Završeni su pregovori između zadarske izvršne vlasti i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića oko amandmana na gradski proračun, a jedino što je preostalo u „procesu dogovaranja” je zajednički istup svih klubova vijećnika koji će na javnoj prezentaciji pojasniti sve dogovorene detalje. Očekuje se da će ta prezentacija biti organizirana u prvoj polovini narednog tjedna, vjerojatno u utorak ili u srijedu.

Koliko se sada čini, na obje strane prevladava umjereni optimizam i nadaju se da je Zadar jedan veliki korak bliži usvajanju novog proračuna s obzirom da su prethodno SDP i Domovinski pokret već dogovorili svoje amandmane s ljudima gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. Međutim, s obzirom da se Akcija mladih povukla iz pregovora, ostaje zagonetno koje će poteze povući Ante Rubeša i s kakvim će se amandmanima pojaviti na sjednici Gradskog vijeća, od čega ovisi i reakcija opozicijske većine. Dakle, ovo što je postignuto još uvijek ne predstavlja „automatsko jamstvo” da će novi proračun biti usvojen.

Zato su pregovarači oprezni i ne žele izlaziti sa svim detaljima oko kojih su se HDZ i Enio Meštrović usuglasili, ali se ipak ponešto od tog sadržaja probilo s pregovora vođenih u gradskoj upravi. Ne samo što je Enio Meštrović s tročlanim pregovaračkim timom izvršne vlasti (dogradonačelnik Ante Babić, te pročelnici Ivan Mijolović i Ante Ćurković) praktično dogovorio svih svojih devet „spornih amandmana”, nego su se na listi usuglašenih pojavila i tri dodatna amandmana.

Neslužbene informacije kojima raspolažemo kažu da je dogovorena izrada projektne dokumentacije za obilaznicu od Musapsatana prema Kožinu i Petrčanima. Na to bi trebalo biti utrošeno 30.000 eura, a razgovaralo se i o uvrštenju nove prometnice u novi Prostorni plan Zadra. Ipak, nakon što se usprotivio izgradnji ceste koja bi išla od Supernove do križanja na Žmirićima, tek treba vidjeti koja sudbina čeka taj projekt što ga je predlagala Dukićeva administracija.

Deset puta veći iznos, čak 300.000 eura, trebao bi iz gradskog proračuna biti utrošen na preseljenje zadarskog azila na granicu između Bokanjca i Briševa. Navodno je bilo riječi o tome da bi do kraja godine trebalo biti završeno između 30 i 40 posto radova na novom azilu, a radovi na projektu procijenjenom na 16 milijuna kuna krenuli bi početkom svibnja ili lipnja.

Među usuglašenim amandmanima je i 120.000 eura za gradske subvencije djeci koja se bave sportom, kulturom i glazbom. Za djecu koja nisu članovi sportskih, kulturnih i glazbenih udruga, predviđeno je financiranje svojevrsne sportske škole koja ne bi opteretila njihove roditelje.

U HDZ-u se ocjenjuje da su pregovori bili uspješni, jer su amandmani „dovedeni u sklad ne samo a zakonima, nego i financijskim mogućnostima Grada Zadra”.

Novi posao za komunalne redare

Enio Meštrović i ljudi s njegove Nezavisne liste su u nekoliko navrata na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća iskazivali svoj revolt betonizacijom grada smatrajući da se u prostoru događaju skaredne stvari i nezakonitosti zbog kojih novogradnje ostaju bez zelenih površina.

Kako se čini, sada je s izvršnom vlasti dogovoreno da komunalno redarstvo, zasada s jednim čovjekom, preuzme neku vrstu nadzora: ubuduće bi komunalni redar imao obvezu stvaranja fotodokumentacije s gradilišta prije i poslije izdane uporabne dozvole, da bi se utvrdilo je li i tko prekršio zakon. Ta bi dokumentacija trebala biti proslijeđena ne samo nadležnoj inspekciji, nego i gradskim vijećnicima.

Završeni su pregovori između zadarske izvršne vlasti i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića oko amandmana na gradski proračun, a jedino što je preostalo u „procesu dogovaranja” je zajednički istup svih klubova vijećnika koji će na javnoj prezentaciji pojasniti sve dogovorene detalje. Očekuje se da će ta prezentacija biti organizirana u prvoj polovini narednog tjedna, vjerojatno u utorak ili u srijedu.

