Od prošlog tjedna nemamo internet i televiziju jer nam je izvođač radova na projektu Aglomeracije presjekao svjetlovodni telekomunikacijski kabel – žali nam se čitatelj s područja Dikla. Od prošlog petka ulice Put Špetica, Put Njivica i Put Krčeva tako su ostale bez interneta, telefona i televizije i do dana današnjeg ne znaju kada bi ih uopće mogli ponovno imati. Kabel je presječen tijekom iskopa kanala za novu kanalizacijsku mrežu, o incidentu je odmah obaviješten T-Com kao vlasnik svjetlovodne kabelske mreže, ali njihov podizvođač na zadarskom području, tvrtka Elektron, još uvijek ništa nije poduzela da se kvar popravi.
- Nije dosad ništa poduzeto, a kad će, iskreno ne znam. Pokušao sam osobno dobiti tu informaciju, nazvao sam Elektron, ali mi nisu dozvolili da o tome razgovaram s odgovornim osobama. Jednostavno, kao da svjetlovodna mreže ne postoji zbog nas korisnika, nego zbog njih, a mi smo ostali isključeni iz suvremene civilizacije – priča naš sugrađanin.
- S druge strane, ni T-Com ni Elektron nisu nam ponudili nikakvu opciju, privremenu ili stalnu, kojom bi nadoknadili svoju uslugu. Osuđeni smo na bežični internet, a on je ograničen količinom prijenosa podataka. Mi se ovdje na ovom dijelu Dikla godinama osjećamo kao građani drugog reda. Novu svjetlovodnu mrežu nitko ne želi dovoditi jer mu se ne isplati zbog relativnog malog broja korisnika. Postojeći operater nam je u zadnjih deset godina podigao brzinu interneta na jedva 15 megabita u sekundi, što je deset ili petnaest posto onoga što imaju stanovnici npr. Bulevara za istu cijenu. I sad kad se preko svega toga još dogodi i ovakav incident, nitko ne želi ni mrdnuti, a kad sami pokušavamo doznati kako možemo riješiti problem, naiđemo na arogantno ponašanje i nemogućnost da dobijemo odgovor. Ljudi mili, živimo u 21. stoljeću, internet je dio osnovne civilizacijske infrastrukture kao voda i struja. Živimo u Zadru, ali kao da živimo na drugom kraju svijeta – žali se naš čitatelj.
Pokušali smo za komentar dobiti odgovorne ljude u tvrtki Elektron iz Zadra, ali se na naše pozive nitko nije javio. Uputili smo im i pitanje elektronskom poštom i čim odgovor dobijemo objavit ćemo ga.
Nositelj projekta Aglomeracija Zadar-Petrčane je tvrtka Odvodnja, a njezin direktor Grgo Peronja nije bio upoznat s činjenicom da je njemački izvođač Ludwig Pfeiffer presjekao telekomunikacijsku mrežu za dio Dikla.
- O tome stvarno nema nikakvih informacija. Svi projekti Aglomeracije se izvode prema izdanim građevinskim dozvolama. Prilikom izdavanja dozvola svaki vlasnik je trebao prijaviti podzemne instalacije na određenom području. Ako su podzemne instalacije bile prijavljene na području gdje se dogodio incident, odnosno ako su bile označene, trošak nastale štete nadoknađuje izvođač radova. Ako podzemne instalacije nisu bile označene, trošak popravka snosi vlasnik, odnosno operater – objasnio nam je direktor Odvodnje koja je dosad u nekoliko navrata izrazila nezadovoljstvo brzinom izvođenja radova na Aglomeraciji Zadar od strane njemačkog izvođača. Štoviše, gradonačelnik Branko Dukić jučer je na sjednici Gradskog vijeća najavio mogućnost raskida ugovora s izvođačem ako ne sustigne planiranu dinamiku radova za dovršetak ovog kapitalnog infrastrukturnog projekta.

