Nema toliko intelektualno zahtjevnog zadatka koji naši ministri, provincijski gradonačelnici i seoski načelnici ne bi riješili za minut ili najviše dva, u pauzi između važnog sastanka i marende u konobi „Kod Jure”. Minimalnim angažmanom sivih stanica raspetljali bi oni višestoljetne zagonetke, svijet više ne bi bio zgranut tamo nekakvom misterijom koju bi oni, pametni kakvi su, razriješili prije nego što završi TV kalendar.
- Ne razumin što su se toliko uzmuvali oko tog Higgsova bozona, pa makar je to jasno, što će im toliki tunel za tu pizdariju - pita gradonačelnik svoju tajnicu koja koluta očima čudeći se tim svjetskim znanstvenicima, glupljima od njezina novog šefa makar sto puta.
- Isti si mater! Kako ti nije jasan infinitezimalni račun, to ti je prosta stvar, evo, pogledaj - objasnio bi načelnik Gornje Donje blesavom sinu, odmjeravajući iza kojeg uha će ga odalamiti.
Nema toga što oni ne znaju. U predizbornoj kampanji znaju još i više. Sve do jednog trenutka.
Sve im isparilo u sekundi
Dođe tako taj trenutak kao grom iz vedrog neba, obično nazovu oni dosadni novinari, pa se genijalci znoje, odjednom se uzmucaju, neurološka im se struktura raspadne, moždane stanice iznenada otkažu. Ne može im pomoći ni predsjednik temeljnog ogranka.
Sve što su ikada znali ispari u sekundi kad ih natjeraju da ispune prokletu imovinsku karticu. Suočeni s tim ukletim papirom, probleme su imali i brojni Plenkovićevi bivši ministri, a kamoli neće lokalni (grado)načelnici.
A i tko bi se, onako na prepad, mogao sjetiti svih kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta, ušteđevina, oranica i livada, lako se u onoj nervozi smetne s uma nekoliko kuća, stan prepisan na punicu ili kakva uboga straćara od dva-tri kata na pomorskom dobru. Nije to ni lako popamtiti. Kad bi se sve popisalo, ne bi to ni bila kartica nego knjižurina za peti razred!
A sad još čeprkaju i po poticajima od države, kao da je država ne znam čija, a ne naša!?
Posljednji kojega su se mediji dohvatili je benkovački gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić, koji tri godine od dolaska na funkciju nije uredno popunio imovinsku karticu u kojoj nisu bile vidljive dionice, njive, automobil ni kredit što ih je HDZ-ov gradonačelnik bio dužan prijaviti. Zato je i prijavljen Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa.
Bulić je medijima priznao da mu je kartica neuredna, pa ju je ispravio. I opet smetnuo s uma nekoliko stotina tisuća kuna poticaja što ih je, otkrivaju novinari, od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju dobio OPG njegove supruge. Nema veze, nije to lako, ispravit će još koji put.
Nije Bulić jedini „sretni dobitnik” državnih poticaja u Zadarskoj županiji. U USKOK-u misle da bi im puno toga na tu temu mogli reći i predsjednica Gradskog vijeća Zadra Elvira Sterle, pa bivša načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, pa neki zamjenici obrovačkog gradonačelnika Ante Župana.
Da je malo prolunjati županijom ili se pozabaviti oskudnim sadržajem imovinskih kartica, našlo bi se na popisu Agencije podosta općinskih načelnika. Neki je obrovački šaljivdžija svojedobno pronašao rješenje za „ravnopravnu raspodjelu poticaja”:
- Jedan od gradskih dužnosnika je pod stare dane od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju za 2017. godinu za poticaj dobio 126.012 kuna. Ima finu plaću i gradski auto, a svi znamo da se nikada nije bavio ni poljoprivredom ni stočarstvom.
Ako je to legalno, onda nema problema da se gotovo svi Obrovčani uključe u tu igru i da na temelju poticaja žive ko bubreg u loju. Eto rješenja za sve nas, glasi njegov prijedlog.
A kad ih publika voli...
Osim ionako sluđene javnosti nitko se time ne uznemirava, pogotovo ne stranke iz kojih dolaze ti genijalci. Razlog je vrlo jednostavan: dok pobjeđuju na izborima, i njima i njihovoj stranci je sve nevažno, pa i zbrljane imovinske kartice.
Zašto im Kalmeta i Plenković ne organiziraju tečaj popunjavanja kartica? I zašto, unatoč svemu, takvi likovi na izborima ipak pobjeđuju? E, a zašto...
Iz istog onog razloga zbog kojega će Mustafa Nadarević biti upamćen kao Izet Fazlinović, a ne kao Leone Glembay: izgleda da publika baš to voli.

