Air Franceu i Airbusu ovog će se tjedna suditi za ubojstvo iz nehata zbog nesreće u kojoj je 228 ljudi poginulo nakon što je avion na letu iz Rija za Pariz pao u Atlantski ocean 2009. godine - javlja Daily Mail.

Suđenju je prethodila 13-godišnja borba za pravdu obitelji onih koji su izgubili živote u najgoroj francuskoj zračnoj nesreći. Grupa za podršku članovima obitelji žrtava, koji znaju da će na suđenju biti vraćeni "u iznimno bolne trenutke", ocijenila je suđenje kao "apsolutno ključno za sjećanje na one koji su nestali i za njihove obitelji"

Zrakoplov na letu AF447 srušio se u Atlantik 1. lipnja 2009. na putu za glavni grad Francuske nakon što su se tri pilota, uključujući kapetana Marca Duboisa i Pierre-Cedrica Bonina, uspaničila i nisu se uspjeli nositi s neispravnom opremom nakon što su uletjeli u oluju.

Bile su potrebne dvije godine da se pronađe olupina aviona koja je bila na dubini od gotovo 4000 metara. Otkrivena je specijaliziranom podvodnom tehnologijom, uključujući podmornice na daljinsko upravljanje.

Unatoč istrazi kojom se došlo do zaključila da je nesreću uzrokovala pogreška pilota Air Francea i tehnički problemi za koje je kriv proizvođač aviona Airbus, suci su odbacili slučaj u kolovozu 2019.

Međutim, Žalbeni sud u Parizu prošle je godine poništio ovu odluku, što znači da dvjema tvrtkama danas počinje suđenje za "nemar i nesmotrenost koji su doveli do ubojstva iz nehata".

Ali, ožalošćene obitelji i dalje su bijesne jer neće biti suđeno nijednom direktoru tvrtki. Nelson Marinho, čiji je sin među poginulima, je rekao: "Mijenjali su u međuvremenu razne direktore, i u Airbusu i u Air Franceu, pa koga će uhititi? Nikog. Neće biti pravde. To je žalosna istina."

AirFrance i Airbus suočavaju se s mogućim novčanim kaznama do 225.000 eura, ali nitko neće završiti u zatvoru. Daniele Lamy, predsjednica grupe za podršku žrtvama, rekla je: "Suđenje će nas vratiti u iznimno bolne trenutke, ali ono je apsolutno neophodno radi sjećanja na one koji su nestali i za obitelji."

Tužitelji optužuju Air France da nije dovoljno obučio pilote kako bi trebali reagirati u slučaju kvara Pitotovih cijevi koje prate brzinu. Piloti su dokazano krivo reagirali kada su se senzori za brzinu bili zamrzli.

Francuska agencija za istragu nesreće BEA ustanovila je u detaljnoj kronologiji nesreće da su naredbe s komandi 32-godišnjeg mlađeg pilota u avionu podigle nos zrakoplova prema gore jer je ovaj postao nestabilan i uključilo se zvučno upozorenje na zaustavljanje.

Ova radnja bila je suprotna uobičajenoj proceduri koja zahtijeva spuštanje nosa kao odgovor na upozorenje da će avion izgubiti uzgon ili, tehničkim rječnikom rečeno, "zastati".

Air France, koji je ranije isplatio odštetu obiteljima žrtava, u iznosu koji nije objavljen, u priopćenju poručuje kako će dokazati da "nije počinio zločin". Airbus također negira bilo kakvu krivnju, navodeći grešku pilota kao razlog za ono što se dogodilo.

Od ove katastrofe Air France je navodno pojačao obuku pilota o rješavanju ovakvih tehničkih kvarova.

Sveukupno je u zrakoplovu bilo 216 putnika i 12 članova posade 32 nacionalnosti, uključujući 72 Francuza, 59 Brazilaca, 26 Nijemaca, devet Kineza, devet Talijana i pet Britanaca.

Suđenje Airbusu i Air Franceu na pariškom Kaznenom sudu trebalo bi završiti 8. prosinca.

