Inovativni Zadar objavio je Javni poziv za zakup poslovnih prostora u novom Poduzetničkom inkubatoru Bili Brig!
Za subvencionirani zakup nudi se 20 poslovnih prostora veličine od 13 do 102 metara kvadratnih. Na javni poziv mogu se javiti poduzetnici - početnici, odnosno prijavitelji koji registriranu djelatnost obavljaju kraće od tri godine.
- Obzirom da je riječ o specijaliziranom inkubatoru, preferirane skupine poduzetnika su one koje obavljaju djelatnost iz područja prioritetnih sektora definiranih strateškim dokumentima Grada Zadra (poslovne i stručne usluge, ICT, kreativne industrije, proizvodi i usluge utemeljeni su na znanju, inovacijama i novim tehnologijama, izvozno orijentirane tvrtke), odnosno oni poduzetnici čija rješenja ili proizvodi predstavljaju tehnološko poboljšanje i napredak u odnosu na postojeća i/ili koriste inovativan koncept poslovanja, ističe se u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, a osim novih prostora mlade poduzetnike očekuje i nova prijava za zakup. Naime, svi oni koji žele zakupiti prostor u novom poduzetničkom inkubatoru svoju će prijavu predati u digitalnom obliku i to preko sustava eZadrani.
Javni poziv za zakup prostora u novom inkubatoru otvoren je do 9. ožujka, a s obzirom na dosadašnje iskustvo, 20 ureda će zadarskim poduzetnicima biti malo jer je samo na javni poziv za iskazivanje interesa stiglo preko 50 prijava.
Ove godine bi konačno trebao biti i raspisan natječaj za prvih pet kaseta Gospodarske zone Crno (GZ Crno) kojom također upravlja tvrtka Inovativni Zadar.
- Trenutno je u proceduri izrada Odluke o uvjetima i postupku raspolaganja nekretninama u vlasništvu Grada Zadra na području GZ Crno na kojoj će se temeljiti natječaj. Ta Odluka treba proći javno savjetovanje, a potom i Gradsko vijeće, nakon čega će se raspisati natječaj, istaknuo je Ivica Katić, direktor tvrtke Inovativni Zadar.
Odlukom će se definirati tko provodi natječaj, koje se tvrtke mogu prijaviti na njega, koji su kriteriji odabira te na koji način će se raspolagati sa zemljištem u GZ Crno kao i brojne druge odredbe. Ono što je dosada poznato jest cijena kvadrata za prvih pet kaseta koja iznosi 29,48 eura po kvadratnom metru. Prihod od prodaje zemljišta u GZ Crno će se utrošiti na daljnji razvoj infrastrukture.

Inovativni Zadar objavio je Javni poziv za zakup poslovnih prostora u novom Poduzetničkom inkubatoru Bili Brig!
Za subvencionirani zakup nudi se 20 poslovnih prostora veličine od 13 do 102 metara kvadratnih. Na javni poziv mogu se javiti poduzetnici - početnici, odnosno prijavitelji koji registriranu djelatnost obavljaju kraće od tri godine.
- Obzirom da je riječ o specijaliziranom inkubatoru, preferirane skupine poduzetnika su one koje obavljaju djelatnost iz područja prioritetnih sektora definiranih strateškim dokumentima Grada Zadra (poslovne i stručne usluge, ICT, kreativne industrije, proizvodi i usluge utemeljeni su na znanju, inovacijama i novim tehnologijama, izvozno orijentirane tvrtke), odnosno oni poduzetnici čija rješenja ili proizvodi predstavljaju tehnološko poboljšanje i napredak u odnosu na postojeća i/ili koriste inovativan koncept poslovanja, ističe se u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, a osim novih prostora mlade poduzetnike očekuje i nova prijava za zakup. Naime, svi oni koji žele zakupiti prostor u novom poduzetničkom inkubatoru svoju će prijavu predati u digitalnom obliku i to preko sustava eZadrani.
Javni poziv za zakup prostora u novom inkubatoru otvoren je do 9. ožujka, a s obzirom na dosadašnje iskustvo, 20 ureda će zadarskim poduzetnicima biti malo jer je samo na javni poziv za iskazivanje interesa stiglo preko 50 prijava.
Ove godine bi konačno trebao biti i raspisan natječaj za prvih pet kaseta Gospodarske zone Crno (GZ Crno) kojom također upravlja tvrtka Inovativni Zadar.
- Trenutno je u proceduri izrada Odluke o uvjetima i postupku raspolaganja nekretninama u vlasništvu Grada Zadra na području GZ Crno na kojoj će se temeljiti natječaj. Ta Odluka treba proći javno savjetovanje, a potom i Gradsko vijeće, nakon čega će se raspisati natječaj, istaknuo je Ivica Katić, direktor tvrtke Inovativni Zadar.
Odlukom će se definirati tko provodi natječaj, koje se tvrtke mogu prijaviti na njega, koji su kriteriji odabira te na koji način će se raspolagati sa zemljištem u GZ Crno kao i brojne druge odredbe. Ono što je dosada poznato jest cijena kvadrata za prvih pet kaseta koja iznosi 29,48 eura po kvadratnom metru. Prihod od prodaje zemljišta u GZ Crno će se utrošiti na daljnji razvoj infrastrukture.
