Odlazak pedijatara iz sustava Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije je rezultat dugogodišnjeg zanemarivanja, a specijalisti pedijatri u sustavu Doma zdravlja godinama nisu dobili novu opremu, dok zadnjih par godina nemaju niti zamjene za godišnji odmor. Zanemarivanje sustava i potpuno pogrešno planiranje je potkrijepljeno činjenicom da su tek tri specijalizacije iz pedijatrije, iako se godinama očekuje veći broj pedijatara koji idu u mirovinu. S tim da je pitanje hoće li se uopće sve troje specijalizanata vratiti u sustav Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije, upozorili su članica Predsjedništva SDP-a Sara Medved i predsjednik županijskog ogranka Jure Zubčić.

Izmjenama Zakona o primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti uvode se promjene, ali nagore, jer se ne predviđa kontrola troškova i smanjivanje lista čekanja. U SDP-u smatraju da je odgovornost za neplaniranje u zdravstvenom sustavu na ravnateljici Doma zdravlja Renati Bek koja odbija inicijative iz vlastitog sustava.

-Sva novorođenčad bi trebala napraviti ultrazvuk kukova, što je usluga biogradske bolnice. Ali, roditelji odlaze i u privatne klinike i za to plaćaju, a ravnateljica Bek je odbila inicijativu da Dom zdravlja nabavi vlastiti ultrazvuk, naveo je Zubčić.

Kaos u zdravstvenom sustavu i izostanak bilo kakve kontrole, Zubčić je ilustrirao navodom po kojemu neki zadarski ginekolozi koji su i koncesionari i imaju privatne ordinacije svoje usluge naplaćuju dva puta: od pacijentica i od HZZO-a budući se njihovi računi pojavljuju i u sustavu e-građanin. Tako se provodi tiha privatizacija zdravstva koje ni približno jednako dostupno u svim dijelovima Zadarske županije, pogotovo u njenom otočnom i ruralnom dijelu. Liječnici nam odlaze zbog nebrige i kaosa u sustavu, rekao je Zubčić.

-Pašman je cijelo ljeto bez ordinacije, Gračac nema ni pedijatra ni ginekologa, ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite na Viru radi samo ljeti. Sustav je pred kolapsom, pa raste pritisak na OB Zadar gdje se na pregled oftalmologa ili endokrinologa čeka više od 100 dana, kardiologa više od 150 dana, za operaciju mrene 340 dana, na ultrazvuk do godine dana, a za magnetsku rezonancu više od godinu dana, izjavio je Zubčić.

-Neke od usluga mogu se značajno olakšati efikasnijim i funkcionalnim domom zdravlja poput uvođenja većeg broja specijalističko-konzilijarnih ambulanti i dijagnostičkih postupaka. Taj proces mora pratiti promjene u mreže javnozdravstvene skrbi koja se u posljednjih osam godina nije mijenjala. Neke usluge se već sad mogu ispuniti koristeći telemedicinu, poput primjerice radiološke pretrage, a to se može ugovoriti po broju postupaka, dakle bez mijenjanja mreže, zaključio je Zubčić dodajući da bi Županija trebala intervenirati i kadrovskim stanovima, dodacima na plaću, nabavkom potrebne opreme i edukacijom zaposlenika.

Odlazak pedijatara iz sustava Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije je rezultat dugogodišnjeg zanemarivanja, a specijalisti pedijatri u sustavu Doma zdravlja godinama nisu dobili novu opremu, dok zadnjih par godina nemaju niti zamjene za godišnji odmor. Zanemarivanje sustava i potpuno pogrešno planiranje je potkrijepljeno činjenicom da su tek tri specijalizacije iz pedijatrije, iako se godinama očekuje veći broj pedijatara koji idu u mirovinu. S tim da je pitanje hoće li se uopće sve troje specijalizanata vratiti u sustav Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije, upozorili su članica Predsjedništva SDP-a Sara Medved i predsjednik županijskog ogranka Jure Zubčić.

Izmjenama Zakona o primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti uvode se promjene, ali nagore, jer se ne predviđa kontrola troškova i smanjivanje lista čekanja. U SDP-u smatraju da je odgovornost za neplaniranje u zdravstvenom sustavu na ravnateljici Doma zdravlja Renati Bek koja odbija inicijative iz vlastitog sustava.

