Vjerojatno su malo kada neki izbori u jednom gradu bili označeni kao povijesni, epohalni i krucijalni ne samo za dvije suprotstavljene političko-etničke opcije, nego i za odnose dviju susjednih država, piše jutarnji.hr.

Naime, sljedeće nedjelje, 14. ožujka, održavaju se lokalni izbori u drugom po veličini gradu u Crnoj Gori - Nikšiću, rodnom mjestu predsjednika Mila Đukanovića, koji su već proglašeni kao "biti ili ne biti" i za danas vladajuću prosrpsku struju, a pogotovo za Mila Đukanovića i procrnogorske snage. Uspjehom u Nikšiću danas dosta rovita vladajuća struktura (ne mogu sakriti svoje međusobne trzavice) potvrdila bi rezultate parlamentarnih izbora od 30. kolovoza kada su za jednog zastupnika u Skupštini (41-40) pobijedili dotad nedodirljivog Đukanovića i njegov DPS, ali i razjasnili "dvojbe" između sadašnjih koalicijskih partnera - premijera Zdravka Krivokapića, njegova potpredsjednika iz stranke URA Dritana Abazovića (čija se popularnost, čini se, polako topi) te radikalnijih prosrpsko-proruskih igrača iz Demokratskog fronta četničkog vojvode Andrije Mandića.

Pokušaj rušenja

On je nezadovoljan vladom pa se pretpostavlja da bi ga eventualni uspjeh na nikšićkim izborima mogao potaknuti da pokuša srušiti Krivokapića te da oni preuzmu uzde vlasti u svoje ruke. Čak i ako prođe lošije, DF bi se mogao odlučiti na taj riskantni potez kako ih na nacionalnoj razini ne bi marginalizirali Krivokapić i Abazović. Eventualna pobjeda na izborima bila bi, kako smatra prosrpsko krilo, posljednji čavao u lijes Đukanovića i crnogorstva te bi otvorila put ka definitivnom potvrđivanju Crne Gore kao (druge) srpske države i tek zavičajnog lokaliteta.

S druge strane, Đukanoviću i DPS-u te ostalim lojalističkim i indenpendističkim crnogorskim snagama (tjedan dana prije izbora ankete im idu na ruku) pobjeda bi značila da su još u igri te da je posrtanje na kolovoškim izborima bilo tek eksces i prolazna slabost. Pobjedom u Nikšiću stabilizirali bi svoju trenutačno uznemirenu i zabrinutu scenu, pogotovo uoči popisa stanovništva koji se označava kao ključan za opstanak ne samo Crne Gore kao države, nego i daljnje sudbine crnogorske nacije i zasebnog identiteta.

Slamka spasa

Zato u svojim komentarima srbijanski mediji navode da su lokalni izbori u Nikšiću "posljednja slamka spasa za aktualnog predsjednika". Odluka u Nikšiću stoga je važna da pokaže koliko još ima "špirita" kod Đukanovića i jesu li se oporavili od "knockdowna" te je li splasnuo entuzijazam izbornih pobjednika i koliko su im naudila stalna međusobna podmetanja i podbadanja. Poraz u Nikšiću svakako bi više naudio Milu Đukanoviću, ali ako izgube vladajući, to bi samo produbilo napetosti između koalicijskih partnera, pogotovo u trenutku kada više nemaju autoritet mitropolita Amfilohija koji ih je i spojio, a mjesto njegova nasljednika i neformalnog vođe prosrpskih opcija još nije popunjeno.

Tako je u Nikšiću, možemo reći, borba na život i smrt ili kako to nazivaju provučićevski mediji - "bitka". Beograd se angažirao na tim izborima kao da se radi o izborima u Srbiji i od najveće nacionalne važnosti. Tako je samo u drugoj polovici veljače u srbijanskim medijima, poglavito onima pod kontrolom Aleksandra Vučića, izašlo 4730 tekstova o stanju u Crnoj Gori, a više od 1000 ih se ticalo baš nikšićkih izbora. Na beogradskoj televiziji Happy čak se emitira emisija "Bitka za Nikšić" u kojoj se pokazuje sav interes i pažnja koju Srbija posvećuje tim izborima, predstavljajući ih i vrlo bitnima za svoju nacionalnu strategiju i politiku tzv. srpskog svijeta. Emisari iz Srbije, slično mitingašima iz "događanja naroda" s kraja 80-ih i početka 90-ih, pohode Nikšić, a crnogorske vlasti protjerale su čak osam dužnosnika vladajuće srbijanske Vučićeve Napredne stranke.

