- Brojke zaraženih koronavirusom će nastaviti rasti, no nitko ne može znati koliko će dugo to trajati- rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije Goran Tešović, dječji infektolog s Klinike za infektivne bolesti Dr. Fran Mihaljević.

Kazao je kako bi iznošenje prognoza moglo biti opasno te da bi bilo neodgovorno tvrditi kada će broj novozaraženih doživjeti svoj vrhunac. Kaže kako su mjere dosad bile popuštene te da je važno prilagoditi se situaciji sada kada je ljeto gotovo. 

- Logično je da su bolesnici sada mlađi – među radno aktivnom populacijom manje je cijepljenih. Ogromna većina pacijenata u bolnici nije cijepljena, preko 80 posto. Bolesnici koji su bez komorbiditeta i mladi ili relativno mladi – svi su necijepljeni. Klinička slika kod njih varira, od povišene temperature do mehaničke ventilacije i upale pluća- tvrdi te dpdaje kako ne postoji porast hospitalizirane djece. 

U tijeku je i anketno istraživanje o cijepljenju djece među roditeljima djece koji dolaze u kliniku u Zagrebu i u Splitu.

- Obavili smo prvu trećinu planiranog broja ispitanika, ali, prema preliminarnim podacima, značajna većina ne razmišlja da bi cijepila svoju djecu- kazao je te dodao kako bi se svi trebali cijepiti misleći na svoje zdravlje. 

- Ako se i zaraze, oboljet će od blaže kliničke slike. Postoje i oni koji nikad neće postići imunost cjepivom, što je slučaj i s drugim cjepivima, no takvih je veoma malo. Ako ste cijepljeni značajno smanjujete šasnu da obolite od oblika bolesti koji iziskuje potrebu za oksigenom terapijom i intenzivnim liječenjem. Kod nas se četvrti val tek zahuktava i ovog časa ne možemo znati koliko će biti onih koji će oboljeti od multisistemskog inflamatornog sindroma. Možemo očekivati da će incidencija te komplikacije vjerojatno biti ista ili nešto veća nego u prethodnom valu- tvrdi. 

- Gledajući s javnozdravstvenog aspekta, ako reducirate rezevar potencijalno zaraženih, reducirali ste mogućnost rasta infekcije u populaciji. Ako bismo se odlučili na masovno cijepljenje djece i adolsecenata, značajno bismo utjecali na pojavnost bolesti u odraslog i starijoj populaciji. To je činjenica vezana za epidemiologiju- zaključuje. 

Demistificirao je brzu proizvodnju cjepiva, što je čest argument među necijepljenima za necijepljenje.

- Cjepivo je ravijeno brže nego bilo koje drugo, ali tehnologija razvoja i proizvodnje cjepiva danas i 1968. godine je neusporediva. Neka cjepiva koje mi primijenjujemo danas, kao što je cjepivo protiv ospica i rubele, proizvedeno je krajem šezdesetih i početkom sedamdesetih. Za ono što je nekad trebalo pet godina sada vam treba pet dana. Nikada nije bilo angažirano toliko materijalnih sredstava za razvoj nekog cjepiva. Velika materijalna sredstva i razvijenija tehnologija rezultirala su brzim razvojem cjepiva. Ona su prošla sve uobičajene faze istraživanja prije nego što su registrirana. U trećoj fazi uključene se desetine tisuća ispitanika. Provođene su studije i u zemljama u kojima je cjepivo razvijeno, kao i u nerazvijenim zemljama. O svemu se prilično vodilo računa. Da cjepivo nije dovoljno sigurno i dovoljno ispitano – to nije točno-  ističe Tešović za N1.

Prokomentirao je i novo, proteinsko cjepivo, kojeg je Hrvatska naručila 300.000 doza. 

- I prije su postojala druga cjepiva za SARS-CoV-2, ne samo mRNA i vektorska. U susjednoj Srbiji i nekim zemljama Latinske Amerike milijuni su cijepljeni kineskim cjepivom koje je razvijeno na klasičnoj tehniologiji. Proteinsko je drugačije od cjepiva koje smo dosad primijenjivali- kazao je. 

- Ne može se reći da je maska štetnija nego što je korisnija- pojašnjava. 

Na pitanje jesu li maske štetne nose li se više sati, Tešović kaže da maske sigurno imaju utjecaj na proces uobičajene izmjene plinova jer dio izdahnutog zraka kod novog udaha vraćate.

- S druge strane, maske su nedvojbeno dokazana učinkovita mjera kod širenja infekcije. Može li vas zaštiti od infekcije? Ne. Može li smanjiti mogućnost zaraze? Da. Dakle, ne može se reći da je maska štetnija nego što je korisnija- zaključio je Tešović.

- Brojke zaraženih koronavirusom će nastaviti rasti, no nitko ne može znati koliko će dugo to trajati- rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije Goran Tešović, dječji infektolog s Klinike za infektivne bolesti Dr. Fran Mihaljević.

Kazao je kako bi iznošenje prognoza moglo biti opasno te da bi bilo neodgovorno tvrditi kada će broj novozaraženih doživjeti svoj vrhunac. Kaže kako su mjere dosad bile popuštene te da je važno prilagoditi se situaciji sada kada je ljeto gotovo. 