Nema toliko intelektualno zahtjevnog zadatka koji naši ministri, provincijski gradonačelnici i seoski načelnici ne bi riješili za minut ili najviše dva, u pauzi između važnog sastanka i marende u konobi „Kod Jure”. Minimalnim angažmanom sivih stanica raspetljali bi oni višestoljetne zagonetke, svijet više ne bi bio zgranut tamo nekakvom misterijom koju bi oni, pametni kakvi su, razriješili prije nego što završi TV kalendar.
- Ne razumin što su se toliko uzmuvali oko tog Higgsova bozona, pa makar je to jasno, što će im toliki tunel za tu pizdariju - pita gradonačelnik svoju tajnicu koja koluta očima čudeći se tim svjetskim znanstvenicima, glupljima od njezina novog šefa makar sto puta.
- Isti si mater! Kako ti nije jasan infinitezimalni račun, to ti je prosta stvar, evo, pogledaj - objasnio bi načelnik Gornje Donje blesavom sinu, odmjeravajući iza kojeg uha će ga odalamiti.
Nema toga što oni ne znaju. U predizbornoj kampanji znaju još i više. Sve do jednog trenutka.
Sve im isparilo u sekundi
Dođe tako taj trenutak kao grom iz vedrog neba, obično nazovu oni dosadni novinari, pa se genijalci znoje, odjednom se uzmucaju, neurološka im se struktura raspadne, moždane stanice iznenada otkažu. Ne može im pomoći ni predsjednik temeljnog ogranka.
Sve što su ikada znali ispari u sekundi kad ih natjeraju da ispune prokletu imovinsku karticu. Suočeni s tim ukletim papirom, probleme su imali i brojni Plenkovićevi bivši ministri, a kamoli neće lokalni (grado)načelnici.
A i tko bi se, onako na prepad, mogao sjetiti svih kvadrata građevinskog zemljišta, ušteđevina, oranica i livada, lako se u onoj nervozi smetne s uma nekoliko kuća, stan prepisan na punicu ili kakva uboga straćara od dva-tri kata na pomorskom dobru. Nije to ni lako popamtiti. Kad bi se sve popisalo, ne bi to ni bila kartica nego knjižurina za peti razred!
A sad još čeprkaju i po poticajima od države, kao da je država ne znam čija, a ne naša!?
Posljednji kojega su se mediji dohvatili je benkovački gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić, koji tri godine od dolaska na funkciju nije uredno popunio imovinsku karticu u kojoj nisu bile vidljive dionice, njive, automobil ni kredit što ih je HDZ-ov gradonačelnik bio dužan prijaviti. Zato je i prijavljen Povjerenstvu za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa.
Bulić je medijima priznao da mu je kartica neuredna, pa ju je ispravio. I opet smetnuo s uma nekoliko stotina tisuća kuna poticaja što ih je, otkrivaju novinari, od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju dobio OPG njegove supruge. Nema veze, nije to lako, ispravit će još koji put.
Nije Bulić jedini „sretni dobitnik” državnih poticaja u Zadarskoj županiji. U USKOK-u misle da bi im puno toga na tu temu mogli reći i predsjednica Gradskog vijeća Zadra Elvira Sterle, pa bivša načelnica Gračaca Nataša Turbić, pa neki zamjenici obrovačkog gradonačelnika Ante Župana.
Da je malo prolunjati županijom ili se pozabaviti oskudnim sadržajem imovinskih kartica, našlo bi se na popisu Agencije podosta općinskih načelnika. Neki je obrovački šaljivdžija svojedobno pronašao rješenje za „ravnopravnu raspodjelu poticaja”:
- Jedan od gradskih dužnosnika je pod stare dane od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju za 2017. godinu za poticaj dobio 126.012 kuna. Ima finu plaću i gradski auto, a svi znamo da se nikada nije bavio ni poljoprivredom ni stočarstvom.
Ako je to legalno, onda nema problema da se gotovo svi Obrovčani uključe u tu igru i da na temelju poticaja žive ko bubreg u loju. Eto rješenja za sve nas, glasi njegov prijedlog.
A kad ih publika voli...
Osim ionako sluđene javnosti nitko se time ne uznemirava, pogotovo ne stranke iz kojih dolaze ti genijalci. Razlog je vrlo jednostavan: dok pobjeđuju na izborima, i njima i njihovoj stranci je sve nevažno, pa i zbrljane imovinske kartice.
Zašto im Kalmeta i Plenković ne organiziraju tečaj popunjavanja kartica? I zašto, unatoč svemu, takvi likovi na izborima ipak pobjeđuju? E, a zašto...
Iz istog onog razloga zbog kojega će Mustafa Nadarević biti upamćen kao Izet Fazlinović, a ne kao Leone Glembay: izgleda da publika baš to voli.
