Nakon što je u četvrtak ujutro pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona reagirao na najavu iz Hotela Zadar da će u petak u 9 sati izvršiti rješenje građevinske inspekcije staro desetak godina o uklanjaju bespravno dograđenih objekata na plaži Kolovare, na njegove izjave reagirao je i odvjetnik Hotela Zadar, Augustin Sudinja. 

- Ovime se kratko očitujemo i demantiramo navod gospodina Tomislava Korone u vašem napisu pod nazivom POMORSKO LOŠE (2). Naime, gosp. Korona tvrdi da Hoteli Zadar d.d. "nisu vlasnici niti su ikad dokazali posjed", sve glede predmetnog objekta na plaži Kolovare. Nasuprot tome u prilogu dostavljamo rješenje o komunalnoj naknadi od srpnja 2019. godine iz kojega jasno proizlazi da Grad Zadar godinama razrezuje komunalnu naknadu za objekat na adresi Kolovare d.d. u Zadru, Hotelima Zadar d.d.. kao vlasniku/korisniku. Logički je nemoguće da je netko vlasnik/korisnik neke nekretnine, a da istodobno nema posjed iste, napisao je odvjetnik Sudinja moleći za ispravak, kako kaže, 'apsolutno netočne informacije, jer su Hoteli Zadar d.d. u posjedu predmetne nekretnine još od 1978.g., i o tome bogato svjedoče službene evidencije Grada Zadra'.

Nakon što je u četvrtak ujutro pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona reagirao na najavu iz Hotela Zadar da će u petak u 9 sati izvršiti rješenje građevinske inspekcije staro desetak godina o uklanjaju bespravno dograđenih objekata na plaži Kolovare, na njegove izjave reagirao je i odvjetnik Hotela Zadar, Augustin Sudinja. 

- Ovime se kratko očitujemo i demantiramo navod gospodina Tomislava Korone u vašem napisu pod nazivom POMORSKO LOŠE (2). Naime, gosp. Korona tvrdi da Hoteli Zadar d.d. "nisu vlasnici niti su ikad dokazali posjed", sve glede predmetnog objekta na plaži Kolovare. Nasuprot tome u prilogu dostavljamo rješenje o komunalnoj naknadi od srpnja 2019. godine iz kojega jasno proizlazi da Grad Zadar godinama razrezuje komunalnu naknadu za objekat na adresi Kolovare d.d. u Zadru, Hotelima Zadar d.d.. kao vlasniku/korisniku. Logički je nemoguće da je netko vlasnik/korisnik neke nekretnine, a da istodobno nema posjed iste, napisao je odvjetnik Sudinja moleći za ispravak, kako kaže, 'apsolutno netočne informacije, jer su Hoteli Zadar d.d. u posjedu predmetne nekretnine još od 1978.g., i o tome bogato svjedoče službene evidencije Grada Zadra'.

Reagirao i odvjetnik Hotela Zadar, Augustin Sudinja: Demantiramo navode pročelnika Korone, a evo i dokaza da plaćamo komunalnu naknadu za Kolovare

Nakon što je u četvrtak ujutro pročelnik za gradsku imovinu Tomislav Korona reagirao na najavu iz Hotela Zadar da će u petak u 9 sati izvršiti rješenje građevinske inspekcije staro desetak godina o uklanjaju bespravno dograđenih objekata na plaži Kolovare, na njegove izjave reagirao je i odvjetnik Hotela Zadar, Augustin Sudinja. 

- Ovime se kratko očitujemo i demantiramo navod gospodina Tomislava Korone u vašem napisu pod nazivom POMORSKO LOŠE (2). Naime, gosp. Korona tvrdi da Hoteli Zadar d.d. "nisu vlasnici niti su ikad dokazali posjed", sve glede predmetnog objekta na plaži Kolovare. Nasuprot tome u prilogu dostavljamo rješenje o komunalnoj naknadi od srpnja 2019. godine iz kojega jasno proizlazi da Grad Zadar godinama razrezuje komunalnu naknadu za objekat na adresi Kolovare d.d. u Zadru, Hotelima Zadar d.d.. kao vlasniku/korisniku. Logički je nemoguće da je netko vlasnik/korisnik neke nekretnine, a da istodobno nema posjed iste, napisao je odvjetnik Sudinja moleći za ispravak, kako kaže, 'apsolutno netočne informacije, jer su Hoteli Zadar d.d. u posjedu predmetne nekretnine još od 1978.g., i o tome bogato svjedoče službene evidencije Grada Zadra'.
