Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa danas je donijelo odluku da glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić nije utjecao na zapošljavanje svojeg prijatelja Nike Dujmovića u Hrvatskim šumama, javlja N1.

Predloženo je da Milić nije povrijedio odredbe Zakona o sprečavanju sukoba interesa, no predsjednica Povjerenstva je rekla da smatra da se radi o nedopuštenom utjecaju i da je Milić morao znati da radi nešto što obični građani ne mogu pa je predložila da za kaznu plati 2500 eura.

Kasnije je ipak većinom glasova u Povjerenstvu prihvaćen prijedlog da Marko Milić nije prekršio zakon, da nema sukoba interesa pa neće biti ni kažnjen.

Milićeve poruke o zapošljavanju prijatelja u Hrvatskim šumama objavio je tjednik Nacional, a Milić je tada reagirao nazvavši to netočnim i zavaravajućim člankom, a istaknuo je i da je Dujmović u Hrvatskim šumama zaposlen temeljem javnog natječaja iz 2018. i sukladno propisima.

- Do zaposlenja je došlo više od godinu dana prije navedene prepiske, iz čega proizlazi da ona nije imala nikakav utjecaj na zasnivanje radnog odnosa g. Dujmovića, rekao je tada Marko Milić, prenosi N1.

Na današnjoj je sjednici Povjerenstva preldožena i kazna za ministra Tomu Medveda od 600 eura, u slučaju neprijave nekretnina.

Radi se o zemlji na području Cetingrada koju je on naslijedio 2022. nakon smrti roditelja i ostavinske rasprave.

Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa danas je donijelo odluku da glasnogovornik Vlade Marko Milić nije utjecao na zapošljavanje svojeg prijatelja Nike Dujmovića u Hrvatskim šumama, javlja N1.

Predloženo je da Milić nije povrijedio odredbe Zakona o sprečavanju sukoba interesa, no predsjednica Povjerenstva je rekla da smatra da se radi o nedopuštenom utjecaju i da je Milić morao znati da radi nešto što obični građani ne mogu pa je predložila da za kaznu plati 2500 eura.

Kasnije je ipak većinom glasova u Povjerenstvu prihvaćen prijedlog da Marko Milić nije prekršio zakon, da nema sukoba interesa pa neće biti ni kažnjen.

Milićeve poruke o zapošljavanju prijatelja u Hrvatskim šumama objavio je tjednik Nacional, a Milić je tada reagirao nazvavši to netočnim i zavaravajućim člankom, a istaknuo je i da je Dujmović u Hrvatskim šumama zaposlen temeljem javnog natječaja iz 2018. i sukladno propisima.

- Do zaposlenja je došlo više od godinu dana prije navedene prepiske, iz čega proizlazi da ona nije imala nikakav utjecaj na zasnivanje radnog odnosa g. Dujmovića, rekao je tada Marko Milić, prenosi N1.

Na današnjoj je sjednici Povjerenstva preldožena i kazna za ministra Tomu Medveda od 600 eura, u slučaju neprijave nekretnina.

Radi se o zemlji na području Cetingrada koju je on naslijedio 2022. nakon smrti roditelja i ostavinske rasprave.
