Stanje u slovenskim bolnicama koje liječe covid pacijente je teško, zdravstveno osoblje na rubu je svojih kapaciteta, a dolazi i do pomanjkanja nekih lijekova, osobito za pacijente na intenzivnim odjelima, doznaje se u četvrtak u Ljubljani.

Na to je na vladinoj konferenciji za novinare upozorio predstojnik odjela za intenzivnu terapiju Infekcijske klinike ljubljanskog Sveučilišnog kliničkog centra (UKC), najveće slovenske bolnice u kojoj se liječi otprilike polovica od oboljelih od Covida-19 u Sloveniji.

"Stanje u pogledu raspoloživih postelja za bolesnike je alarmantno, otvaramo nove odjele i postelje, ali to neće moći ići u nedogled", kazao je dr. Matjaž Jereb, na dan kad je broj hospitalizacija u Sloveniji po prvi put premašio 1.000, od čega ih 161 treba intenzivno liječenje.

"Istina je da broj novozaraženih pada, ali vrha broja hospitaliziranih još nismo dosegnuli, to možemo očekivati tek za 10 do 14 dana, sve će biti jasno krajem mjeseca", kazao je u vezi s prognozama da je epidemija u Sloveniji pri samom vrhuncu, te dodao da će se broj hospitaliziranih na intenzivnim odjelima početi smanjivati  najkasnije.

Po Jerebovim je riječima posebno teško stanje na intenzivnim odjelima, gdje nedostaje osposobljenog potrebnog kadra, a zdravstveno je osoblje iscrpljeno, a dijelom i na bolovanju ili u izolaciji, s obzirom da je od početka rujna u ljubljanskom UKC-u bilo oko 500 zaraženih zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Postoje i problemi s opremom koji će se u dogovoru s dobavljačima riješiti, no veće su teškoće s nedostatkom nekih lijekova, upozorio je Jereb.

Po njegovim riječima, za skrb o covid pacijentima na intenzivnim odjelima nedostaje glukokortikoida, lijeka za smirivanje upala, a još veći problem je s nabavkom dušikova oksida budući da je u Europi samo jedan proizvođač tog lijeka.

Stanje u slovenskim bolnicama koje liječe covid pacijente je teško, zdravstveno osoblje na rubu je svojih kapaciteta, a dolazi i do pomanjkanja nekih lijekova, osobito za pacijente na intenzivnim odjelima, doznaje se u četvrtak u Ljubljani.

Na to je na vladinoj konferenciji za novinare upozorio predstojnik odjela za intenzivnu terapiju Infekcijske klinike ljubljanskog Sveučilišnog kliničkog centra (UKC), najveće slovenske bolnice u kojoj se liječi otprilike polovica od oboljelih od Covida-19 u Sloveniji.

"Stanje u pogledu raspoloživih postelja za bolesnike je alarmantno, otvaramo nove odjele i postelje, ali to neće moći ići u nedogled", kazao je dr. Matjaž Jereb, na dan kad je broj hospitalizacija u Sloveniji po prvi put premašio 1.000, od čega ih 161 treba intenzivno liječenje.

"Istina je da broj novozaraženih pada, ali vrha broja hospitaliziranih još nismo dosegnuli, to možemo očekivati tek za 10 do 14 dana, sve će biti jasno krajem mjeseca", kazao je u vezi s prognozama da je epidemija u Sloveniji pri samom vrhuncu, te dodao da će se broj hospitaliziranih na intenzivnim odjelima početi smanjivati  najkasnije.

Po Jerebovim je riječima posebno teško stanje na intenzivnim odjelima, gdje nedostaje osposobljenog potrebnog kadra, a zdravstveno je osoblje iscrpljeno, a dijelom i na bolovanju ili u izolaciji, s obzirom da je od početka rujna u ljubljanskom UKC-u bilo oko 500 zaraženih zdravstvenih djelatnika.

Postoje i problemi s opremom koji će se u dogovoru s dobavljačima riješiti, no veće su teškoće s nedostatkom nekih lijekova, upozorio je Jereb.

Po njegovim riječima, za skrb o covid pacijentima na intenzivnim odjelima nedostaje glukokortikoida, lijeka za smirivanje upala, a još veći problem je s nabavkom dušikova oksida budući da je u Europi samo jedan proizvođač tog lijeka.

Stanje u slovenskim bolnicama koje liječe covid pacijente je teško, zdravstveno osoblje na rubu je svojih kapaciteta, a dolazi i do pomanjkanja nekih lijekova, osobito za pacijente na intenzivnim odjelima, doznaje se u četvrtak u Ljubljani.

Na to je na vladinoj konferenciji za novinare upozorio predstojnik odjela za intenzivnu terapiju Infekcijske klinike ljubljanskog Sveučilišnog kliničkog centra (UKC), najveće slovenske bolnice u kojoj se liječi otprilike polovica od oboljelih od Covida-19 u Sloveniji.

"Stanje u pogledu raspoloživih postelja za bolesnike je alarmantno, otvaramo nove odjele i postelje, ali to neće moći ići u nedogled", kazao je dr. Matjaž Jereb, na dan kad je broj hospitalizacija u Sloveniji po prvi put premašio 1.000, od čega ih 161 treba intenzivno...