- Logično je da su bolesnici sada mlađi – među radno aktivnom populacijom manje je cijepljenih. Ogromna većina pacijenata u bolnici nije cijepljena, preko 80 posto. Bolesnici koji su bez komorbiditeta i mladi ili relativno mladi – svi su necijepljeni. Klinička slika kod njih varira, od povišene temperature do mehaničke ventilacije i upale pluća- tvrdi te dpdaje kako ne postoji porast hospitalizirane djece. 

U tijeku je i anketno istraživanje o cijepljenju djece među roditeljima djece koji dolaze u kliniku u Zagrebu i u Splitu.

- Obavili smo prvu trećinu planiranog broja ispitanika, ali, prema preliminarnim podacima, značajna većina ne razmišlja da bi cijepila svoju djecu- kazao je te dodao kako bi se svi trebali cijepiti misleći na svoje zdravlje. 

- Ako se i zaraze, oboljet će od blaže kliničke slike. Postoje i oni koji nikad neće postići imunost cjepivom, što je slučaj i s drugim cjepivima, no takvih je veoma malo. Ako ste cijepljeni značajno smanjujete šasnu da obolite od oblika bolesti koji iziskuje potrebu za oksigenom terapijom i intenzivnim liječenjem. Kod nas se četvrti val tek zahuktava i ovog časa ne možemo znati koliko će biti onih koji će oboljeti od multisistemskog inflamatornog sindroma. Možemo očekivati da će incidencija te komplikacije vjerojatno biti ista ili nešto veća nego u prethodnom valu- tvrdi. 

- Gledajući s javnozdravstvenog aspekta, ako reducirate rezevar potencijalno zaraženih, reducirali ste mogućnost rasta infekcije u populaciji. Ako bismo se odlučili na masovno cijepljenje djece i adolsecenata, značajno bismo utjecali na pojavnost bolesti u odraslog i starijoj populaciji. To je činjenica vezana za epidemiologiju- zaključuje. 

Demistificirao je brzu proizvodnju cjepiva, što je čest argument među necijepljenima za necijepljenje.

- Cjepivo je ravijeno brže nego bilo koje drugo, ali tehnologija razvoja i proizvodnje cjepiva danas i 1968. godine je neusporediva. Neka cjepiva koje mi primijenjujemo danas, kao što je cjepivo protiv ospica i rubele, proizvedeno je krajem šezdesetih i početkom sedamdesetih. Za ono što je nekad trebalo pet godina sada vam treba pet dana. Nikada nije bilo angažirano toliko materijalnih sredstava za razvoj nekog cjepiva. Velika materijalna sredstva i razvijenija tehnologija rezultirala su brzim razvojem cjepiva. Ona su prošla sve uobičajene faze istraživanja prije nego što su registrirana. U trećoj fazi uključene se desetine tisuća ispitanika. Provođene su studije i u zemljama u kojima je cjepivo razvijeno, kao i u nerazvijenim zemljama. O svemu se prilično vodilo računa. Da cjepivo nije dovoljno sigurno i dovoljno ispitano – to nije točno-  ističe Tešović za N1.

Prokomentirao je i novo, proteinsko cjepivo, kojeg je Hrvatska naručila 300.000 doza. 

- I prije su postojala druga cjepiva za SARS-CoV-2, ne samo mRNA i vektorska. U susjednoj Srbiji i nekim zemljama Latinske Amerike milijuni su cijepljeni kineskim cjepivom koje je razvijeno na klasičnoj tehniologiji. Proteinsko je drugačije od cjepiva koje smo dosad primijenjivali- kazao je. 

- Ne može se reći da je maska štetnija nego što je korisnija- pojašnjava. 

Na pitanje jesu li maske štetne nose li se više sati, Tešović kaže da maske sigurno imaju utjecaj na proces uobičajene izmjene plinova jer dio izdahnutog zraka kod novog udaha vraćate.

- S druge strane, maske su nedvojbeno dokazana učinkovita mjera kod širenja infekcije. Može li vas zaštiti od infekcije? Ne. Može li smanjiti mogućnost zaraze? Da. Dakle, ne može se reći da je maska štetnija nego što je korisnija- zaključio je Tešović.

- Brojke zaraženih koronavirusom će nastaviti rasti, no nitko ne može znati koliko će dugo to trajati- rekao je u Newsroomu N1 televizije Goran Tešović, dječji infektolog s Klinike za infektivne bolesti Dr. Fran Mihaljević.

Kazao je kako bi iznošenje prognoza moglo biti opasno te da bi bilo neodgovorno tvrditi kada će broj novozaraženih doživjeti svoj vrhunac. Kaže kako su mjere dosad bile popuštene te da je važno prilagoditi se situaciji sada kada je ljeto gotovo. 

- Logično je da su bolesnici sada mlađi – među radno aktivnom populacijom manje je cijepljenih. Ogromna većina pacijenata u bolnici nije cijepljena, preko 80 posto. Bolesnici koji su bez komorbiditeta i mladi ili relativno mladi – svi su necijepljeni. Klinička slika kod njih varira, od povišene...
