Dvije godine od otvaranja istrage u tzv. akciji "Flajš", Uskok je podignuo optužnicu protiv 38 osoba okrivljenih za utaje poreza, predvođenih građevinskim poduzetnikom Tomislavom Pavkovićem.

Određeni dio okrivljenika je tijekom istrage priznao kazneno djelo koje im se stavljalo na teret, a jedan dio optužbi, kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, priznao je i sam Pavković.

Među optuženicima koje se tereti da su ukupno ili utajili ili pomagali pri utajivanju 14,5 milijuna kuna poreza, u ovome slučaju nalazi se i supruga bivšega potpredsjednika Vlade i bivšega šefa HDZ-a Tomislava Karamarka, Ana Karamarko. Obuhvaćen je i niz drugih javnosti manje poznatih osoba.

Ani Karamarko se na teret stavlja samo jedna točka optužbe - da je iz svoje tvrtke "Drimia", poznate iz afere "Konzultantica", izvukla na temelju fiktivnih faktura oko 467.000 kuna, te time umanjila porez na dobit za svoju tvrtku za oko 146.000 kuna.

"Zvoni zvono. Na vratima našeg stana tri službene osobe. PNUSKOK. Traže moju suprugu. Bio je to početak još jednog, drugog po redu, teatra apsurda pod nazivom "Nađimo mu nešto!", objavio je na Facebooku Tomislav Karamarko nakon što je njegova supruga uhićena u svibnju 2020. godine u sklopu "Flajša".

Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznaju, usprkos suprugovim insinuacijama kako se radi o političkom progonu, Ana Karamarko je tijekom dvogodišnje istrage, promijenila svoj stav o optužbama te u veljači ove godine zatražila da iznese dopunu obrane na kojoj je priznala sve što joj je Uskok stavljao na teret.

Poricala djelo

Naime, odmah nakon uhićenja, na prvome ispitivanju pred Uskokom, Ana Karamarko je poricala djelo, a nakon ispitivanja puštena je da se brani sa slobode jer Uskok nije smatrao da za nju treba tražiti određivanje istražnoga zatvora. No, nepune dvije godine kasnije, priznala je krivnju.

Prema optužbama Uskoka, od početka 2017. do kraja 2019. dvojica navodnih organizatora, Pavković te Oliver Kolobarić, organizirali su i stavili pod svoju kontrolu desetak tvrtki, čiji su formalni direktori bile osobe koje su njih dvojica kontrolirali.

Te tvrtke poslužile su kao sustav za izvlačenje novaca iz "pravih" tvrtki, čiji su vlasnici, među kojima i Ana Karamarko, Zrinski i drugi, željeli izbjeći plaćanje poreza. U dogovoru s vlasnicima pravih tvrtki, te "fikus-tvrtke" bi zatim pravim tvrtkama slale fakture za nepostojeće i neizvršene poslove. Faktura je bilo raznih, od intelektualnih usluga, preko raznih građevinskih poslova, usluga prijevoza do dimnjačarskih usluga. Novac koji bi im poduzetnici uplaćivali zatim bi uz proviziju "na ruke" vraćali tim poduzetnicima. No, osim za standardno izvlačenje novca od stvarnih tvrtki, dio osumnjičenika se bavio i podizanjem iskazanoga PDV-a na osnovi fiktivnoga poslovanja između svojih fikus-tvrtki.

Pranje novca

Osim toga, dio optužbi protiv Pavkovića i Kolobarića odnosio se i na pranje novca. Naime, prema inkriminacijama velik dio novca izvučen iz poreznih prijevara cijele navodne kriminalne organizacije završavao bi na računu dviju njihovih tvrtki, Goldstar usluge d.o.o. i Blackstone d.o.o, a one bi onda sasvim legalno tim novcem kupovale vrijedne poslovne prostore u Zagrebu. Goldstar je tako za deset milijuna kuna kupio 716 četvornih metara atraktivnog poslovnog prostora u zgradi na Strojarskoj cesti 22, a slično je i s Blackstoneom kojem se na račun slilo više stotina tisuća kuna, a koji je za sedam milijuna kuna kupio 414 četvornih metara poslovnog prostora u Ulici Mirka Kraljevića 24.

Obje ove nekretnine sud je na traženje Uskoka svojevremeno bio blokirao. Jedan od glavnih dokaza koje će Uskok imati u navedenome slučaju su i snimke telefonskih razgovora osumnjičenika koje je policija tajno snimila, kao i snimke tajne policijske pratnje.

Između ostaloga snimljeni su i razgovori dvojice vlasnika tvrtki kojima je Ana Karamarko platila 467.000 kuna za, kako se sada čini, nepostojeći softver. Međutim, razgovore Ane Karamarko istražitelji nikada nisu uspjeli snimiti.

