je Ante Milovac koji je zbog svojih prijava primao i prijetnje smrću. Štoviše, Koić je zbog tih prijetnji Milovcu i pravomoćno osuđen.

Vlasnik tvrtke ‘Alfa Koić‘, 60-godišnji Ante Koić optužen da je tijekom šest godina u naselju Veliko Rujno, na posebnom zaštićenom području Parka prirode Velebit, gdje je gradnja strogo zabranjena, ilegalno podigao devet objekata, u četvrtak je na Općinskom sudu u Zadru zatražio odgodu suđenja zbog - promjene odvjetnika.
Koić je od sutkinje Ivane Parać Krišto zatražio odgodu jer je umjesto Amela Kapića, angažirao zadarskog odvjetnika Borisa Radmana. Sutkinja je zbog toga odgodila ročište za srpanj kada bi Koiću trebalo početi suđenje.
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru optužilo ga je 22. veljače prošle godine za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša protupravnom gradnjom.
Optužnicom se tereti da je od 1. prosinca 2013. do 18. prosinca 2019. godine u naselju Veliko Rujno, na posebnom zaštićenom području Parka prirode Velebit; protivno odredbama čl. 1. Zakona o proglašenju planine Velebit parkom prirode, čl. 111. st. 1. toč. 1. Zakona o zaštiti prirode, te čl. 106. Zakona o gradnji; kao investitor bez građevinske dozvole izgradio devet građevina različitih tlocrtnih dimenzija.
To je učinio iako je bio svjestan da je planina Velebit od Senjske drage do Zrmanje s pripadajućim obalnim pojasom u ukupnoj površini od 200 tisuća hektara proglašena parkom prirode, te da zaštićeni dijelovi prirode i park prirode spadaju u zaštićeno područje od državnog značaja i da se građenju građevine može pristupiti na temelju pravomoćne građevinske dozvole.
Protupravno građenje utvrđeno je inspekcijskim nadzorom građevinskog inspektora te je Državni inspektorat naredio Koiću kao investitoru uklanjanje tih građevina.
Kako to Koić nije sam učinio, bageri su uz jako policijsko osiguranje prošle godine u listopadu počeli rušenje Koićevih objekata.
Slučaj bespravne gradnje i uzurpacije privatnog zemljišta, ali i zaštićene prirodne baštine, Općini Starigrad, Državnom inspektoratu, Državnom odvjetništvu, USKOK-u i drugim nadležnim institucijama prijavio je Ante Milovac, mještanin Starigrada Paklenice, koji se odlučio obratiti i medijima nezadovoljan zbog sporog djelovanja pravne države.
S Koićem je Milovac nekoliko puta došao u sukob pa je morala čak intervenirati i policija.
- Od 2015. godine, kada je napravio prvi objekt, bilo je tu sigurno preko 30 prijava svim mogućim institucijama. Od USKOK-a, Državnog inspektorata, Državnog odvjetništva i Općine Starigrad do raznih inspekcija koje su nadležne za uzurpaciju privatnog zemljišta i zaštićene prirodne baštine. Odmah kad se počelo graditi, stavljena je žuta traka i pečat Državnog inspektorata. Međutim, to je skinuto i radovi su nastavljeni, a objekti su godinama samo nicali jedan za drugim. Meni je prvom tamo uzurpirana zemlja, godinama se bagerima devastirao Velebit, gradili se objekti veličine 1200 kvadrata, tobože za čuvanje životinja iako je bilo sasvim jasno kako se radi o višekatnicama za stanovanje i iznajmljivanje koje se u budućnosti namjerava legalizirati. Tek kad su se mediji toga uhvatili, došlo je do konkretne reakcije pravne države – izjavio je Ante Milovac koji je zbog svojih prijava primao i prijetnje smrću. Štoviše, Koić je zbog tih prijetnji Milovcu i pravomoćno osuđen.