Milo Đukanović na to kaže kako se "bitka" vodi s namjerom da se osvoji Nikšić. "Nikšić se osvaja da bi se osvojila Crna Gora. Dakle, ponovno prisustvujemo jednoj ekspanzionističkoj politici Srbije prema svojim susjedima, u ovom slučaju prema Crnoj Gori. I zbog toga su naši odnosi na najnižoj mogućoj razini", izjavio je Đukanović. Time je uputio dosad najizravniju poruku Beogradu, ponovivši da se Crna Gora može "braniti i u šumi", da Beograd rezultate crnogorskih izbora tumači "logikom osvajača" te da Aleksandar Vučić "svojatanjem crnogorske povijesti" popunjava nedostajuće dijelove povijesti Srbije jer "ciljevi velikosrpskog nacionalizma u Crnoj Gori još nisu ostvareni". Zato je jedan od neformalnih slogana izbora - Srbijo, ostavi Nikšić i Nikšićane da sami odluče!

DPS ima šansu osvojiti najviše glasova, ali pitanje je hoće li to biti dovoljno za vlast i hoće li i neke druge procrnogorske stranke prijeći prag te time biti partner DPS-a ili će prosrpske liste Za budućnost Nikšića, Ne damo Nikšić i Narodni pokret unatoč razlikama, s figom u džepu, ponovno koalirati. Dakle, i jedni i drugi govore "Nikšić mora pasti", i to će možda odrediti daljnji usud Crne Gore kao neovisne države ili tek kao srpske provincije.

Naime, sljedeće nedjelje, 14. ožujka, održavaju se lokalni izbori u drugom po veličini gradu u Crnoj Gori - Nikšiću, rodnom mjestu predsjednika Mila Đukanovića, koji su već proglašeni kao "biti ili ne biti" i za danas vladajuću prosrpsku struju, a pogotovo za Mila Đukanovića i procrnogorske snage. Uspjehom u Nikšiću danas dosta rovita vladajuća struktura (ne mogu sakriti svoje međusobne trzavice) potvrdila bi rezultate parlamentarnih izbora od 30. kolovoza kada su za jednog zastupnika u Skupštini (41-40) pobijedili dotad nedodirljivog Đukanovića i njegov DPS, ali i razjasnili "dvojbe" između sadašnjih koalicijskih partnera - premijera Zdravka Krivokapića, njegova potpredsjednika iz stranke URA Dritana Abazovića (čija se popularnost, čini se, polako topi) te radikalnijih prosrpsko-proruskih igrača iz Demokratskog fronta četničkog vojvode Andrije Mandića.

Pokušaj rušenja

On je nezadovoljan vladom pa se pretpostavlja da bi ga eventualni uspjeh na nikšićkim izborima mogao potaknuti da pokuša srušiti Krivokapića te da oni preuzmu uzde vlasti u svoje ruke. Čak i ako prođe lošije, DF bi se mogao odlučiti na taj riskantni potez kako ih na nacionalnoj razini ne bi marginalizirali Krivokapić i Abazović. Eventualna pobjeda na izborima bila bi, kako smatra prosrpsko krilo, posljednji čavao u lijes Đukanovića i crnogorstva te bi otvorila put ka definitivnom potvrđivanju Crne Gore kao (druge) srpske države i tek zavičajnog lokaliteta.

