Zbog izmišljanja ili širenja lažnih vijesti prekršajno je prijavljena 34-godišnja Vrbovčanka koja je u petak na društvenim mrežama širila lažnu vijest da je zaražena koronavirusom i tako uznemirila osobe koje poznaje i s kojima radi.

Zagrebačka Policijska uprava priopćila je u subotu kako je, nakon što je objavom na društvenim mrežama proširila vijest da je zaražena, zajedno s epidemiolozima utvrđeno da je Vrbovčanka svjesno izmislila zarazu.

Zbog izmišljanja ili širenja lažnih vijesti kojima se remeti mir i spokojstvo građana protiv 34-godišnjakinje slijedi prekršajni postupak.

U Zakonu o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira još uvijek stoji da će se onaj da tko izmišlja ili širi lažne vijesti kojima remeti mir i spokojstvo građana prekršajno kazniti  novčanom kaznom u protuvrijednosti domaće valute od nekadašnjih 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka ili kaznom zatvora do 30 dana.

Naime, Zakon kojim je propisan taj prekršaj uz manje izmjene na snazi je od 1977. godine te su u njemu i danas novčane kazne propisane u njemačkim markama, a kazne preračunato u kunama iznose od 200 do 780 kn.

Kaznena odgovornost propisana je samo ako bi se lažno uzbunile javne službe koje osiguravaju red ili pružaju pomoć o događaju koji iziskuje hitno djelovanje te službe.

Kazneni zakon za djelo lažne uzbune predviđa zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju do tri godine.

To kazneno djelo razlikuje se od prekršaja po tome što je za njega potrebno da je objava uzbunila javne službe poput policije, a ne širu javnost.

Ono se može primijeniti u slučaju, primjerice, lažne dojave o kršenju samoizolacije, ali ne i zbog širenja informacija na društvenim mrežama.

Zbog izmišljanja ili širenja lažnih vijesti prekršajno je prijavljena 34-godišnja Vrbovčanka koja je u petak na društvenim mrežama širila lažnu vijest da je zaražena koronavirusom i tako uznemirila osobe koje poznaje i s kojima radi.

Zagrebačka Policijska uprava priopćila je u subotu kako je, nakon što je objavom na društvenim mrežama proširila vijest da je zaražena, zajedno s epidemiolozima utvrđeno da je Vrbovčanka svjesno izmislila zarazu.

Zbog izmišljanja ili širenja lažnih vijesti kojima se remeti mir i spokojstvo građana protiv 34-godišnjakinje slijedi prekršajni postupak.

U Zakonu o prekršajima protiv javnog reda i mira još uvijek stoji da će se onaj da tko izmišlja ili širi lažne vijesti kojima remeti mir i spokojstvo građana prekršajno kazniti  novčanom kaznom u protuvrijednosti domaće valute od nekadašnjih 50 do 200 njemačkih maraka ili kaznom zatvora do 30 dana.

Naime, Zakon kojim je propisan taj prekršaj uz manje izmjene na snazi je od 1977. godine te su u njemu i danas novčane kazne propisane u njemačkim markama, a kazne preračunato u kunama iznose od 200 do 780 kn.

Kaznena odgovornost propisana je samo ako bi se lažno uzbunile javne službe koje osiguravaju red ili pružaju pomoć o događaju koji iziskuje hitno djelovanje te službe.

Kazneni zakon za djelo lažne uzbune predviđa zatvorsku kaznu u trajanju do tri godine.

To kazneno djelo razlikuje se od prekršaja po tome što je za njega potrebno da je objava uzbunila javne službe poput policije, a ne širu javnost.

Ono se može primijeniti u slučaju, primjerice, lažne dojave o kršenju samoizolacije, ali ne i zbog širenja informacija na društvenim mrežama.
