I sindikati i poslodavci u ponedjeljak su na sjednici Gospodarsko-socijalnog vijeća izrazili zadovoljstvo Nacionalnim planom oporavka i otpornosti od 2021. do 2023. te su ga ocijenili ohrabrujućim.
Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je kako su na GSV-u predstavili sažetak dokumenta koji se radi već osam mjeseci i na kojem su angažirani svi resori.
"Riječ je o dokumentu koji sadrži reforme i investicije u iznosu od 6,3 milijarde eura i dio je programa EU Sljedeće generacije. Hrvatska je među onim državama članicama koje su dobile više od drugih članica", izjavio je Plenković novinarima.
Istaknuo je da su ta novčana sredstava važna da bismo se nakon gospodarske krize koja je uslijedila nakon pandemije covida-19 mogli oporaviti i postati snažniji i brži u realizaciji ekonomskog rasta koji je država imala prije covid-krize.
Plenković je napomenuo kako su danas predstavili konture toga plana, a na Vladi će u četvrtak prihvatiti informaciju o njemu te ga predstaviti i medijima.
Namjera je da se dokument dovrši do kraja travnja nakon čega ide na odobravanje u EU Komisiju.
"Potom slijedi isplata avansnih sredstava, to je 13 posto, dakle, mi bismo trebali dobiti u kolovozu ili rujnu 6,1 milijardu kuna, a potom kreće realizacija projekata kroz reforme", najavio je Plenković.
Premijer je istaknuo i kriterije dobivanja tih novčanih sredstava, a jedan od njih je da 37 posto svih prijedloga mora pridonijeti zelenoj tranziciji, a 20 posto digitalnoj tranziciji gospodarstva.
Također se mora poštivati načelo nenanošenja značajne štete u svim okolišnim pitanjima poput klimatskih promjena, emisije stakleničkih plinova, zaštite voda te kružnoj ekonomiji.
"Idućih 10 godina Hrvatskoj je na raspolaganju 6,3 milijardi eura u cijelosti bespovratnih sredstava, potom novi višegodišnji financijski okvir koji ide skoro do 13 milijardi eura, još 3,6 milijardi eura mogućnosti za zajmove iz EU Sljedeće generacije, vrlo vjerojatno oko milijarda eura za oporavak od potresa, plus gotovo milijarda eura iz ReactEU i Fonda za pravednu tranziciju", naveo je premijer.
Dokument je ohrabrujući, poslodavci i sindikati u suglasju
Čelnik Matice hrvatskih sindikata, koji je predsjedao GSV-om, Vilim Ribić poručio je kako ih je premijer iznenadio dolaskom, što smatra dobrim pristupom socijalnom dijalogu.
"Sastanak je bio u dobroj mjeri konsenzualan, bilo je nekih razlika. Očekuje se doista spektakularan iznos sredstava koja dolaze, i ovdje mogu iskazati zadovoljstvo sa sindikalne strane da je obrazovanje dobilo vrlo relevantan postotak tih sredstava, oko 15 posto ukupnog potencijala", poručio je Ribić.
Naglasio je kako su sindikalni predstavnici istaknuli vrlo važnu vezu između tih sredstava i perspektive koju Hrvatska treba imati na umu, a koja se tiče iseljavanja i transformacije ekonomije. Dodaje kako su sindikati inzistirali na socijalnom aspektu i smanjivanju nejednakosti u društvu.
Predsjednik Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) Mihael Furjan poručio je kako predstavljeni sažetak dokumenta izgleda ohrabrujuće u odnosu na one verzije koje su curile u javnost.
"Ovime je počeo i formalni proces konzultacija sa socijalnim partnerima. HUP se veseli otvaranju javne rasprave. Pokušat ćemo s našim iskustvom, znanjem, ekspertizom pomoći Vladi da konačna verzija dokumenta izgleda što bolje, a u svrhu interesa hrvatskog gospodarstva", rekao je Furjan potvrdivši da su poslodavci i sindikati imali suglasje u velikom dijelu rasprave što je ocijenio jako važnim.