Od prošlog tjedna nemamo internet i televiziju jer nam je izvođač radova na projektu Aglomeracije presjekao svjetlovodni telekomunikacijski kabel – žali nam se čitatelj s područja Dikla. Od prošlog petka ulice Put Špetica, Put Njivica i Put Krčeva tako su ostale bez interneta, telefona i televizije i do dana današnjeg ne znaju kada bi ih uopće mogli ponovno imati. Kabel je presječen tijekom iskopa kanala za novu kanalizacijsku mrežu, o incidentu je odmah obaviješten T-Com kao vlasnik svjetlovodne kabelske mreže, ali njihov podizvođač na zadarskom području, tvrtka Elektron, još uvijek ništa nije poduzela da se kvar popravi.
- Nije dosad ništa poduzeto, a kad će, iskreno ne znam. Pokušao sam osobno dobiti tu informaciju, nazvao sam Elektron, ali mi nisu dozvolili da o tome razgovaram s odgovornim osobama. Jednostavno, kao da svjetlovodna mreže ne postoji zbog nas korisnika, nego zbog njih, a mi smo ostali isključeni iz suvremene civilizacije – priča naš sugrađanin.
- S druge strane, ni T-Com ni Elektron nisu nam ponudili nikakvu opciju, privremenu ili stalnu, kojom bi nadoknadili svoju uslugu. Osuđeni smo na bežični internet, a on je ograničen količinom prijenosa podataka. Mi se ovdje na ovom dijelu Dikla godinama osjećamo kao građani drugog reda. Novu svjetlovodnu mrežu nitko ne želi dovoditi jer mu se ne isplati zbog relativnog malog broja korisnika. Postojeći operater nam je u zadnjih deset godina podigao brzinu interneta na jedva 15 megabita u sekundi, što je deset ili petnaest posto onoga što imaju stanovnici npr. Bulevara za istu cijenu. I sad kad se preko svega toga još dogodi i ovakav incident, nitko ne želi ni mrdnuti, a kad sami pokušavamo doznati kako možemo riješiti problem, naiđemo na arogantno ponašanje i nemogućnost da dobijemo odgovor. Ljudi mili, živimo u 21. stoljeću, internet je dio osnovne civilizacijske infrastrukture kao voda i struja. Živimo u Zadru, ali kao da živimo na drugom kraju svijeta – žali se naš čitatelj.
Pokušali smo za komentar dobiti odgovorne ljude u tvrtki Elektron iz Zadra, ali se na naše pozive nitko nije javio. Uputili smo im i pitanje elektronskom poštom i čim odgovor dobijemo objavit ćemo ga.
Nositelj projekta Aglomeracija Zadar-Petrčane je tvrtka Odvodnja, a njezin direktor Grgo Peronja nije bio upoznat s činjenicom da je njemački izvođač Ludwig Pfeiffer presjekao telekomunikacijsku mrežu za dio Dikla.
- O tome stvarno nema nikakvih informacija. Svi projekti Aglomeracije se izvode prema izdanim građevinskim dozvolama. Prilikom izdavanja dozvola svaki vlasnik je trebao prijaviti podzemne instalacije na određenom području. Ako su podzemne instalacije bile prijavljene na području gdje se dogodio incident, odnosno ako su bile označene, trošak nastale štete nadoknađuje izvođač radova. Ako podzemne instalacije nisu bile označene, trošak popravka snosi vlasnik, odnosno operater – objasnio nam je direktor Odvodnje koja je dosad u nekoliko navrata izrazila nezadovoljstvo brzinom izvođenja radova na Aglomeraciji Zadar od strane njemačkog izvođača. Štoviše, gradonačelnik Branko Dukić jučer je na sjednici Gradskog vijeća najavio mogućnost raskida ugovora s izvođačem ako ne sustigne planiranu dinamiku radova za dovršetak ovog kapitalnog infrastrukturnog projekta.
