Ne budu li Vladinim kompenzacijskim mjerama za ublažavanje povećanja cijena energenata obuhvaćeni i studentski domovi, cijene studentskog domskog smještaja morat će se povisiti – glavni je zaključak sa sastanka čelnih ljudi studentskih centara okupljenih u Zajednici studentskih centara RH, a što nam je potvrdio predsjednik Zajednice Nenad Milijaš.

Svi su ravnatelji suglasni da bez intervencije Vlade postojeće cijene smještaja u studentskim domovima neće biti održive.

- Sve ovisi o tome kakve će cijene energenata pojedini studentski centri postići u javnoj nabavi te hoće li Vlada i studentske domove, poput škola, bolnica i vrtića, uvrstiti među ustanove kojima će osigurati pomoć zbog enormnog rasta cijene energenata – kaže Nenad Milijaš. Zajednica okuplja 13 studentskih centara iz cijele Hrvatske, ali nisu svi u isto vrijeme i na isti rok potpisivali ugovore o (javnoj) nabavi energenata, tako da je u ovom trenutku nemoguće odrediti jedinstveni eventualni porast cijene smještaja u studentskom domu kao ni to hoće li (i gdje) domovi poskupjeti odmah od listopada ili tijekom predstojeće akademske godine.

- Imamo primjer da je nekoliko studentskih centara, kojima su ugovori istekli, potpisivalo nove u kojima je cijena kilovata električne energije s ranijih 0,40 kuna skočila na čak 3,40 kuna. Porast je ogroman, govorimo o skoku cijene ugovorenog kilovata od 700 do 800 posto, i takav udar bez pomoći Vlade nećemo moći izdržati a da ne interveniramo u cijene smještaja. Nadam se da do toga neće doći i da ćemo imati mirniju jesen – poručuje Nenad Milijaš.

Različite cijene

U cijeloj Hrvatskoj su ukupno 24 studentska doma s kapacitetima dostatnima za smještaj 12.467 korisnika (manje od deset posto studentske populacije). Cijene nisu ujednačene, variraju od grada do grada i doma do doma, ovise o tome je li riječ o novijim, modernijim jedinicama ili onima starijeg datuma, jesu li sobe jednokrevetne ili dvokrevetne i trokrevetne, itd.

Primjerice, u Zagrebu koji ima četiri studentska doma i 7325 mjesta, cijene se kreću od stotinu kuna (trokrevetna soba VII. kategorije u 8. paviljonu Studentskog doma “Lašćina”) do 700 kuna u jednokrevetnoj sobi u Studentskom naselju “Stjepan Radić” (popularna “Sava”) u 11. i 12. paviljonu. U Splitu, gdje su tri studentska doma s ukupno oko 1250 mjesta, cijene se, ovisno o vrsti smještaja, kreću između 490 i 890 kuna.

Koliko je situacija teška i s kakvim se udarom moraju nositi potvrđuje i Ivan Žižić, ravnatelj Studentskog centra Split.

- Studentskom centru Split mijenjao se ugovor o nabavi energenata početkom kolovoza ove godine i nama je cijena kilovata skočila s 0,40 na 3,40 kuna. To znači da našem studentskom centru treba dodatnih deset milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini za pokrivanje troškova poskupljenja energenata. Projekcije pokazuju kako bi ti troškovi sa sadašnjih tri milijuna kuna mogli skočiti na 13 milijuna kuna – objašnjava Žižić.

U Splitu su cijene zasad iste

SC Split zasad nije dizao cijene smještaja u studentskim domovima, a u tome su centru, kaže on, odavno posegnuli za mjerama ušteda energenata. Uz to, ovih su dana u obavijesti o useljenju pozvali buduće stanare domova da vode računa o potrošnji energenata koji su u zadnjih pola godine poskupjeli više od 300 posto.

Sukladno smjernicama Vlade RH za uštedu energije, obavijestili su da će u domovima ubuduće biti regulirana temperatura grijanja u rasponu od 18 do 21 stupanj, a hlađenja na 25 stupnjeva. Također, upotreba mobilnih električnih uređaja za grijanje i hlađenje u domovima (npr. samostalne električne grijalice) strogo je zabranjena, prvenstveno iz sigurnosnih razloga.

- Očekujemo da će Vlada maksimalno izići ususret i pomoći da izbjegnemo udar na studentski standard u vidu povećanja cijena smještaja. Ne želimo donositi odluku na brzinu dok ne sagledamo cijelu situaciju, ali poslovanje je u ovom trenutku dugoročno neodrživo jer prihodi od komercijalnih djelatnosti SC-a Split nisu dostatni za pokrivanje nastalih troškova.

