Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš gostovao je večeras u Dnevniku Nove TV, gdje je pojasnio aktualnu situaciju sa epidemijom koronavirusa u Hrvatskoj, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Na pitanje organizacije rada Hitne pomoći, odnosno je li usporen rad drugih timova, Beroš je kazao:

- Ne bi bilo istina reći da sustav funkcionira uobičajeno. Epidemija je znatno promijenila način funkcioniranja. Službe hitne djelatnosti moraju adekvatno izvršavati svoju djelatnost. Modalitet funkcionalnosti u sumnji na Covid-19 jest drugačiji.  Naša je intencija da službe funkcioniraju adekvatno, to je iznimno važno - rekao je.

Osvrnuo se i na dva smrtna slučaja, jedan na otoku Murteru i jedan u Pločama, u kojima obitelji preminulih tvrde da su životi izgubljeni zbog nedolaska hitne pomoći.

- Modus funkcioniranja je drugačiji kada je riječ o sumnji na COVID-19. U spomenutim slučajevima nismo imali tu sumnju, stoga sam mišljenja da je djelovanje hitne medicinske djelatnosti trebalo biti uobičajeno i adekvatno - kazao je Beroš.

 Dodao je da o ova dva slučaja razgovarao s ravnateljicom Hrvatskog zavoda za hitnu medicinu koja će zatražiti stručni nadzor.

O zarazi u Domu za starije i nemoćne u Splitu Beroš je rekao:

- Teško je znati specifične okolnosti. Da smo sve to detektirali ranije mogli smo možda reagirati. Treba ispitati sve i doznati detalje. Ispitat ćemo situaciju, ako bude elemenata propusti odgovorit ćemo na jasan način. U slučaju krivnje bit će postupanja.

- O smanjenju plaća zdravstvenim radnicima nemam informacija. Stručne službe Ministarstva formirale su dopis da saznamo što se zbiva. Smanjenje plaće nije fer. Svi koji su odradili sate dobit će svoje plaće. Naravno, treba izvidjeti je li doista tako. Ako netko nije dobio adekvatnu plaću bit će mu nadoknađeno. Drugog travnja izdao sam preporuku svim ustanovama kako da postupaju oko prekovremenih sati. Nitko tko radi ovaj posao pošteno neće biti zakinut, to neću dozvoliti - rekao je ministar u Dnevniku Nove TV.

- Kao što smo polako balansirali, tako ćemo i s popuštanjem mjera. Epidemiološka situacija je ta koja će nam sugerirati u kojem smjeru da idemo. Mjesta za popuštanje zasad nema. U nekoliko dana drugog ponašanja možemo se ovo kompromitirati, to nikako ne bi bilo dobro. Apeliram na sve da poštuju mjere i dalje.

Da nema proboja u domovima, brojke bi bile i manje.

- Zadovoljan sam. Bilo je iluzorno očekivati da bolest neće ući u zdravstveni sustav i sustav domova. To su mjesta sklona infekcijama. Bitno je da epidemiološka služba čim prije reagira, detektira oboljele i kontakte. Od početka naglašavamo da je to najvažniji način postupanja kako bi smanjili širenje infekcije.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš gostovao je večeras u Dnevniku Nove TV, gdje je pojasnio aktualnu situaciju sa epidemijom koronavirusa u Hrvatskoj, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Na pitanje organizacije rada Hitne pomoći, odnosno je li usporen rad drugih timova, Beroš je kazao:

- Ne bi bilo istina reći da sustav funkcionira uobičajeno. Epidemija je znatno promijenila način funkcioniranja. Službe hitne djelatnosti moraju adekvatno izvršavati svoju djelatnost. Modalitet funkcionalnosti u sumnji na Covid-19 jest drugačiji.  Naša je intencija da službe funkcioniraju adekvatno, to je iznimno važno - rekao je.

Osvrnuo se i na dva smrtna slučaja, jedan na otoku Murteru i jedan u Pločama, u kojima obitelji preminulih tvrde da su životi izgubljeni zbog nedolaska hitne pomoći.

- Modus funkcioniranja je drugačiji kada je riječ o sumnji na COVID-19. U spomenutim slučajevima nismo imali tu sumnju, stoga sam mišljenja da je djelovanje hitne medicinske djelatnosti trebalo biti uobičajeno i adekvatno - kazao je Beroš.

 Dodao je da o ova dva slučaja razgovarao s ravnateljicom Hrvatskog zavoda za hitnu medicinu koja će zatražiti stručni nadzor.

O zarazi u Domu za starije i nemoćne u Splitu Beroš je rekao:

- Teško je znati specifične okolnosti. Da smo sve to detektirali ranije mogli smo možda reagirati. Treba ispitati sve i doznati detalje. Ispitat ćemo situaciju, ako bude elemenata propusti odgovorit ćemo na jasan način. U slučaju krivnje bit će postupanja.

- O smanjenju plaća zdravstvenim radnicima nemam informacija. Stručne službe Ministarstva formirale su dopis da saznamo što se zbiva. Smanjenje plaće nije fer. Svi koji su odradili sate dobit će svoje plaće. Naravno, treba izvidjeti je li doista tako. Ako netko nije dobio adekvatnu plaću bit će mu nadoknađeno. Drugog travnja izdao sam preporuku svim ustanovama kako da postupaju oko prekovremenih sati. Nitko tko radi ovaj posao pošteno neće biti zakinut, to neću dozvoliti - rekao je ministar u Dnevniku Nove TV.

- Kao što smo polako balansirali, tako ćemo i s popuštanjem mjera. Epidemiološka situacija je ta koja će nam sugerirati u kojem smjeru da idemo. Mjesta za popuštanje zasad nema. U nekoliko dana drugog ponašanja možemo se ovo kompromitirati, to nikako ne bi bilo dobro. Apeliram na sve da poštuju mjere i dalje.

Da nema proboja u domovima, brojke bi bile i manje.

- Zadovoljan sam. Bilo je iluzorno očekivati da bolest neće ući u zdravstveni sustav i sustav domova. To su mjesta sklona infekcijama. Bitno je da epidemiološka služba čim prije reagira, detektira oboljele i kontakte. Od početka naglašavamo da je to najvažniji način postupanja kako bi smanjili širenje infekcije.

Ministar Beroš o smanjenju plaća medicinskim djelatnicima: Nitko tko radi ovaj posao pošteno neće biti zakinut, to neću dozvoliti!

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš gostovao je večeras u Dnevniku Nove TV, gdje je pojasnio aktualnu situaciju sa epidemijom koronavirusa u Hrvatskoj, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Na pitanje organizacije rada Hitne pomoći, odnosno je li usporen rad drugih timova, Beroš je kazao:

- Ne bi bilo istina reći da sustav funkcionira uobičajeno. Epidemija je znatno promijenila način funkcioniranja. Službe hitne djelatnosti moraju adekvatno izvršavati svoju djelatnost. Modalitet funkcionalnosti u sumnji na Covid-19 jest drugačiji.  Naša je intencija da službe funkcioniraju adekvatno, to je iznimno važno - rekao je.

Osvrnuo se i na dva smrtna slučaja, jedan na otoku Murteru i jedan u Pločama, u kojima obitelji preminulih tvrde da su životi izgubljeni zbog nedolaska hitne pomoći.
