Na obilježavanju 20. godišnjice djelovanja Hrvatske zajednice županija u Opatiji sudjelovao je i predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković, piše N1.

Uz premijera su bili potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković, potpredsjednik Vlade ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić, ministar pravosuđa i uprave Ivan Malenica te ministar regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije Šime Erlić.

Nakon događaja dao je izjavu medijima. Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je da je važna poruka suradnje između županija i hrvatske zajednice županija i Vlade.

“Višerazinsko upravljanje Hrvatskom vodeći računa o načelima proporcionalnosti i supsidijarnosti i ključnim i vodećim temeljnim odrednicama naših politika, a to su funckionalna i fiskalna decentralizacija te zajednička realizacija brojnih projekata diljem Hrvatske kako bismo politilku pravilnog regionalnog rezvoja preveli u konkretne vrlo jasne i vidljive projekte”, rekao je premijer.

Komentirao je aktualne teme, a jedna od njih su i porezne promjene.

”U proteklih nekoliko godina smo pokazali da nastojimo maksimalno rasteretiti građane i gospodarstvo. Novi paket predstavljat će promjene zakona da se građanima povećaju neto primanja i ministar financija je naznačio smjer. Vlada na tome radi”, kazao je Plenković.

“Ono što se dogodilo u Sisku, komentirao je ministar zdravstva. Krajnje je neuobičajeno, onaj tko je učinio to da je dvoje pacijenata završilo na jednom krevetu će sigurno odgovarati, ali ne mislim da je to bilo nešto smišljeno. Ne znam kako se to dogodilo, to se nije isto smjelo dogoditi”.

Što se tiče slučaja snimke koja je objavljenima u medijima, a koja prikazuje mrtva tijela kako leže na podu mrtvačnice u bolnici Sveti Duh u Zagrebu, podsjetio je da je riječ o bolnici koja je u vlasništvu Grada Zagreba i rekao da je to pitanje za Grad Zagreb, te je pozvao gradonačelnika i stranku Možemo da se oni očituju.

“Očekujem od ministarstva da od ravnateljice Svetog Duha zatraži izvješće i da se te stvari riješe i saniraju”, rekao je.

Komentirao je Zakon o izbornim jedinicama. “Što se tiče Zakona o izbornim jedinicama svi o tome govore kao su izbori sutra. Izbori su za godinu dana imamo dovoljno vremena. Ustavni sud je donio odluku, trenutni zakon prestaje vrijediti 30. rujna i uz neku dobru praksu, uredu bi bilo da se Zakon donese uz dva čitanja i javno savjetovanje početkom jeseni iduće godine”, rekao je premijer, prenosi N1.

Dodao je da su okviri zadani onime što je kazao Ustavni sud i doći će do modifikacija izbornog sustava. “Ići ćemo prema tom modificiraom sustavu gdje će specifična težina izabranog zastupnika u Saboru imati iza sebe +/-pet posto ili nešto manje birača”, kaže Plenković.

Rekao je da svi mogu imati svoje želje ali da Sabor donosi odluku. “Hrvatska je takva kakva je sa ovakvom gustoćom naseljenosti, s demografskim trendovima, svako bi htio ono što on misli da je najbolje, a Sabor će donijeti odluku kako je to najprimjerenije”, rekao je premijer.

Upitan o slučaju gdje policija i USKOK već mjesecima istražuju 24-godišnjeg Filipa Mihalića iz Varaždina, sina bivšeg HDZ-ova saborskog zastupnika Anđelka Mihalića, zbog sumnjivih milijunskih poslova s navodno krivotvorenim testovima na koronu, Plenković je umjesto odgovora govorio o aferi Sortirnica u Rijeci gdje se spominje SDP.

“Pitajte nekoga tko o tome nešto zna. Ja o tome ne znam ništa. To stalno ubacivanje da je netko HDZ-ov, a kad nije HDZ-ov odmah je poduzetnik, pročelnik. To lagano doživljavam kao neki kompleks nakon ankete od 31 posto pa su se sad svi ušušurili da opet odmah prilijepe nešto iz HDZ-a”, kaže Plenković i dodaje da je 31 posto dosta dobro nakon 7 godina.

”Nikad za čovjeka nisam čuo!”, kazao je Plenković na opetovana novinarska pitanja.

Na pitanje hoće li sudjelovati na pregovorima sa sindikatima, Plenković kaže da njegova vlada stalno vodi socijalni dijalog. “Ako je ijedna vlada napravila iskorake u socijalnom dijalogu s anašim partnerima, prije svega sa sindikatima, pa i s poslodavcima onda smo to mi. Pa ako vidite koliko su rasle plaće u našem mandatu, koliko su povećavane osnovice, koliko su povećani koeficijenti, koliko je bilo ghranskih ugovora, dodataka. Prosječna plaća u Hrvatskoj u veljači je prošla 1100 eura. Ona je rasla 350 eura otkako smo mi preuzeli odgovornost za Hrvatsku”, rekao je Plenković, prenosi N1.

