Europska unija surađivat će s talibanima pod strogim uvjetima, ali to ne znači da će priznati novu afganistansku vladu, rekao je u petak šef europske diplomacije Josep Borrell.

"Kako bismo pomogli afganistanskom narodu, morat ćemo surađivati s novom vladom u Afganistanu, što ne znači priznanje. To je operativna suradnja”, rekao je Borell na konferenciji za novinare u Brdu u Sloveniji, prenosi Reuters.

Dodao je da će se ta suradnja povećavati ovisno o ponašanju vlade, na primjer ako Afganistan ne bude "baza za izvoz terorizma u druge zemlje” i ako bude poštivala ljudska prava, vladavinu prava i medije.

Afganistan će također morati formirati inkluzivnu, reprezentativnu prijelaznu vladu, omogućiti slobodnu dostavu humanitarne pomoći i dopustiti stranim državljanima i Afganistancima koji su izloženi riziku od odmazde da napuste zemlju.

Velika Britanija također je poručila da neće priznati talibansku vladu.

Britanski ministar vanjskih poslova Dominic Raab rekao je u petak da Velika Britanija neće priznati talibane kao novu vladu u Kabulu, ali i da će morati prihvatiti nove realnosti u Afganistanu te naglasio da ne želi da se uruši društvena i gospodarska struktura te zemlje.

Govoreći tijekom posjeta Pakistanu, Raab je rekao da ne bi bilo moguće evakuirati gotovo 15.000 ljudi iz Kabula bez suradnje s talibanima, koji su preuzeli nadzor nad glavnim gradom 15. kolovoza.

"Naš je pristup da ne priznajemo talibane kao vladu”, rekao je, dodajući da Britanija obično priznaje države, a ne vlade.
"Shvaćamo važnost suradnje i izravne linije komunikacije...Talibani su poduzeli niz koraka, neke pozitivne na riječima. Moramo ih testirati i vidjeti hoće li se to pretočiti u djela”, rekao je Raab.

"U ovoj je fazi važno procjenjivati talibane po tim ranim, početnim i vjerojatno prilično skromnim testovima i vidjeti hoće li ispuniti obećanja”, istaknuo je.

Raab je rekao da je Britanija deblokirala prvu tranšu od 30 milijuna funti humanitarne pomoći za afganistanske susjede, koji će se morati nositi s najvećim dijelom potencijalnog velikog migrantskog vala.

Kazao je i da je proračun za pomoć Afganistanu povećan na 286 milijuna funti, ali će buduće isplate ići preko humanitarnih organizacija.

Na pitanje hoće li Rusija priznati talibansku vladu, ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin rekao je u petak na forumu u Valdivostoku da ako se Afganistan raspadne, neće biti nikakve političke snage s kojom bi se moglo izravno razgovarati i pozvao da se zajedničkim naporima donese odluka o "legaliziranju” neke lokalne političke snage.

Rusija službeno smatra talibane terorističkom skupinom.

Talibani će uskoro objaviti sastav nove vlade koju bi trebao voditi suosnivač talibanskog pokreta Mula Baradar.

Europska unija surađivat će s talibanima pod strogim uvjetima, ali to ne znači da će priznati novu afganistansku vladu, rekao je u petak šef europske diplomacije Josep Borrell.

"Kako bismo pomogli afganistanskom narodu, morat ćemo surađivati s novom vladom u Afganistanu, što ne znači priznanje. To je operativna suradnja”, rekao je Borell na konferenciji za novinare u Brdu u Sloveniji, prenosi Reuters.

Dodao je da će se ta suradnja povećavati ovisno o ponašanju vlade, na primjer ako Afganistan ne bude "baza za izvoz terorizma u druge zemlje” i ako bude poštivala ljudska prava, vladavinu prava i medije.

Afganistan će također morati formirati inkluzivnu, reprezentativnu prijelaznu vladu, omogućiti slobodnu dostavu humanitarne pomoći i dopustiti stranim državljanima i Afganistancima koji su izloženi riziku od odmazde da napuste zemlju.

Velika Britanija također je poručila da neće priznati talibansku vladu.

Britanski ministar vanjskih poslova Dominic Raab rekao je u petak da Velika Britanija neće priznati talibane kao novu vladu u Kabulu, ali i da će morati prihvatiti nove realnosti u Afganistanu te naglasio da ne želi da se uruši društvena i gospodarska struktura te zemlje.

Govoreći tijekom posjeta Pakistanu, Raab je rekao da ne bi bilo moguće evakuirati gotovo 15.000 ljudi iz Kabula bez suradnje s talibanima, koji su preuzeli nadzor nad glavnim gradom 15. kolovoza.

"Naš je pristup da ne priznajemo talibane kao vladu”, rekao je, dodajući da Britanija obično priznaje države, a ne vlade.
"Shvaćamo važnost suradnje i izravne linije komunikacije...Talibani su poduzeli niz koraka, neke pozitivne na riječima. Moramo ih testirati i vidjeti hoće li se to pretočiti u djela”, rekao je Raab.

"U ovoj je fazi važno procjenjivati talibane po tim ranim, početnim i vjerojatno prilično skromnim testovima i vidjeti hoće li ispuniti obećanja”, istaknuo je.

Raab je rekao da je Britanija deblokirala prvu tranšu od 30 milijuna funti humanitarne pomoći za afganistanske susjede, koji će se morati nositi s najvećim dijelom potencijalnog velikog migrantskog vala.

Kazao je i da je proračun za pomoć Afganistanu povećan na 286 milijuna funti, ali će buduće isplate ići preko humanitarnih organizacija.

Na pitanje hoće li Rusija priznati talibansku vladu, ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin rekao je u petak na forumu u Valdivostoku da ako se Afganistan raspadne, neće biti nikakve političke snage s kojom bi se moglo izravno razgovarati i pozvao da se zajedničkim naporima donese odluka o "legaliziranju” neke lokalne političke snage.

Rusija službeno smatra talibane terorističkom skupinom.

Talibani će uskoro objaviti sastav nove vlade koju bi trebao voditi suosnivač talibanskog pokreta Mula Baradar.

Europska unija surađivat će s talibanima pod strogim uvjetima, ali to ne znači da će priznati novu afganistansku vladu, rekao je u petak šef europske diplomacije Josep Borrell.

"Kako bismo pomogli afganistanskom narodu, morat ćemo surađivati s novom vladom u Afganistanu, što ne znači priznanje. To je operativna suradnja”, rekao je Borell na konferenciji za novinare u Brdu u Sloveniji, prenosi Reuters.

Dodao je da će se ta suradnja povećavati ovisno o ponašanju vlade, na primjer ako Afganistan ne bude "baza za izvoz terorizma u druge zemlje” i ako bude poštivala ljudska prava, vladavinu prava i medije.

Afganistan će također morati formirati inkluzivnu, reprezentativnu prijelaznu vladu, omogućiti slobodnu dostavu humanitarne pomoći i dopustiti stranim državljanima i...
