Čitam ovo što ste napisali za Nikšu Novaka i ne mogu vjerovati. A opet, glup sam, što sam drugo mogao i očekivati.

Tako nam govori – ogorčen i ljut, ali itekako suvisao – Marko Rapić, prokurist obiteljske tvrtke RLE t.p. iz Solina, koja se već deset godina nalazi pri vrhu popisa najvećih hrvatskih poreznih dužnika, s više od 45 milijuna kuna nagomilana duga.

Marko je vlasnikov sin, a otac mu Mirko – ako ste pasionirani čitatelj vijesti iz nesvijesti, njegovo vam ime nije moglo promaknuti – u javnosti se sa svojom mukom pojavio bezbroj puta. Uzalud.

No Rapići ne odustaju, uvjereni u svoju poreznu nevinost ne prestaju grmjeti kako su izvarani, izmanipulirani i bez ikakve osnove pribijeni na stup srama.

Tlak im je posebno skočio prošle subote, kad su u "Slobodnoj" pročitali kako danas umirovljeni djelatnik trogirske ispostave Porezne uprave neće morati platiti dva milijuna kuna poreznoga duga, plus kamate, jer mu je slučaj otišao u zastaru.

Zemljo, otvori se!

– Pitanje svih pitanja glasi: kako su i zašto različiti kriteriji prilikom određivanja zastara?! – čudi se Marko Rapić.

– Možda ja nisam dovoljno "sposoban" kao gospodin Novak – dodaje umjesto odgovora.

A "gospodin Novak" je Nikša Novak, danas umirovljeni djelatnik trogirske ispostave Porezne uprave koji neće morati platiti dva milijuna kuna poreznoga duga, plus kamate, jer mu je slučaj otišao u zastaru.

Igrom slučaja – eto, tako se namjestilo, reklo bi se u Hrvatskoj – Rapići dobro poznaju Nikšu Novaka. I to je njihov gnjev još pojačalo kad su pročitali priču o zastari Novakova poreznoga duga.

– Gospodin Novak nam je uporno, tijekom svih onih godina dok je radio kao poreznik, odbijao izdati porezno rješenje. Nikad ni jedno jedino porezno rješenje mi od njega nismo dobili, iako nam ga je po zakonu bio dužan izdati. A kad bismo ga upitali zašto ne da rješenja, rekao bi da smo nekulturni i da se obratimo Zagrebu, te da će zvati policiju – objašnjava Marko Rapić.

Prijavio je sve to i Državnom odvjetništvu (DORH), ali kao da nije.

– Puno sam prijava podnio, ali još ni jedna nije izvađena iz DORH-ovih ladica – nemoćno sliježe ramenima.

Tvrdi da već pet godina čeka da mu se netko iz DORH-a javi, ili barem iz unutarnje kontrole Porezne uprave, kojoj je također prijavio postupanja u slučaju koji sa svakom novom objavom "liste srama" iziđe na površinu.

– A umjesto toga dočekam vijest da je porezni dug Nikše Novaka otišao u zastaru. O, zemljo, otvori se! – krsti se Rapić.

Zatim nam je detaljno iznio genezu njihova slučaja, koji traje još od 2009. godine, kad im je obiteljska tvrtka zapala u novčane probleme. On je, veli, i studiranje u Zagrebu morao prekinuti kako bi pomogao ocu.

Zagorčali im život

– Svega je tu bilo. Da ne spominjem kako nam je jedan revizor došao s ponudom kako će, ako pristanemo da radi za nas, brzo čitav slučaj riješiti jer je u dobre s načelnikom tadašnje financijske policije. Pa da je taj načelnik, nakon što je financijska policija rasformirana, prešao raditi u Poreznu te da je postao zadužen baš za naš predmet. Ili da nitko, bez ikakva objašnjenja, nije htio ispoštovati odluke Upravnog suda koji je nama dao za pravo.

Ili da nam je u jednom trenutku bilo rečeno da platimo barem nešto, a da će nam ostalo oprostiti, na što sam im rekao da nisu normalni. Ili kad smo Novaku došli s rješenjem Trgovačkog suda o obustavi stečaja i tražili da se po njemu postupa, pa kad nam je on rekao da mu prestanamo s time mahati pred očima. Ili da Porezna uprava medijima uporno odbija dati informacije o našem slučaju iako smo nebrojeno puta rekli, evo i sada ponavljam, da ćemo potpisati izjavu kojom ih razrješujemo čuvanja ikakve porezne tajne – nabraja Marko Rapić, spominjući poimence sve aktere koji su njegovoj obitelji zagorčali život.

Zastara ga, međutim, posebno boli.

– I mi smo se bili pozvali na zastaru, ali su je odbacili. I kako onda da mi ne skoče živci kad sam pročitao da Nikša Novak, čovjek koji godinama kao poreznik u našem slučaju, nije postupao kako propisi nalažu, neće morati platiti ni lipe od dva milijuna kuna duga jer je njegov predmet otišao u zastaru. Kako je to moguće?! – zaključuje Marko Rapić.

O Rapićevim navodima pokušali smo se informirati i kod prozvanoga Nikše Novaka, no on je razgovor s novinarom grubo odbio, koristeći riječi koje nisu primjerene objavi.

Čitam ovo što ste napisali za Nikšu Novaka i ne mogu vjerovati. A opet, glup sam, što sam drugo mogao i očekivati.

Tako nam govori – ogorčen i ljut, ali itekako suvisao – Marko Rapić, prokurist obiteljske tvrtke RLE t.p. iz Solina, koja se već deset godina nalazi pri vrhu popisa najvećih hrvatskih poreznih dužnika, s više od 45 milijuna kuna nagomilana duga.