Koliko se sada čini, na obje strane prevladava umjereni optimizam i nadaju se da je Zadar jedan veliki korak bliži usvajanju novog proračuna s obzirom da su prethodno SDP i Domovinski pokret već dogovorili svoje amandmane s ljudima gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. Međutim, s obzirom da se Akcija mladih povukla iz pregovora, ostaje zagonetno koje će poteze povući Ante Rubeša i s kakvim će se amandmanima pojaviti na sjednici Gradskog vijeća, od čega ovisi i reakcija opozicijske većine. Dakle, ovo što je postignuto još uvijek ne predstavlja „automatsko jamstvo” da će novi proračun biti usvojen.

Zato su pregovarači oprezni i ne žele izlaziti sa svim detaljima oko kojih su se HDZ i Enio Meštrović usuglasili, ali se ipak ponešto od tog sadržaja probilo s pregovora vođenih u gradskoj upravi. Ne samo što je Enio Meštrović s tročlanim pregovaračkim timom izvršne vlasti (dogradonačelnik Ante Babić, te pročelnici Ivan Mijolović i Ante Ćurković) praktično dogovorio svih svojih devet „spornih amandmana”, nego su se na listi usuglašenih pojavila i tri dodatna amandmana.

Neslužbene informacije kojima raspolažemo kažu da je dogovorena izrada projektne dokumentacije za obilaznicu od Musapsatana prema Kožinu i Petrčanima. Na to bi trebalo biti utrošeno 30.000 eura, a razgovaralo se i o uvrštenju nove prometnice u novi Prostorni plan Zadra. Ipak, nakon što se usprotivio izgradnji ceste koja bi išla od Supernove do križanja na Žmirićima, tek treba vidjeti koja sudbina čeka taj projekt što ga je predlagala Dukićeva administracija.

Deset puta veći iznos, čak 300.000 eura, trebao bi iz gradskog proračuna biti utrošen na preseljenje zadarskog azila na granicu između Bokanjca i Briševa. Navodno je bilo riječi o tome da bi do kraja godine trebalo biti završeno između 30 i 40 posto radova na novom azilu, a radovi na projektu procijenjenom na 16 milijuna kuna krenuli bi početkom svibnja ili lipnja.

Među usuglašenim amandmanima je i 120.000 eura za gradske subvencije djeci koja se bave sportom, kulturom i glazbom. Za djecu koja nisu članovi sportskih, kulturnih i glazbenih udruga, predviđeno je financiranje svojevrsne sportske škole koja ne bi opteretila njihove roditelje.

U HDZ-u se ocjenjuje da su pregovori bili uspješni, jer su amandmani „dovedeni u sklad ne samo a zakonima, nego i financijskim mogućnostima Grada Zadra”.

Novi posao za komunalne redare

Enio Meštrović i ljudi s njegove Nezavisne liste su u nekoliko navrata na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća iskazivali svoj revolt betonizacijom grada smatrajući da se u prostoru događaju skaredne stvari i nezakonitosti zbog kojih novogradnje ostaju bez zelenih površina.

Kako se čini, sada je s izvršnom vlasti dogovoreno da komunalno redarstvo, zasada s jednim čovjekom, preuzme neku vrstu nadzora: ubuduće bi komunalni redar imao obvezu stvaranja fotodokumentacije s gradilišta prije i poslije izdane uporabne dozvole, da bi se utvrdilo je li i tko prekršio zakon. Ta bi dokumentacija trebala biti proslijeđena ne samo nadležnoj inspekciji, nego i gradskim vijećnicima.

Završeni su pregovori između zadarske izvršne vlasti i Nezavisne liste Enija Meštrovića oko amandmana na gradski proračun, a jedino što je preostalo u „procesu dogovaranja” je zajednički istup svih klubova vijećnika koji će na javnoj prezentaciji pojasniti sve dogovorene detalje. Očekuje se da će ta prezentacija biti organizirana u prvoj polovini narednog tjedna, vjerojatno u utorak ili u srijedu.

Koliko se sada čini, na obje strane prevladava umjereni optimizam i nadaju se da je Zadar jedan veliki korak bliži usvajanju novog proračuna s obzirom da su prethodno SDP i Domovinski pokret već dogovorili svoje amandmane s ljudima gradonačelnika Branka Dukića. Međutim, s obzirom da se Akcija mladih povukla iz pregovora, ostaje zagonetno koje će poteze povući Ante Rubeša i s kakvim će se amandmanima pojaviti na sjednici Gradskog vijeća, od čega ovisi i reakcija opozicijske većine. Dakle, ovo što je postignuto još uvijek ne predstavlja „automatsko jamstvo” da će novi proračun biti usvojen.

Zato su pregovarači oprezni i ne žele izlaziti sa svim detaljima oko kojih su se HDZ i Enio Meštrović usuglasili, ali se ipak ponešto od tog sadržaja probilo s pregovora vođenih u gradskoj upravi.
