Problem nedostatka parkirnih mjesta kod Poliklinike na Relji, koji je pokušao "riješiti" jedan naš čitatelj (podaci poznati redakciji), naišao je na reakciju, ali ne odgovornih, nego obližnjih stanara. Na prijedlog da se na području bivšeg HAK-a, uz manju investiciju, građanima osigura oko 75 novih parkirnih mjesta, reagirala je gospođa Sonja Jelenić, kroz "primjedbe na predloženo rješenje bivšeg HAK-a od vašeg čitatelja". Evo što kaže...
"Prijedlog je da postojeća stara kuća ostane. Ta je kuća stara preko 200 godina (iz vremena kad se nije znalo za WC u stanu) i predstavlja ruglo i "šaku u oko" na najatraktivnijem i najposjećenijem dijelu grada. Poslovni prostori u prizemlje te kuće su u gradskom vlasništvu, potpuno neprikladni i neiznajmljivi (vlaga, nedostatak instalacija, derutnost), a gradski vijećnici priječe prodaju privatnom investitoru ne vodeći računa o nama stanarima, gradu Zadru, kao ni o općem javnom interesu.
Parkirna mjesta su ucrtana do samih zidova kuće.
Početkom 2022. god. gorjelo je krovište od azbesta u HAK-u, tako da se mi stanari (i šira okolina) truje azbestom koji nije uklonjen. Po vašem čitatelju, sada bismo se trebali trovati ispušnim plinovima automobila, trpjeti galamu od ranih jutarnjih sati i nikad ne otvarati prozore.
Gradonačelnik je više puta rekao da će na jednoj susjednoj, slobodnoj parceli, napraviti parking, ali vaš čitatelj baš hoće nama dodatno zagorčati život.
Kaže da to nije velika investicija. Neka se raspita koliko košta uklanjanje i zbrinjavanje usitnjenog azbesta od certificiranog izvođača.

Problem nedostatka parkirnih mjesta kod Poliklinike na Relji, koji je pokušao "riješiti" jedan naš čitatelj (podaci poznati redakciji), naišao je na reakciju, ali ne odgovornih, nego obližnjih stanara. Na prijedlog da se na području bivšeg HAK-a, uz manju investiciju, građanima osigura oko 75 novih parkirnih mjesta, reagirala je gospođa Sonja Jelenić, kroz "primjedbe na predloženo rješenje bivšeg HAK-a od vašeg čitatelja". Evo što kaže...
"Prijedlog je da postojeća stara kuća ostane. Ta je kuća stara preko 200 godina (iz vremena kad se nije znalo za WC u stanu) i predstavlja ruglo i "šaku u oko" na najatraktivnijem i najposjećenijem dijelu grada. Poslovni prostori u prizemlje te kuće su u gradskom vlasništvu, potpuno neprikladni i neiznajmljivi (vlaga, nedostatak instalacija, derutnost), a gradski vijećnici priječe prodaju privatnom investitoru ne vodeći računa o nama stanarima, gradu Zadru, kao ni o općem javnom interesu.
Parkirna mjesta su ucrtana do samih zidova kuće.
Početkom 2022. god. gorjelo je krovište od azbesta u HAK-u, tako da se mi stanari (i šira okolina) truje azbestom koji nije uklonjen. Po vašem čitatelju, sada bismo se trebali trovati ispušnim plinovima automobila, trpjeti galamu od ranih jutarnjih sati i nikad ne otvarati prozore.
Gradonačelnik je više puta rekao da će na jednoj susjednoj, slobodnoj parceli, napraviti parking, ali vaš čitatelj baš hoće nama dodatno zagorčati život.
Kaže da to nije velika investicija. Neka se raspita koliko košta uklanjanje i zbrinjavanje usitnjenog azbesta od certificiranog izvođača.
