Njemačka je do 1. lipnja ukinula gotovo sva ograničenja pandemije, uključujući turistička. Već sada je jasno da ljudi koji ponovno žele slobodno letjeti na odmor i nedostatak radnika u zračnim lukama jamče opći kaos. Zbog pandemijske krize, operateri zračnih luka masovno su otpuštali zaposlenike – iste one koji im sada nedostaju posvuda, od kontrole putnika, preko osoblja za održavanje zrakoplova, do kontrole leta, piše Fenix Magazin.

“Putničkim službama nedostaje radnika posvuda, sada ima oko 20 posto manje zemaljskog osoblja nego prije pandemije. To može stvoriti kaos u vrijeme špiceva, posebno pri čekiranju, ukrcavanju prtljaga i provjere sigurnosti”, rekao je direktor Udruženja zračnih luka (ADV) Ralph Beisel, prenosi DPA.

Procjenjuje se da će zračne luke diljem Njemačke trebati još oko 5.500 radnika. U Velikoj Britaniji već vlada metež, stotine otkazanih letova i pretrpani terminali, dok vlada i zrakoplovna industrija izmjenjuju optužbe za krivnju. “U posljednje dvije godine zaposlenici su masovno odlazili, a sada je kadrove gotovo nemoguće pronaći”, rekao je za BBC predstavnik sindikata GMB-a.

U Njemačkoj su se mnogi radnici u vrijeme pandemije prebacili u logističke tvrtke, rekao je Thomas Richter iz udruge ABL Land Services.

Ništa bolja situacija nije ni u zračnim prijevoznicima. Niskotarifni Easyjet već se odlučio na drastičan korak: u britanskoj floti ukidaju se posljednja sjedala u svim zrakoplovima Airbus A319. Šest manje znači da zrakoplovu više nisu potrebne četiri stjuardese, već tri – za preostalih 150 putnika, sukladno sigurnosnim propisima.

Gužve na zračnim lukama u Njemačkoj već su počele. Dugi redovi su već uobičajeni u Dusseldorfu, Berlinu i Frankfurtu. U Dusseldorfu uglavnom kontrolu putnika umjesto savezne policije obavlja privatna agencija.

Zračna luka Frankfurt, kao i zračna luka Amsterdam, najavila je da će otkazati određene letove kako bi se rasteretila. Prijevoznici su, naravno, ogorčeni i traže odštetu.

U međuvremenu je nizozemski KLM prestao s prodajom karata za određene letove, ostavljajući prostora za prebukiranje nekih putnika.

Nebo nad Europom iznimno je živo, unatoč ratu u Ukrajini i rekordnoj inflaciji, a posebno je snažan putnički promet. U tjednu od 23. do 29. svibnja bilo je više od 28.100 letova dnevno, što je gotovo 86 posto obima prije pandemije, pokazuju podaci Eurocontrola.

Lufthansa trenutno planira vratiti 95% kratkih letova u Europi od prije tri godine, a njezina podružnica Eurowings planira pomaknuti saldo.

Fraport, operater zračne luke u Frankfurtu, tijekom pandemije otpustio je oko 4.000 ljudi, a više ih je otišlo u potrazi za boljim poslom. Tržište rada u gradu i okolici sada je pusto i gotovo je nemoguće pronaći potrebnih 1.000 radnika, piše Fenix.

“Pronaći više od 100 radnika mjesečno? Teško”, kaže šef Fraporta Stefan Schulte.

Prepreka je i provjera ljudi koji za malu plaću dostavljaju hranu i pakiraju prtljagu u avione po vjetru i kiši. Tko su, što su radili prije i koliko su pouzdani – sigurnosnim službama treba do šest tjedana da provjere svaku od tih osoba.

Osim toga, svatko tko je u posljednjih pet godina živio više od šest mjeseci u inozemstvu mora dokazati da nije procesuiran, a potencijalne radnike iz drugih zemalja često je teško dobiti.

Kako je kriza globalna, Međunarodna udruga za zračni prijevoz (IATA) predlaže globalnu standardizaciju obuke – kako bi zemaljsko osoblje i piloti mogli dobiti posao bilo gdje. Predlažu i jednostavniju provjeru potencijalnih zaposlenika.

