Malijska vojska, koja je izvela državni udar, obećala je u srijedu da će organizirati izbore u "razumnom" roku, dok međunarodni akteri pozivaju na brzo razrješenje političke krize.

Predsjednik Ibrahim Boubacar Keita podnio je ostavku i raspustio parlament u utorak, nakon što su ga pobunjeni vojnici zarobili. U zemlji, koja se bori s džihadistima, time je produbljena politička kriza.

Strahujući da bi Keitin pad nakon gotovo sedmogodišnje vlasti mogao destabilizirati Sahel, Ekonomska zajednica zapadnoafričkih država (ECOWAS), koja ima 15 članica, suspendirala je članstvo Malija u ECOWAS-u.

Predsjedavajući Afričke unije, predsjednik Južne Afrike Cyril Ramaphosa, zahtijeva da se odmah uspostavi civilna vlast u zemlji. Dok investitori prodaju dionice u tvrtkama sa sjedištem u Maliju, koje su vlasnice rudnika zlata, pobunjeni vojnici tek trebaju odrediti svog vođu.

Stanje u prijestolnici Malija Bamaku je mirno. Glasnogovornik pobunjenih vojnika, koji su se nazvali Nacionalni odbor oslobođenja naroda, kazao je da je vojska djelovala kako bi spriječila dodatni "kaos, anarhiju i nesigurnost". "Ne želimo moć, već stabilnost zemlje, koja će na omogućiti da organiziramo opće izbore u razumnom vremenskom okviru", kazao je pukovnik Ismael Wague u srijedu na državnoj televiziji.

Od ustanka Tuarega na sjeveru zemlje 2012., koji su preuzeli islamistički militanti, centralne vlasti ne uspijevaju uspostaviti stabilnost.

Sedamdesetpetogodišnji Keita izabran je za predsjednika 2013. nakon vojnog puča godinu dana ranije, a obećao je da će zemlji donijeti mir i stabilnost te da će se boriti protiv korupcije.

Drugi mandat osvojio je na izborima 2018.

Malijska vojska, koja je izvela državni udar, obećala je u srijedu da će organizirati izbore u "razumnom" roku, dok međunarodni akteri pozivaju na brzo razrješenje političke krize.

Predsjednik Ibrahim Boubacar Keita podnio je ostavku i raspustio parlament u utorak, nakon što su ga pobunjeni vojnici zarobili. U zemlji, koja se bori s džihadistima, time je produbljena politička kriza.

Strahujući da bi Keitin pad nakon gotovo sedmogodišnje vlasti mogao destabilizirati Sahel, Ekonomska zajednica zapadnoafričkih država (ECOWAS), koja ima 15 članica, suspendirala je članstvo Malija u ECOWAS-u.

Predsjedavajući Afričke unije, predsjednik Južne Afrike Cyril Ramaphosa, zahtijeva da se odmah uspostavi civilna vlast u zemlji. Dok investitori prodaju dionice u tvrtkama sa sjedištem u Maliju, koje su vlasnice rudnika zlata, pobunjeni vojnici tek trebaju odrediti svog vođu.

Stanje u prijestolnici Malija Bamaku je mirno. Glasnogovornik pobunjenih vojnika, koji su se nazvali Nacionalni odbor oslobođenja naroda, kazao je da je vojska djelovala kako bi spriječila dodatni "kaos, anarhiju i nesigurnost". "Ne želimo moć, već stabilnost zemlje, koja će na omogućiti da organiziramo opće izbore u razumnom vremenskom okviru", kazao je pukovnik Ismael Wague u srijedu na državnoj televiziji.

Od ustanka Tuarega na sjeveru zemlje 2012., koji su preuzeli islamistički militanti, centralne vlasti ne uspijevaju uspostaviti stabilnost.

Sedamdesetpetogodišnji Keita izabran je za predsjednika 2013. nakon vojnog puča godinu dana ranije, a obećao je da će zemlji donijeti mir i stabilnost te da će se boriti protiv korupcije.

Drugi mandat osvojio je na izborima 2018.

Malijska vojska, koja je izvela državni udar, obećala je u srijedu da će organizirati izbore u "razumnom" roku, dok međunarodni akteri pozivaju na brzo razrješenje političke krize.
