Ruski državljani u Beogradu počeli su kupovati nekretnine, a pri kupnji su vrlo dobro informirani i spremni su izdvojiti i do 150 tisuća eura za nekretnine na periferiji, prenosi Blic.

Uroš Jovanović, direktor agencije za nekretnine, rekao je za Tanjugu da se glavni val kupnje nekretnina od stranih državljana očekuje od rujna.

- Rusi su uglavnom imali ugovore o najmu stanova na godinu dana, koji su postupno počeli istjecati. Sada polako ulaze u proces traženja stanova, a agencija svakodnevno prima upite. Mi smo jedna od agencija koja je posljednjih mjeseci posredovala u prodaji više od deset nekretnina – rekao je Jovanović i dodao da Rusi nisu spremni preplatiti nekretninu.

Blic navodi da je Jovanović objasnio i da je Rusima bitno da je stan useljiv i da se nalazi 45 minuta od centra grada što u Beogradu uključuje čak 80 posto ponude.

Ruski državljani u Beogradu počeli su kupovati nekretnine, a pri kupnji su vrlo dobro informirani i spremni su izdvojiti i do 150 tisuća eura za nekretnine na periferiji, prenosi Blic.

Uroš Jovanović, direktor agencije za nekretnine, rekao je za Tanjugu da se glavni val kupnje nekretnina od stranih državljana očekuje od rujna.

- Rusi su uglavnom imali ugovore o najmu stanova na godinu dana, koji su postupno počeli istjecati. Sada polako ulaze u proces traženja stanova, a agencija svakodnevno prima upite. Mi smo jedna od agencija koja je posljednjih mjeseci posredovala u prodaji više od deset nekretnina – rekao je Jovanović i dodao da Rusi nisu spremni preplatiti nekretninu.

Blic navodi da je Jovanović objasnio i da je Rusima bitno da je stan useljiv i da se nalazi 45 minuta od centra grada što u Beogradu uključuje čak 80 posto ponude.

Rusi počeli kupovati nekretnine u Srbiji: spremni su dati do 150 tisuća eura i imaju dva glavna zahtjeva

Ruski državljani u Beogradu počeli su kupovati nekretnine, a pri kupnji su vrlo dobro informirani i spremni su izdvojiti i do 150 tisuća eura za nekretnine na periferiji, prenosi Blic.

Uroš Jovanović, direktor agencije za nekretnine, rekao je za Tanjugu da se glavni val kupnje nekretnina od stranih državljana očekuje od rujna.

- Rusi su uglavnom imali ugovore o najmu stanova na godinu dana, koji su postupno počeli istjecati. Sada polako ulaze u proces traženja stanova, a agencija svakodnevno prima upite. Mi smo jedna od agencija koja je posljednjih mjeseci posredovala u prodaji više od deset nekretnina – rekao je Jovanović i dodao da Rusi nisu spremni preplatiti nekretninu.

Blic navodi da je Jovanović objasnio i da je Rusima bitno da je stan useljiv i da se nalazi 45 minuta od centra grada što u Beogradu uključuje čak 80 posto ponude.
