- Istina je da je moj branjenik Aleksandar Knežević u potpunosti oslobođen od optužbe. Presuda Općinskog suda u Zadru kojom je Knežević bio proglašen krivim i nepravomoćno osuđen na šest mjeseci zatvora za kazneno djelo povrede prava na rad i druga prava iz radnih obaveza preinačena je. Iz obrazloženja se dade razaznati da činjenični opis otpužbe kojom se Knežević teretio uopće i nije kazneno djelo, te je stoga presuda preinačena a ne ukinuta – izjavila je u utorak Rea Atelj, odvjetnica bivšeg voditelja trgovačkog centra Interspar Aleksandra Kneževića (46), kojeg je u petak drugostupanjski sud oalobodio od optužbe za mobing djelatnice Interspara Julije Baljak.
Kneževića je optužnica teretila da je od svibnja 2005. do ožujka 2008. godine svoju djelatnicu Juliju Baljak u više navrata sustavno verbalno na seksualan način uznemiravao vulgarnim pitanjima poput "koji broj grudnjaka nosiš", "kakvo ti je donje rublje", a vrhunac su bile izjave poput "najradije bi te opalija kad si tako ljuta". Drugostupanjski sud, međutim, kako je kazala Kneževićeva odvjetnica, nije utvrdio da je to kazneno djelo za koje se Knežević tereti.
- Županijski sud nije htio ulaziti u to jeli Knežević to učinio ili ne, jer to ne predstavlja kazneno djelo za koje se on teretio – navela je Atelj dodajući kako u ovom slučaju ni jedna ni druga strana nemaju pravo žalbe budući je presuda pravomoćna.
Zlostavljanje u "Intersparu" prvi je slučaj mobinga koji su krim policija i državno odvjetništvo procesuirali po službenoj dužnosti, a slučaj je završio na sudu nakon što su dvije djelatnice – Julija Baljak i Ankica Dragaš - odlučile javno progovoriti o ponižavanjima kojima su svakodnevno bile izložene.
Iako su i prije toga u više navrata upozoravale upravu "Spara" i preko sindikata tražile da ih se zaštiti od zlostavljača, nije poduzeto ništa. Dvije trgovkinje obratile su se na koncu medijima, a temeljem njihovog svjedočenja Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru po službenoj dužnosti pokreće istragu i slučaj predaje policiji.
PU Zadarska u travnju podiže kaznene prijave, a pet mjeseci nakon toga ODO protiv Kneževića i Strike podiže optužne prijedloge. Suđenje, koje je od samog početka bilo zatvoreno za javnost, trajalo je više od dvije godine, saslušano je 19 svjedoka i pregledano mnoštvo dokumentacije iz Interspara, a kako u Hrvatskoj još uvijek nije zakonom reguliran seksualni mobing, Knežević, koji je zbog pritiska medija u međuvremenu tražio sporazumni raskid ugovora o radu, sudilo se za kazneno djelo iz članka 114. kaznenog zakona, odnosno povrede dostojanstva i prava na rad.
Domar centra Interspar Šime Strika koji je zlostavljao Ankicu Dragaš, bio je optužen za bludne radnje i osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu koju mu je drugostupanjski sud potvrdio.

- Istina je da je moj branjenik Aleksandar Knežević u potpunosti oslobođen od optužbe. Presuda Općinskog suda u Zadru kojom je Knežević bio proglašen krivim i nepravomoćno osuđen na šest mjeseci zatvora za kazneno djelo povrede prava na rad i druga prava iz radnih obaveza preinačena je. Iz obrazloženja se dade razaznati da činjenični opis otpužbe kojom se Knežević teretio uopće i nije kazneno djelo, te je stoga presuda preinačena a ne ukinuta – izjavila je u utorak Rea Atelj, odvjetnica bivšeg voditelja trgovačkog centra Interspar Aleksandra Kneževića (46), kojeg je u petak drugostupanjski sud oalobodio od optužbe za mobing djelatnice Interspara Julije Baljak.
Kneževića je optužnica teretila da je od svibnja 2005. do ožujka 2008. godine svoju djelatnicu Juliju Baljak u više navrata sustavno verbalno na seksualan način uznemiravao vulgarnim pitanjima poput "koji broj grudnjaka nosiš", "kakvo ti je donje rublje", a vrhunac su bile izjave poput "najradije bi te opalija kad si tako ljuta". Drugostupanjski sud, međutim, kako je kazala Kneževićeva odvjetnica, nije utvrdio da je to kazneno djelo za koje se Knežević tereti.
- Županijski sud nije htio ulaziti u to jeli Knežević to učinio ili ne, jer to ne predstavlja kazneno djelo za koje se on teretio – navela je Atelj dodajući kako u ovom slučaju ni jedna ni druga strana nemaju pravo žalbe budući je presuda pravomoćna.
Zlostavljanje u "Intersparu" prvi je slučaj mobinga koji su krim policija i državno odvjetništvo procesuirali po službenoj dužnosti, a slučaj je završio na sudu nakon što su dvije djelatnice – Julija Baljak i Ankica Dragaš - odlučile javno progovoriti o ponižavanjima kojima su svakodnevno bile izložene.
Iako su i prije toga u više navrata upozoravale upravu "Spara" i preko sindikata tražile da ih se zaštiti od zlostavljača, nije poduzeto ništa. Dvije trgovkinje obratile su se na koncu medijima, a temeljem njihovog svjedočenja Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru po službenoj dužnosti pokreće istragu i slučaj predaje policiji.
PU Zadarska u travnju podiže kaznene prijave, a pet mjeseci nakon toga ODO protiv Kneževića i Strike podiže optužne prijedloge. Suđenje, koje je od samog početka bilo zatvoreno za javnost, trajalo je više od dvije godine, saslušano je 19 svjedoka i pregledano mnoštvo dokumentacije iz Interspara, a kako u Hrvatskoj još uvijek nije zakonom reguliran seksualni mobing, Knežević, koji je zbog pritiska medija u međuvremenu tražio sporazumni raskid ugovora o radu, sudilo se za kazneno djelo iz članka 114. kaznenog zakona, odnosno povrede dostojanstva i prava na rad.
Domar centra Interspar Šime Strika koji je zlostavljao Ankicu Dragaš, bio je optužen za bludne radnje i osuđen na uvjetnu kaznu koju mu je drugostupanjski sud potvrdio.