Air Franceu i Airbusu ovog će se tjedna suditi za ubojstvo iz nehata zbog nesreće u kojoj je 228 ljudi poginulo nakon što je avion na letu iz Rija za Pariz pao u Atlantski ocean 2009. godine - javlja Daily Mail.

Suđenju je prethodila 13-godišnja borba za pravdu obitelji onih koji su izgubili živote u najgoroj francuskoj zračnoj nesreći. Grupa za podršku članovima obitelji žrtava, koji znaju da će na suđenju biti vraćeni "u iznimno bolne trenutke", ocijenila je suđenje kao "apsolutno ključno za sjećanje na one koji su nestali i za njihove obitelji"

Zrakoplov na letu AF447 srušio se u Atlantik 1. lipnja 2009. na putu za glavni grad Francuske nakon što su se tri pilota, uključujući kapetana Marca Duboisa i Pierre-Cedrica Bonina, uspaničila i nisu se uspjeli nositi s neispravnom opremom nakon što su uletjeli u oluju.

Bile su potrebne dvije godine da se pronađe olupina aviona koja je bila na dubini od gotovo 4000 metara. Otkrivena je specijaliziranom podvodnom tehnologijom, uključujući podmornice na daljinsko upravljanje.

Unatoč istrazi kojom se došlo do zaključila da je nesreću uzrokovala pogreška pilota Air Francea i tehnički problemi za koje je kriv proizvođač aviona Airbus, suci su odbacili slučaj u kolovozu 2019.

Međutim, Žalbeni sud u Parizu prošle je godine poništio ovu odluku, što znači da dvjema tvrtkama danas počinje suđenje za "nemar i nesmotrenost koji su doveli do ubojstva iz nehata".

Ali, ožalošćene obitelji i dalje su bijesne jer neće biti suđeno nijednom direktoru tvrtki. Nelson Marinho, čiji je sin među poginulima, je rekao: "Mijenjali su u međuvremenu razne direktore, i u Airbusu i u Air Franceu, pa koga će uhititi? Nikog. Neće biti pravde. To je žalosna istina."

AirFrance i Airbus suočavaju se s mogućim novčanim kaznama do 225.000 eura, ali nitko neće završiti u zatvoru. Daniele Lamy, predsjednica grupe za podršku žrtvama, rekla je: "Suđenje će nas vratiti u iznimno bolne trenutke, ali ono je apsolutno neophodno radi sjećanja na one koji su nestali i za obitelji."

Tužitelji optužuju Air France da nije dovoljno obučio pilote kako bi trebali reagirati u slučaju kvara Pitotovih cijevi koje prate brzinu. Piloti su dokazano krivo reagirali kada su se senzori za brzinu bili zamrzli.

Francuska agencija za istragu nesreće BEA ustanovila je u detaljnoj kronologiji nesreće da su naredbe s komandi 32-godišnjeg mlađeg pilota u avionu podigle nos zrakoplova prema gore jer je ovaj postao nestabilan i uključilo se zvučno upozorenje na zaustavljanje.

Ova radnja bila je suprotna uobičajenoj proceduri koja zahtijeva spuštanje nosa kao odgovor na upozorenje da će avion izgubiti uzgon ili, tehničkim rječnikom rečeno, "zastati".

Air France, koji je ranije isplatio odštetu obiteljima žrtava, u iznosu koji nije objavljen, u priopćenju poručuje kako će dokazati da "nije počinio zločin". Airbus također negira bilo kakvu krivnju, navodeći grešku pilota kao razlog za ono što se dogodilo.

Od ove katastrofe Air France je navodno pojačao obuku pilota o rješavanju ovakvih tehničkih kvarova.

Sveukupno je u zrakoplovu bilo 216 putnika i 12 članova posade 32 nacionalnosti, uključujući 72 Francuza, 59 Brazilaca, 26 Nijemaca, devet Kineza, devet Talijana i pet Britanaca.

Suđenje Airbusu i Air Franceu na pariškom Kaznenom sudu trebalo bi završiti 8. prosinca.