S druge strane, Đukanoviću i DPS-u te ostalim lojalističkim i indenpendističkim crnogorskim snagama (tjedan dana prije izbora ankete im idu na ruku) pobjeda bi značila da su još u igri te da je posrtanje na kolovoškim izborima bilo tek eksces i prolazna slabost. Pobjedom u Nikšiću stabilizirali bi svoju trenutačno uznemirenu i zabrinutu scenu, pogotovo uoči popisa stanovništva koji se označava kao ključan za opstanak ne samo Crne Gore kao države, nego i daljnje sudbine crnogorske nacije i zasebnog identiteta.

Slamka spasa

Zato u svojim komentarima srbijanski mediji navode da su lokalni izbori u Nikšiću "posljednja slamka spasa za aktualnog predsjednika". Odluka u Nikšiću stoga je važna da pokaže koliko još ima "špirita" kod Đukanovića i jesu li se oporavili od "knockdowna" te je li splasnuo entuzijazam izbornih pobjednika i koliko su im naudila stalna međusobna podmetanja i podbadanja. Poraz u Nikšiću svakako bi više naudio Milu Đukanoviću, ali ako izgube vladajući, to bi samo produbilo napetosti između koalicijskih partnera, pogotovo u trenutku kada više nemaju autoritet mitropolita Amfilohija koji ih je i spojio, a mjesto njegova nasljednika i neformalnog vođe prosrpskih opcija još nije popunjeno.

Tako je u Nikšiću, možemo reći, borba na život i smrt ili kako to nazivaju provučićevski mediji - "bitka". Beograd se angažirao na tim izborima kao da se radi o izborima u Srbiji i od najveće nacionalne važnosti. Tako je samo u drugoj polovici veljače u srbijanskim medijima, poglavito onima pod kontrolom Aleksandra Vučića, izašlo 4730 tekstova o stanju u Crnoj Gori, a više od 1000 ih se ticalo baš nikšićkih izbora. Na beogradskoj televiziji Happy čak se emitira emisija "Bitka za Nikšić" u kojoj se pokazuje sav interes i pažnja koju Srbija posvećuje tim izborima, predstavljajući ih i vrlo bitnima za svoju nacionalnu strategiju i politiku tzv. srpskog svijeta. Emisari iz Srbije, slično mitingašima iz "događanja naroda" s kraja 80-ih i početka 90-ih, pohode Nikšić, a crnogorske vlasti protjerale su čak osam dužnosnika vladajuće srbijanske Vučićeve Napredne stranke.

Milo Đukanović na to kaže kako se "bitka" vodi s namjerom da se osvoji Nikšić. "Nikšić se osvaja da bi se osvojila Crna Gora. Dakle, ponovno prisustvujemo jednoj ekspanzionističkoj politici Srbije prema svojim susjedima, u ovom slučaju prema Crnoj Gori. I zbog toga su naši odnosi na najnižoj mogućoj razini", izjavio je Đukanović. Time je uputio dosad najizravniju poruku Beogradu, ponovivši da se Crna Gora može "braniti i u šumi", da Beograd rezultate crnogorskih izbora tumači "logikom osvajača" te da Aleksandar Vučić "svojatanjem crnogorske povijesti" popunjava nedostajuće dijelove povijesti Srbije jer "ciljevi velikosrpskog nacionalizma u Crnoj Gori još nisu ostvareni". Zato je jedan od neformalnih slogana izbora - Srbijo, ostavi Nikšić i Nikšićane da sami odluče!

DPS ima šansu osvojiti najviše glasova, ali pitanje je hoće li to biti dovoljno za vlast i hoće li i neke druge procrnogorske stranke prijeći prag te time biti partner DPS-a ili će prosrpske liste Za budućnost Nikšića, Ne damo Nikšić i Narodni pokret unatoč razlikama, s figom u džepu, ponovno koalirati. Dakle, i jedni i drugi govore "Nikšić mora pasti", i to će možda odrediti daljnji usud Crne Gore kao neovisne države ili tek kao srpske provincije.

Vjerojatno su malo kada neki izbori u jednom gradu bili označeni kao povijesni, epohalni i krucijalni ne samo za dvije suprotstavljene političko-etničke opcije, nego i za odnose dviju susjednih država, piše jutarnji.hr.
