Četiri mjeseca od okrutnog ubojstva u Kaštelu Žegarskom gdje je ugušio svog 65-godišnjeg susjeda i rođaka Vladu Bundala, u srijedu, 19. kolovoza na optuženičku klupu Županijskog suda u Zadru sjest će 72-godišnji Savo Bundalo.

Kod sutkinje Sandre Radanović, 72-godišnji Savo odgovarat će za ubojstvo s namjerom. Optužen je da je 15. ožujka nešto prije 18 sati, fizički nasrnuo na svog susjeda, te ga počeo udarati rukama i nogama u predjelu glave, uslijed čega je ovaj pao na tlo. Na tlu ga je svojim rukama uhvatio za vrat i počeo stezati, te ga gušenjem usmrtio.

Savo je golim rukama zadavio Vladu ispred staje s kozama, te ga ostavio da leži na asfaltu i onda se uputio do svoga brata Nikole. Došao je do njega u kuću i rekao mu:

- Zovi hitnu, zovi policiju. Ubio sam Vladu. Izgleda da sam ga zadavio...

Preme pričama mještana poovod svađi koja je završila ubojstvom bio je sukob oko parkirnog mjesta. Vlado je nasuo zemlju kako bi sebi osigurao parkirno mjesto, no Savo je smatrao da je nasuti dio zemlje, iako javna površina, njegova imovina.

Ojađen Vladinim postupkom, Savo je noću, sve ono što je Vlade nasuo izvadio i na hrpi ostavio u dvorištu ispred Vladine kuće. Dan poslije Valdo je lopatom sav taj materijal opet vratio nazad. Sukob je kulminirao ispred staje s kozama gdje je na koncu nakon tučnjave Savo ugušio susjeda.

Četiri mjeseca od okrutnog ubojstva u Kaštelu Žegarskom gdje je ugušio svog 65-godišnjeg susjeda i rođaka Vladu Bundala, u srijedu, 19. kolovoza na optuženičku klupu Županijskog suda u Zadru sjest će 72-godišnji Savo Bundalo.

Kod sutkinje Sandre Radanović, 72-godišnji Savo odgovarat će za ubojstvo s namjerom. Optužen je da je 15. ožujka nešto prije 18 sati, fizički nasrnuo na svog susjeda, te ga počeo udarati rukama i nogama u predjelu glave, uslijed čega je ovaj pao na tlo. Na tlu ga je svojim rukama uhvatio za vrat i počeo stezati, te ga gušenjem usmrtio.

Savo je golim rukama zadavio Vladu ispred staje s kozama, te ga ostavio da leži na asfaltu i onda se uputio do svoga brata Nikole. Došao je do njega u kuću i rekao mu:

- Zovi hitnu, zovi policiju. Ubio sam Vladu. Izgleda da sam ga zadavio...

Preme pričama mještana poovod svađi koja je završila ubojstvom bio je sukob oko parkirnog mjesta. Vlado je nasuo zemlju kako bi sebi osigurao parkirno mjesto, no Savo je smatrao da je nasuti dio zemlje, iako javna površina, njegova imovina.

Ojađen Vladinim postupkom, Savo je noću, sve ono što je Vlade nasuo izvadio i na hrpi ostavio u dvorištu ispred Vladine kuće. Dan poslije Valdo je lopatom sav taj materijal opet vratio nazad. Sukob je kulminirao ispred staje s kozama gdje je na koncu nakon tučnjave Savo ugušio susjeda.

Počinje suđenje za ubojstvo u zaleđu Zadra: Savo (72) golim rukama zadavio svog rođaka Vladu (65) ispred staje s kozama...

Četiri mjeseca od okrutnog ubojstva u Kaštelu Žegarskom gdje je ugušio svog 65-godišnjeg susjeda i rođaka Vladu Bundala, u srijedu, 19. kolovoza na optuženičku klupu Županijskog suda u Zadru sjest će 72-godišnji Savo Bundalo.

Kod sutkinje Sandre Radanović, 72-godišnji Savo odgovarat će za ubojstvo s namjerom. Optužen je da je 15. ožujka nešto prije 18 sati, fizički nasrnuo na svog susjeda, te ga počeo udarati rukama i nogama u predjelu glave, uslijed čega je ovaj pao na tlo. Na tlu ga je svojim rukama uhvatio za vrat i počeo stezati, te ga gušenjem usmrtio.

Savo je golim rukama zadavio Vladu ispred staje s kozama, te ga ostavio da leži na asfaltu i onda se uputio do svoga brata Nikole. Došao je do njega u kuću i rekao mu:

- Zovi hitnu, zovi policiju. Ubio sam Vladu. Izgleda da sam ga zadavio...

Preme pričama mještana poovod svađi koja je završila ubojstvom bio je sukob oko parkirnog mjesta. Vlado je nasuo zemlju kako bi sebi osigurao parkirno mjesto, no Savo je smatrao da je nasuti dio zemlje, iako javna površina, njegova imovina.

Ojađen Vladinim postupkom, Savo je noću, sve ono što je Vlade nasuo izvadio i na hrpi ostavio u dvorištu ispred Vladine kuće. Dan poslije Valdo je lopatom sav taj materijal opet vratio nazad. Sukob je kulminirao ispred staje s kozama gdje je na koncu nakon tučnjave Savo ugušio susjeda.