Njemačka je do 1. lipnja ukinula gotovo sva ograničenja pandemije, uključujući turistička. Već sada je jasno da ljudi koji ponovno žele slobodno letjeti na odmor i nedostatak radnika u zračnim lukama jamče opći kaos. Zbog pandemijske krize, operateri zračnih luka masovno su otpuštali zaposlenike – iste one koji im sada nedostaju posvuda, od kontrole putnika, preko osoblja za održavanje zrakoplova, do kontrole leta, piše Fenix Magazin.

“Putničkim službama nedostaje radnika posvuda, sada ima oko 20 posto manje zemaljskog osoblja nego prije pandemije. To može stvoriti kaos u vrijeme špiceva, posebno pri čekiranju, ukrcavanju prtljaga i provjere sigurnosti”, rekao je direktor Udruženja zračnih luka (ADV) Ralph Beisel, prenosi DPA.

Procjenjuje se da će zračne luke diljem Njemačke trebati još oko 5.500 radnika. U Velikoj Britaniji već vlada metež, stotine otkazanih letova i pretrpani terminali, dok vlada i zrakoplovna industrija izmjenjuju optužbe za krivnju. “U posljednje dvije godine zaposlenici su masovno odlazili, a sada je kadrove gotovo nemoguće pronaći”, rekao je za BBC predstavnik sindikata GMB-a.

U Njemačkoj su se mnogi radnici u vrijeme pandemije prebacili u logističke tvrtke, rekao je Thomas Richter iz udruge ABL Land Services.

Ništa bolja situacija nije ni u zračnim prijevoznicima. Niskotarifni Easyjet već se odlučio na drastičan korak: u britanskoj floti ukidaju se posljednja sjedala u svim zrakoplovima Airbus A319. Šest manje znači da zrakoplovu više nisu potrebne četiri stjuardese, već tri – za preostalih 150 putnika, sukladno sigurnosnim propisima.

Gužve na zračnim lukama u Njemačkoj već su počele. Dugi redovi su već uobičajeni u Dusseldorfu, Berlinu i Frankfurtu. U Dusseldorfu uglavnom kontrolu putnika umjesto savezne policije obavlja privatna agencija.

Zračna luka Frankfurt, kao i zračna luka Amsterdam, najavila je da će otkazati određene letove kako bi se rasteretila. Prijevoznici su, naravno, ogorčeni i traže odštetu.

U međuvremenu je nizozemski KLM prestao s prodajom karata za određene letove, ostavljajući prostora za prebukiranje nekih putnika.

Nebo nad Europom iznimno je živo, unatoč ratu u Ukrajini i rekordnoj inflaciji, a posebno je snažan putnički promet. U tjednu od 23. do 29. svibnja bilo je više od 28.100 letova dnevno, što je gotovo 86 posto obima prije pandemije, pokazuju podaci Eurocontrola.

Lufthansa trenutno planira vratiti 95% kratkih letova u Europi od prije tri godine, a njezina podružnica Eurowings planira pomaknuti saldo.

Fraport, operater zračne luke u Frankfurtu, tijekom pandemije otpustio je oko 4.000 ljudi, a više ih je otišlo u potrazi za boljim poslom. Tržište rada u gradu i okolici sada je pusto i gotovo je nemoguće pronaći potrebnih 1.000 radnika, piše Fenix.

“Pronaći više od 100 radnika mjesečno? Teško”, kaže šef Fraporta Stefan Schulte.

Prepreka je i provjera ljudi koji za malu plaću dostavljaju hranu i pakiraju prtljagu u avione po vjetru i kiši. Tko su, što su radili prije i koliko su pouzdani – sigurnosnim službama treba do šest tjedana da provjere svaku od tih osoba.

Osim toga, svatko tko je u posljednjih pet godina živio više od šest mjeseci u inozemstvu mora dokazati da nije procesuiran, a potencijalne radnike iz drugih zemalja često je teško dobiti.

Kako je kriza globalna, Međunarodna udruga za zračni prijevoz (IATA) predlaže globalnu standardizaciju obuke – kako bi zemaljsko osoblje i piloti mogli dobiti posao bilo gdje. Predlažu i jednostavniju provjeru potencijalnih zaposlenika.