Ne budu li Vladinim kompenzacijskim mjerama za ublažavanje povećanja cijena energenata obuhvaćeni i studentski domovi, cijene studentskog domskog smještaja morat će se povisiti – glavni je zaključak sa sastanka čelnih ljudi studentskih centara okupljenih u Zajednici studentskih centara RH, a što nam je potvrdio predsjednik Zajednice Nenad Milijaš.

Svi su ravnatelji suglasni da bez intervencije Vlade postojeće cijene smještaja u studentskim domovima neće biti održive.

- Sve ovisi o tome kakve će cijene energenata pojedini studentski centri postići u javnoj nabavi te hoće li Vlada i studentske domove, poput škola, bolnica i vrtića, uvrstiti među ustanove kojima će osigurati pomoć zbog enormnog rasta cijene energenata – kaže Nenad Milijaš. Zajednica okuplja 13 studentskih centara iz cijele Hrvatske, ali nisu svi u isto vrijeme i na isti rok potpisivali ugovore o (javnoj) nabavi energenata, tako da je u ovom trenutku nemoguće odrediti jedinstveni eventualni porast cijene smještaja u studentskom domu kao ni to hoće li (i gdje) domovi poskupjeti odmah od listopada ili tijekom predstojeće akademske godine.

- Imamo primjer da je nekoliko studentskih centara, kojima su ugovori istekli, potpisivalo nove u kojima je cijena kilovata električne energije s ranijih 0,40 kuna skočila na čak 3,40 kuna. Porast je ogroman, govorimo o skoku cijene ugovorenog kilovata od 700 do 800 posto, i takav udar bez pomoći Vlade nećemo moći izdržati a da ne interveniramo u cijene smještaja. Nadam se da do toga neće doći i da ćemo imati mirniju jesen – poručuje Nenad Milijaš.

Različite cijene

U cijeloj Hrvatskoj su ukupno 24 studentska doma s kapacitetima dostatnima za smještaj 12.467 korisnika (manje od deset posto studentske populacije). Cijene nisu ujednačene, variraju od grada do grada i doma do doma, ovise o tome je li riječ o novijim, modernijim jedinicama ili onima starijeg datuma, jesu li sobe jednokrevetne ili dvokrevetne i trokrevetne, itd.

Primjerice, u Zagrebu koji ima četiri studentska doma i 7325 mjesta, cijene se kreću od stotinu kuna (trokrevetna soba VII. kategorije u 8. paviljonu Studentskog doma “Lašćina”) do 700 kuna u jednokrevetnoj sobi u Studentskom naselju “Stjepan Radić” (popularna “Sava”) u 11. i 12. paviljonu. U Splitu, gdje su tri studentska doma s ukupno oko 1250 mjesta, cijene se, ovisno o vrsti smještaja, kreću između 490 i 890 kuna.

Koliko je situacija teška i s kakvim se udarom moraju nositi potvrđuje i Ivan Žižić, ravnatelj Studentskog centra Split.

- Studentskom centru Split mijenjao se ugovor o nabavi energenata početkom kolovoza ove godine i nama je cijena kilovata skočila s 0,40 na 3,40 kuna. To znači da našem studentskom centru treba dodatnih deset milijuna kuna na godišnjoj razini za pokrivanje troškova poskupljenja energenata. Projekcije pokazuju kako bi ti troškovi sa sadašnjih tri milijuna kuna mogli skočiti na 13 milijuna kuna – objašnjava Žižić.

U Splitu su cijene zasad iste

SC Split zasad nije dizao cijene smještaja u studentskim domovima, a u tome su centru, kaže on, odavno posegnuli za mjerama ušteda energenata. Uz to, ovih su dana u obavijesti o useljenju pozvali buduće stanare domova da vode računa o potrošnji energenata koji su u zadnjih pola godine poskupjeli više od 300 posto.

Sukladno smjernicama Vlade RH za uštedu energije, obavijestili su da će u domovima ubuduće biti regulirana temperatura grijanja u rasponu od 18 do 21 stupanj, a hlađenja na 25 stupnjeva. Također, upotreba mobilnih električnih uređaja za grijanje i hlađenje u domovima (npr. samostalne električne grijalice) strogo je zabranjena, prvenstveno iz sigurnosnih razloga.

- Očekujemo da će Vlada maksimalno izići ususret i pomoći da izbjegnemo udar na studentski standard u vidu povećanja cijena smještaja. Ne želimo donositi odluku na brzinu dok ne sagledamo cijelu situaciju, ali poslovanje je u ovom trenutku dugoročno neodrživo jer prihodi od komercijalnih djelatnosti SC-a Split nisu dostatni za pokrivanje nastalih troškova.
