Odlazak u mirovinu koliko je sretan, toliko i traumatičan događaj, ne samo zato što novi umirovljenik mijenja životne navike ili raspolaže i s manjim novčanim iznosima. Problem zna biti i predugo čekanje prve isplate ili problematične uplate poslodavca, što može dovesti do izosa manjeg od očekivanog.
Možemo onda zamisliti kakva je trauma kada u tom trenutku i sama isplata mirovine dođe u pitanje. Upravo to dogodilo se redateljici Ireni Ščurić.

Iza nje je 38 godina radnog staža, ali nema pravo na mirovinu i zdravstveno osiguranje zbog, ističe, nemara javnog bilježnika i nerazumijevanja hrvatske birokracije.
Tvrdi kako je njezin javni bilježnik Igor Martinović na Trgovačkom sudu nije odjavio kao direktoricu tvrtke Top Mag kad je to trebalo. Bilježnik je u međuvremenu otišao u mirovinu te zbog toga ona više ne može biti odjavljena s datumom kad je otišla u mirovinu. Sada cijeli državni aparat pere ruke.

Ščurić je prestala biti direktorica 1. siječnja 2021., a zahtjev da je se odjavi s toga mjesta podnijela je 18. siječnja te godine kod bilježnika Martinovića.
"Država me 19. srpnja 2023. godine poslala u mirovinu s danom kad sam imala puni radni staž i pune godine rada. Nakon upita zašto nema rješenja o mirovini, početkom listopada dobila sam dopis da ga ne mogu dobiti rješenje jer na Trgovačkom sudu stoji da sam direktorica", rekla je Irena Ščurić za Index.
Najveći problem je nastao kad je i javni bilježnik otišao u mirovinu, a ostavio je nedovršen posao.

Index je više puta zvao Martinovića na mobitel, ali se nije javio. Kontaktirali su Trgovački sud, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje, Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike kao i Hrvatsku javnobilježničku komoru, ali konkretan odgovor dobili su samo od Zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, i to da se nisu u mogućnosti očitovati o konkretnom slučaju iz upita.
"Sad bih ja trebala Martinovića privatno tužiti, naći i plaćati odvjetnika i suditi se godinama u državi gdje suci već drugi put u godini dana štrajkaju. Svi redom sada peru ruke, nisu oni odgovorni, nisu nadležni, a ja bih trebala pristati na njihov prijedlog da se sve krivo i neodrađeno do sada zaboravi i da se sve provede iznova jer nemaju drugo rješenje, zaključila je Ščurić izlaganje svoga zaista teškog slučaja.

Odlazak u mirovinu koliko je sretan, toliko i traumatičan događaj, ne samo zato što novi umirovljenik mijenja životne navike ili raspolaže i s manjim novčanim iznosima. Problem zna biti i predugo čekanje prve isplate ili problematične uplate poslodavca, što može dovesti do izosa manjeg od očekivanog.
Možemo onda zamisliti kakva je trauma kada u tom trenutku i sama isplata mirovine dođe u pitanje. Upravo to dogodilo se redateljici Ireni Ščurić.

Iza nje je 38 godina radnog staža, ali nema pravo na mirovinu i zdravstveno osiguranje zbog, ističe, nemara javnog bilježnika i nerazumijevanja hrvatske birokracije.
Tvrdi kako je njezin javni bilježnik Igor Martinović na Trgovačkom sudu nije odjavio kao direktoricu tvrtke Top Mag kad je to trebalo. Bilježnik je u međuvremenu otišao u mirovinu te zbog toga ona više ne može biti odjavljena s datumom kad je otišla u mirovinu. Sada cijeli državni aparat pere ruke.

Ščurić je prestala biti direktorica 1. siječnja 2021., a zahtjev da je se odjavi s toga mjesta podnijela je 18. siječnja te godine kod bilježnika Martinovića.
"Država me 19. srpnja 2023. godine poslala u mirovinu s danom kad sam imala puni radni staž i pune godine rada. Nakon upita zašto nema rješenja o mirovini, početkom listopada dobila sam dopis da ga ne mogu dobiti rješenje jer na Trgovačkom sudu stoji da sam direktorica", rekla je Irena Ščurić za Index.
Najveći problem je nastao kad je i javni bilježnik otišao u mirovinu, a ostavio je nedovršen posao.

Index je više puta zvao Martinovića na mobitel, ali se nije javio. Kontaktirali su Trgovački sud, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje, Ministarstvo pravosuđa i uprave, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike kao i Hrvatsku javnobilježničku komoru, ali konkretan odgovor dobili su samo od Zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, i to da se nisu u mogućnosti očitovati o konkretnom slučaju iz upita.
"Sad bih ja trebala Martinovića privatno tužiti, naći i plaćati odvjetnika i suditi se godinama u državi gdje suci već drugi put u godini dana štrajkaju. Svi redom sada peru ruke, nisu oni odgovorni, nisu nadležni, a ja bih trebala pristati na njihov prijedlog da se sve krivo i neodrađeno do sada zaboravi i da se sve provede iznova jer nemaju drugo rješenje, zaključila je Ščurić izlaganje svoga zaista teškog slučaja.
