Hercegovački biznismen Petar Ćorluka, vlasnik kompanije Violeta, nakon što je kupio i obnovio tvornicu keksa i vafli "Lasta" Čapljina, u svom poslovnom zamahu je odlučio promijeniti i vizuru rodnih Gruda gdje gradi moderni shopping centar i luksuzni hotel.
Da se ozbiljno i s mnogo pozornosti radi na realizaciji te investicijske priče potvrdio je Ćorluka.
"Za hotel se tek radi idejno rješenje projekta, a za shopping centar je projekat već završen", kazao je Ćorluka za Klix.ba .
Ističe da je shopping centar osmišljen kao jedinstveno i moderno arhitektonsko rješenje na 7.000 kvadratnih metara, s brojnim sadržajima zabavnog, ugostiteljskog i prodajnog karaktera, poput dječje igraonice, restorana, caffe bara, drogerije, hipermarketa te trgovina popularnih modnih brendova.
Moderni shopping centar će imati 300 parking mjesta u podzemnoj garaži i vanjskoj etaži, a završetak projekta očekuje se do kraja 2024. godine.
Shopping centar se gradi na mjestu bivšeg hotela Grude, koji je prije dvije godine srušen kad je Ćorluka taj objekat kupio i odlučio na mjestu oronule zgrade sagraditi novu modernu građevinu.
U skladu s tim će Ćorluka u neposrednoj blizini graditi i luksuzni hotel za koji se razrađuje idejno rješenje, jer će zamijeniti oronulu zgradu bivše duhanske stanice čiji je vlasnik nedavno postao.
"Za hotel u duhanskoj stanici sad uzimamo konzultante i arhitekte, da naprave nešto specijalno i posebno", kazao je Ćorluka za Klix.ba .

Poslovnim zamahom Petra Ćorluke vidno je zadovoljan i načelnik Općine Grude Ljubo Grizelj, jer smatra da će se tako u potpunosti izmijeniti i modernizirati vizura središnje zone Gruda uklapajući se apsolutno u regulacijski plan.
"Regulacijski plan centra Općine Grude je svega 50 hektara što je jako malo i svi planovi koje imaju privatni i javni investitori, a uklapaju u taj plan su super i dobrodošli. Upravo ovo što investitor želi raditi nama se uklapa u detaljni plan uređenja središta Gruda", rekao je Grizelj za Klix.ba .
Smatra da je ova investicijska priča jako važna za širu sliku razvoja Općine Grude kojoj se teži.
"Sve ide u tome da se završi južna i sjeverna obilaznica Gruda i da se tranzitni promet izbaci iz centra zone. Onda sve to ima svoj konačni smisao, da Grude postanu mala gradska sredina sa svojim urbaniziranim centrom. Do sada je to bilo dva reda kuća uz cestu, a sad bi to trebalo biti jedno urbano središte sa svojim trgom, parkom, spomen obilježjima i društvenim sadržajima", objasnio je za Klix.ba načelnik Općine Grude.

Hercegovački biznismen Petar Ćorluka, vlasnik kompanije Violeta, nakon što je kupio i obnovio tvornicu keksa i vafli "Lasta" Čapljina, u svom poslovnom zamahu je odlučio promijeniti i vizuru rodnih Gruda gdje gradi moderni shopping centar i luksuzni hotel.
Da se ozbiljno i s mnogo pozornosti radi na realizaciji te investicijske priče potvrdio je Ćorluka.
"Za hotel se tek radi idejno rješenje projekta, a za shopping centar je projekat već završen", kazao je Ćorluka za Klix.ba .
Ističe da je shopping centar osmišljen kao jedinstveno i moderno arhitektonsko rješenje na 7.000 kvadratnih metara, s brojnim sadržajima zabavnog, ugostiteljskog i prodajnog karaktera, poput dječje igraonice, restorana, caffe bara, drogerije, hipermarketa te trgovina popularnih modnih brendova.
Moderni shopping centar će imati 300 parking mjesta u podzemnoj garaži i vanjskoj etaži, a završetak projekta očekuje se do kraja 2024. godine.
Shopping centar se gradi na mjestu bivšeg hotela Grude, koji je prije dvije godine srušen kad je Ćorluka taj objekat kupio i odlučio na mjestu oronule zgrade sagraditi novu modernu građevinu.
U skladu s tim će Ćorluka u neposrednoj blizini graditi i luksuzni hotel za koji se razrađuje idejno rješenje, jer će zamijeniti oronulu zgradu bivše duhanske stanice čiji je vlasnik nedavno postao.
"Za hotel u duhanskoj stanici sad uzimamo konzultante i arhitekte, da naprave nešto specijalno i posebno", kazao je Ćorluka za Klix.ba .

Poslovnim zamahom Petra Ćorluke vidno je zadovoljan i načelnik Općine Grude Ljubo Grizelj, jer smatra da će se tako u potpunosti izmijeniti i modernizirati vizura središnje zone Gruda uklapajući se apsolutno u regulacijski plan.
"Regulacijski plan centra Općine Grude je svega 50 hektara što je jako malo i svi planovi koje imaju privatni i javni investitori, a uklapaju u taj plan su super i dobrodošli. Upravo ovo što investitor želi raditi nama se uklapa u detaljni plan uređenja središta Gruda", rekao je Grizelj za Klix.ba .
Smatra da je ova investicijska priča jako važna za širu sliku razvoja Općine Grude kojoj se teži.
"Sve ide u tome da se završi južna i sjeverna obilaznica Gruda i da se tranzitni promet izbaci iz centra zone. Onda sve to ima svoj konačni smisao, da Grude postanu mala gradska sredina sa svojim urbaniziranim centrom. Do sada je to bilo dva reda kuća uz cestu, a sad bi to trebalo biti jedno urbano središte sa svojim trgom, parkom, spomen obilježjima i društvenim sadržajima", objasnio je za Klix.ba načelnik Općine Grude.