Na obilježavanju 20. godišnjice djelovanja Hrvatske zajednice županija u Opatiji sudjelovao je i predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske Andrej Plenković, piše N1.

Uz premijera su bili potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković, potpredsjednik Vlade ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić, ministar pravosuđa i uprave Ivan Malenica te ministar regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije Šime Erlić.

Nakon događaja dao je izjavu medijima. Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je da je važna poruka suradnje između županija i hrvatske zajednice županija i Vlade.

“Višerazinsko upravljanje Hrvatskom vodeći računa o načelima proporcionalnosti i supsidijarnosti i ključnim i vodećim temeljnim odrednicama naših politika, a to su funckionalna i fiskalna decentralizacija te zajednička realizacija brojnih projekata diljem Hrvatske kako bismo politilku pravilnog regionalnog rezvoja preveli u konkretne vrlo jasne i vidljive projekte”, rekao je premijer.

Komentirao je aktualne teme, a jedna od njih su i porezne promjene.

”U proteklih nekoliko godina smo pokazali da nastojimo maksimalno rasteretiti građane i gospodarstvo. Novi paket predstavljat će promjene zakona da se građanima povećaju neto primanja i ministar financija je naznačio smjer. Vlada na tome radi”, kazao je Plenković.

“Ono što se dogodilo u Sisku, komentirao je ministar zdravstva. Krajnje je neuobičajeno, onaj tko je učinio to da je dvoje pacijenata završilo na jednom krevetu će sigurno odgovarati, ali ne mislim da je to bilo nešto smišljeno. Ne znam kako se to dogodilo, to se nije isto smjelo dogoditi”.

Što se tiče slučaja snimke koja je objavljenima u medijima, a koja prikazuje mrtva tijela kako leže na podu mrtvačnice u bolnici Sveti Duh u Zagrebu, podsjetio je da je riječ o bolnici koja je u vlasništvu Grada Zagreba i rekao da je to pitanje za Grad Zagreb, te je pozvao gradonačelnika i stranku Možemo da se oni očituju.

“Očekujem od ministarstva da od ravnateljice Svetog Duha zatraži izvješće i da se te stvari riješe i saniraju”, rekao je.

Komentirao je Zakon o izbornim jedinicama. “Što se tiče Zakona o izbornim jedinicama svi o tome govore kao su izbori sutra. Izbori su za godinu dana imamo dovoljno vremena. Ustavni sud je donio odluku, trenutni zakon prestaje vrijediti 30. rujna i uz neku dobru praksu, uredu bi bilo da se Zakon donese uz dva čitanja i javno savjetovanje početkom jeseni iduće godine”, rekao je premijer, prenosi N1.

Dodao je da su okviri zadani onime što je kazao Ustavni sud i doći će do modifikacija izbornog sustava. “Ići ćemo prema tom modificiraom sustavu gdje će specifična težina izabranog zastupnika u Saboru imati iza sebe +/-pet posto ili nešto manje birača”, kaže Plenković.

Rekao je da svi mogu imati svoje želje ali da Sabor donosi odluku. “Hrvatska je takva kakva je sa ovakvom gustoćom naseljenosti, s demografskim trendovima, svako bi htio ono što on misli da je najbolje, a Sabor će donijeti odluku kako je to najprimjerenije”, rekao je premijer.

Upitan o slučaju gdje policija i USKOK već mjesecima istražuju 24-godišnjeg Filipa Mihalića iz Varaždina, sina bivšeg HDZ-ova saborskog zastupnika Anđelka Mihalića, zbog sumnjivih milijunskih poslova s navodno krivotvorenim testovima na koronu, Plenković je umjesto odgovora govorio o aferi Sortirnica u Rijeci gdje se spominje SDP.

“Pitajte nekoga tko o tome nešto zna. Ja o tome ne znam ništa. To stalno ubacivanje da je netko HDZ-ov, a kad nije HDZ-ov odmah je poduzetnik, pročelnik. To lagano doživljavam kao neki kompleks nakon ankete od 31 posto pa su se sad svi ušušurili da opet odmah prilijepe nešto iz HDZ-a”, kaže Plenković i dodaje da je 31 posto dosta dobro nakon 7 godina.

”Nikad za čovjeka nisam čuo!”, kazao je Plenković na opetovana novinarska pitanja.

Na pitanje hoće li sudjelovati na pregovorima sa sindikatima, Plenković kaže da njegova vlada stalno vodi socijalni dijalog. “Ako je ijedna vlada napravila iskorake u socijalnom dijalogu s anašim partnerima, prije svega sa sindikatima, pa i s poslodavcima onda smo to mi. Pa ako vidite koliko su rasle plaće u našem mandatu, koliko su povećavane osnovice, koliko su povećani koeficijenti, koliko je bilo ghranskih ugovora, dodataka. Prosječna plaća u Hrvatskoj u veljači je prošla 1100 eura. Ona je rasla 350 eura otkako smo mi preuzeli odgovornost za Hrvatsku”, rekao je Plenković, prenosi N1.