Dvije godine od otvaranja istrage u tzv. akciji "Flajš", Uskok je podignuo optužnicu protiv 38 osoba okrivljenih za utaje poreza, predvođenih građevinskim poduzetnikom Tomislavom Pavkovićem.

Određeni dio okrivljenika je tijekom istrage priznao kazneno djelo koje im se stavljalo na teret, a jedan dio optužbi, kako neslužbeno doznaje Jutarnji list, priznao je i sam Pavković.

Među optuženicima koje se tereti da su ukupno ili utajili ili pomagali pri utajivanju 14,5 milijuna kuna poreza, u ovome slučaju nalazi se i supruga bivšega potpredsjednika Vlade i bivšega šefa HDZ-a Tomislava Karamarka, Ana Karamarko. Obuhvaćen je i niz drugih javnosti manje poznatih osoba.

Ani Karamarko se na teret stavlja samo jedna točka optužbe - da je iz svoje tvrtke "Drimia", poznate iz afere "Konzultantica", izvukla na temelju fiktivnih faktura oko 467.000 kuna, te time umanjila porez na dobit za svoju tvrtku za oko 146.000 kuna.

"Zvoni zvono. Na vratima našeg stana tri službene osobe. PNUSKOK. Traže moju suprugu. Bio je to početak još jednog, drugog po redu, teatra apsurda pod nazivom "Nađimo mu nešto!", objavio je na Facebooku Tomislav Karamarko nakon što je njegova supruga uhićena u svibnju 2020. godine u sklopu "Flajša".

Međutim, kako neslužbeno doznaju, usprkos suprugovim insinuacijama kako se radi o političkom progonu, Ana Karamarko je tijekom dvogodišnje istrage, promijenila svoj stav o optužbama te u veljači ove godine zatražila da iznese dopunu obrane na kojoj je priznala sve što joj je Uskok stavljao na teret.

Poricala djelo

Naime, odmah nakon uhićenja, na prvome ispitivanju pred Uskokom, Ana Karamarko je poricala djelo, a nakon ispitivanja puštena je da se brani sa slobode jer Uskok nije smatrao da za nju treba tražiti određivanje istražnoga zatvora. No, nepune dvije godine kasnije, priznala je krivnju.

Prema optužbama Uskoka, od početka 2017. do kraja 2019. dvojica navodnih organizatora, Pavković te Oliver Kolobarić, organizirali su i stavili pod svoju kontrolu desetak tvrtki, čiji su formalni direktori bile osobe koje su njih dvojica kontrolirali.

Te tvrtke poslužile su kao sustav za izvlačenje novaca iz "pravih" tvrtki, čiji su vlasnici, među kojima i Ana Karamarko, Zrinski i drugi, željeli izbjeći plaćanje poreza. U dogovoru s vlasnicima pravih tvrtki, te "fikus-tvrtke" bi zatim pravim tvrtkama slale fakture za nepostojeće i neizvršene poslove. Faktura je bilo raznih, od intelektualnih usluga, preko raznih građevinskih poslova, usluga prijevoza do dimnjačarskih usluga. Novac koji bi im poduzetnici uplaćivali zatim bi uz proviziju "na ruke" vraćali tim poduzetnicima. No, osim za standardno izvlačenje novca od stvarnih tvrtki, dio osumnjičenika se bavio i podizanjem iskazanoga PDV-a na osnovi fiktivnoga poslovanja između svojih fikus-tvrtki.

Pranje novca

Osim toga, dio optužbi protiv Pavkovića i Kolobarića odnosio se i na pranje novca. Naime, prema inkriminacijama velik dio novca izvučen iz poreznih prijevara cijele navodne kriminalne organizacije završavao bi na računu dviju njihovih tvrtki, Goldstar usluge d.o.o. i Blackstone d.o.o, a one bi onda sasvim legalno tim novcem kupovale vrijedne poslovne prostore u Zagrebu. Goldstar je tako za deset milijuna kuna kupio 716 četvornih metara atraktivnog poslovnog prostora u zgradi na Strojarskoj cesti 22, a slično je i s Blackstoneom kojem se na račun slilo više stotina tisuća kuna, a koji je za sedam milijuna kuna kupio 414 četvornih metara poslovnog prostora u Ulici Mirka Kraljevića 24.

Obje ove nekretnine sud je na traženje Uskoka svojevremeno bio blokirao. Jedan od glavnih dokaza koje će Uskok imati u navedenome slučaju su i snimke telefonskih razgovora osumnjičenika koje je policija tajno snimila, kao i snimke tajne policijske pratnje.

Između ostaloga snimljeni su i razgovori dvojice vlasnika tvrtki kojima je Ana Karamarko platila 467.000 kuna za, kako se sada čini, nepostojeći softver. Međutim, razgovore Ane Karamarko istražitelji nikada nisu uspjeli snimiti.