-Sva novorođenčad bi trebala napraviti ultrazvuk kukova, što je usluga biogradske bolnice. Ali, roditelji odlaze i u privatne klinike i za to plaćaju, a ravnateljica Bek je odbila inicijativu da Dom zdravlja nabavi vlastiti ultrazvuk, naveo je Zubčić.

Kaos u zdravstvenom sustavu i izostanak bilo kakve kontrole, Zubčić je ilustrirao navodom po kojemu neki zadarski ginekolozi koji su i koncesionari i imaju privatne ordinacije svoje usluge naplaćuju dva puta: od pacijentica i od HZZO-a budući se njihovi računi pojavljuju i u sustavu e-građanin. Tako se provodi tiha privatizacija zdravstva koje ni približno jednako dostupno u svim dijelovima Zadarske županije, pogotovo u njenom otočnom i ruralnom dijelu. Liječnici nam odlaze zbog nebrige i kaosa u sustavu, rekao je Zubčić.

-Pašman je cijelo ljeto bez ordinacije, Gračac nema ni pedijatra ni ginekologa, ordinacija primarne zdravstvene zaštite na Viru radi samo ljeti. Sustav je pred kolapsom, pa raste pritisak na OB Zadar gdje se na pregled oftalmologa ili endokrinologa čeka više od 100 dana, kardiologa više od 150 dana, za operaciju mrene 340 dana, na ultrazvuk do godine dana, a za magnetsku rezonancu više od godinu dana, izjavio je Zubčić.

-Neke od usluga mogu se značajno olakšati efikasnijim i funkcionalnim domom zdravlja poput uvođenja većeg broja specijalističko-konzilijarnih ambulanti i dijagnostičkih postupaka. Taj proces mora pratiti promjene u mreže javnozdravstvene skrbi koja se u posljednjih osam godina nije mijenjala. Neke usluge se već sad mogu ispuniti koristeći telemedicinu, poput primjerice radiološke pretrage, a to se može ugovoriti po broju postupaka, dakle bez mijenjanja mreže, zaključio je Zubčić dodajući da bi Županija trebala intervenirati i kadrovskim stanovima, dodacima na plaću, nabavkom potrebne opreme i edukacijom zaposlenika.

Odlazak pedijatara iz sustava Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije je rezultat dugogodišnjeg zanemarivanja, a specijalisti pedijatri u sustavu Doma zdravlja godinama nisu dobili novu opremu, dok zadnjih par godina nemaju niti zamjene za godišnji odmor. Zanemarivanje sustava i potpuno pogrešno planiranje je potkrijepljeno činjenicom da su tek tri specijalizacije iz pedijatrije, iako se godinama očekuje veći broj pedijatara koji idu u mirovinu. S tim da je pitanje hoće li se uopće sve troje specijalizanata vratiti u sustav Doma zdravlja Zadarske županije, upozorili su članica Predsjedništva SDP-a Sara Medved i predsjednik županijskog ogranka Jure Zubčić.

Izmjenama Zakona o primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti uvode se promjene, ali nagore, jer se ne predviđa kontrola troškova i smanjivanje lista čekanja. U SDP-u smatraju da je odgovornost za neplaniranje u zdravstvenom sustavu na ravnateljici Doma zdravlja Renati Bek koja odbija inicijative iz vlastitog sustava.

-Sva novorođenčad bi trebala napraviti ultrazvuk kukova, što je usluga biogradske bolnice. Ali, roditelji odlaze i u privatne klinike i za to plaćaju, a ravnateljica Bek je odbila inicijativu da Dom zdravlja nabavi vlastiti ultrazvuk, naveo je Zubčić.

Kaos u zdravstvenom sustavu i izostanak bilo kakve kontrole, Zubčić je ilustrirao navodom po kojemu neki zadarski ginekolozi koji su i koncesionari i imaju privatne ordinacije svoje usluge naplaćuju dva puta: od pacijentica i od HZZO-a budući se njihovi računi pojavljuju i u sustavu e-građanin. Tako se provodi tiha privatizacija zdravstva koje ni približno jednako dostupno u svim dijelovima Zadarske županije, pogotovo u njenom otočnom i ruralnom dijelu.