Marko je vlasnikov sin, a otac mu Mirko – ako ste pasionirani čitatelj vijesti iz nesvijesti, njegovo vam ime nije moglo promaknuti – u javnosti se sa svojom mukom pojavio bezbroj puta. Uzalud.

No Rapići ne odustaju, uvjereni u svoju poreznu nevinost ne prestaju grmjeti kako su izvarani, izmanipulirani i bez ikakve osnove pribijeni na stup srama.

Tlak im je posebno skočio prošle subote, kad su u "Slobodnoj" pročitali kako danas umirovljeni djelatnik trogirske ispostave Porezne uprave neće morati platiti dva milijuna kuna poreznoga duga, plus kamate, jer mu je slučaj otišao u zastaru.

Zemljo, otvori se!

– Pitanje svih pitanja glasi: kako su i zašto različiti kriteriji prilikom određivanja zastara?! – čudi se Marko Rapić.

– Možda ja nisam dovoljno "sposoban" kao gospodin Novak – dodaje umjesto odgovora.

A "gospodin Novak" je Nikša Novak, danas umirovljeni djelatnik trogirske ispostave Porezne uprave koji neće morati platiti dva milijuna kuna poreznoga duga, plus kamate, jer mu je slučaj otišao u zastaru.

Igrom slučaja – eto, tako se namjestilo, reklo bi se u Hrvatskoj – Rapići dobro poznaju Nikšu Novaka. I to je njihov gnjev još pojačalo kad su pročitali priču o zastari Novakova poreznoga duga.

– Gospodin Novak nam je uporno, tijekom svih onih godina dok je radio kao poreznik, odbijao izdati porezno rješenje. Nikad ni jedno jedino porezno rješenje mi od njega nismo dobili, iako nam ga je po zakonu bio dužan izdati. A kad bismo ga upitali zašto ne da rješenja, rekao bi da smo nekulturni i da se obratimo Zagrebu, te da će zvati policiju – objašnjava Marko Rapić.

Prijavio je sve to i Državnom odvjetništvu (DORH), ali kao da nije.

– Puno sam prijava podnio, ali još ni jedna nije izvađena iz DORH-ovih ladica – nemoćno sliježe ramenima.

Tvrdi da već pet godina čeka da mu se netko iz DORH-a javi, ili barem iz unutarnje kontrole Porezne uprave, kojoj je također prijavio postupanja u slučaju koji sa svakom novom objavom "liste srama" iziđe na površinu.

– A umjesto toga dočekam vijest da je porezni dug Nikše Novaka otišao u zastaru. O, zemljo, otvori se! – krsti se Rapić.

Zatim nam je detaljno iznio genezu njihova slučaja, koji traje još od 2009. godine, kad im je obiteljska tvrtka zapala u novčane probleme. On je, veli, i studiranje u Zagrebu morao prekinuti kako bi pomogao ocu.

Zagorčali im život

– Svega je tu bilo. Da ne spominjem kako nam je jedan revizor došao s ponudom kako će, ako pristanemo da radi za nas, brzo čitav slučaj riješiti jer je u dobre s načelnikom tadašnje financijske policije. Pa da je taj načelnik, nakon što je financijska policija rasformirana, prešao raditi u Poreznu te da je postao zadužen baš za naš predmet. Ili da nitko, bez ikakva objašnjenja, nije htio ispoštovati odluke Upravnog suda koji je nama dao za pravo.

Ili da nam je u jednom trenutku bilo rečeno da platimo barem nešto, a da će nam ostalo oprostiti, na što sam im rekao da nisu normalni. Ili kad smo Novaku došli s rješenjem Trgovačkog suda o obustavi stečaja i tražili da se po njemu postupa, pa kad nam je on rekao da mu prestanamo s time mahati pred očima. Ili da Porezna uprava medijima uporno odbija dati informacije o našem slučaju iako smo nebrojeno puta rekli, evo i sada ponavljam, da ćemo potpisati izjavu kojom ih razrješujemo čuvanja ikakve porezne tajne – nabraja Marko Rapić, spominjući poimence sve aktere koji su njegovoj obitelji zagorčali život.

Zastara ga, međutim, posebno boli.

– I mi smo se bili pozvali na zastaru, ali su je odbacili. I kako onda da mi ne skoče živci kad sam pročitao da Nikša Novak, čovjek koji godinama kao poreznik u našem slučaju, nije postupao kako propisi nalažu, neće morati platiti ni lipe od dva milijuna kuna duga jer je njegov predmet otišao u zastaru. Kako je to moguće?! – zaključuje Marko Rapić.

O Rapićevim navodima pokušali smo se informirati i kod prozvanoga Nikše Novaka, no on je razgovor s novinarom grubo odbio, koristeći riječi koje nisu primjerene objavi.

Čitam ovo što ste napisali za Nikšu Novaka i ne mogu vjerovati. A opet, glup sam, što sam drugo mogao i očekivati.

Tako nam govori – ogorčen i ljut, ali itekako suvisao – Marko Rapić, prokurist obiteljske tvrtke RLE t.p. iz Solina, koja se već deset godina nalazi pri vrhu popisa najvećih hrvatskih poreznih dužnika, s više od 45 milijuna kuna nagomilana duga.

Marko je vlasnikov sin, a otac mu Mirko – ako ste pasionirani čitatelj vijesti iz nesvijesti, njegovo vam ime nije moglo promaknuti – u javnosti se sa svojom mukom pojavio bezbroj puta. Uzalud.

No Rapići ne odustaju, uvjereni u svoju poreznu nevinost ne prestaju grmjeti kako su izvarani, izmanipulirani i bez ikakve osnove pribijeni na stup srama.

Tlak im je posebno skočio prošle subote, kad su u "Slobodnoj"...