I sindikati i poslodavci u ponedjeljak su na sjednici Gospodarsko-socijalnog vijeća izrazili zadovoljstvo Nacionalnim planom oporavka i otpornosti od 2021. do 2023. te su ga ocijenili ohrabrujućim.
Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je kako su na GSV-u predstavili sažetak dokumenta koji se radi već osam mjeseci i na kojem su angažirani svi resori.
"Riječ je o dokumentu koji sadrži reforme i investicije u iznosu od 6,3 milijarde eura i dio je programa EU Sljedeće generacije. Hrvatska je među onim državama članicama koje su dobile više od drugih članica", izjavio je Plenković novinarima.
Istaknuo je da su ta novčana sredstava važna da bismo se nakon gospodarske krize koja je uslijedila nakon pandemije covida-19 mogli oporaviti i postati snažniji i brži u realizaciji ekonomskog rasta koji je država imala prije covid-krize.
Plenković je napomenuo kako su danas predstavili konture toga plana, a na Vladi će u četvrtak prihvatiti informaciju o njemu te ga predstaviti i medijima.
Namjera je da se dokument dovrši do kraja travnja nakon čega ide na odobravanje u EU Komisiju.
"Potom slijedi isplata avansnih sredstava, to je 13 posto, dakle, mi bismo trebali dobiti u kolovozu ili rujnu 6,1 milijardu kuna, a potom kreće realizacija projekata kroz reforme", najavio je Plenković.
Premijer je istaknuo i kriterije dobivanja tih novčanih sredstava, a jedan od njih je da 37 posto svih prijedloga mora pridonijeti zelenoj tranziciji, a 20 posto digitalnoj tranziciji gospodarstva.
Također se mora poštivati načelo nenanošenja značajne štete u svim okolišnim pitanjima poput klimatskih promjena, emisije stakleničkih plinova, zaštite voda te kružnoj ekonomiji.
"Idućih 10 godina Hrvatskoj je na raspolaganju 6,3 milijardi eura u cijelosti bespovratnih sredstava, potom novi višegodišnji financijski okvir koji ide skoro do 13 milijardi eura, još 3,6 milijardi eura mogućnosti za zajmove iz EU Sljedeće generacije, vrlo vjerojatno oko milijarda eura za oporavak od potresa, plus gotovo milijarda eura iz ReactEU i Fonda za pravednu tranziciju", naveo je premijer.
Dokument je ohrabrujući, poslodavci i sindikati u suglasju
Čelnik Matice hrvatskih sindikata, koji je predsjedao GSV-om, Vilim Ribić poručio je kako ih je premijer iznenadio dolaskom, što smatra dobrim pristupom socijalnom dijalogu.
"Sastanak je bio u dobroj mjeri konsenzualan, bilo je nekih razlika. Očekuje se doista spektakularan iznos sredstava koja dolaze, i ovdje mogu iskazati zadovoljstvo sa sindikalne strane da je obrazovanje dobilo vrlo relevantan postotak tih sredstava, oko 15 posto ukupnog potencijala", poručio je Ribić.
Naglasio je kako su sindikalni predstavnici istaknuli vrlo važnu vezu između tih sredstava i perspektive koju Hrvatska treba imati na umu, a koja se tiče iseljavanja i transformacije ekonomije. Dodaje kako su sindikati inzistirali na socijalnom aspektu i smanjivanju nejednakosti u društvu.
Predsjednik Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) Mihael Furjan poručio je kako predstavljeni sažetak dokumenta izgleda ohrabrujuće u odnosu na one verzije koje su curile u javnost.
"Ovime je počeo i formalni proces konzultacija sa socijalnim partnerima. HUP se veseli otvaranju javne rasprave. Pokušat ćemo s našim iskustvom, znanjem, ekspertizom pomoći Vladi da konačna verzija dokumenta izgleda što bolje, a u svrhu interesa hrvatskog gospodarstva", rekao je Furjan potvrdivši da su poslodavci i sindikati imali suglasje u velikom dijelu rasprave što je ocijenio jako važnim.
