Dvadeset mjeseci nakon primopredaje 10 remontiranih helikoptera MI 171SH Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo i dalje ima velikih teškoća s tim letjelicama zbog učestalih kvarova, doznaje Jutarnji list.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, dosad je prijavljeno više od 300 reklamacija na obavljene radove ukupno vrijedne 206,9 milijuna kuna.

U pravilu se prijavljuju curenje ulja i goriva, neispravan rad motora, neispravne komunikacije, teškoće u radu s komandama itd. Prema dostupnim informacijama, najviše problema ima s helikopterom registarske oznake 228 koji je već više od šest mjeseci u hangaru Zrakoplovno tehničkog centra (ZTC) i i upitno je kad će biti popravljen.

Riječ je o helikopteru kojim su prilikom primopredaje u rujnu 2019. godine tadašnji ministar obrane Damir Krstičević i tadašnji načelnik Glavnog stožera general Mirko Šundov obavili pokusni let. Navodno ima problema s navigacijom i repnim vratilom.

U Ministarstvu obrane na naša pitanja o problemima s tim helikopterima odgovaraju da ne mogu govoriti o detaljima jer je riječ o povjerljivim podacima koje ne mogu iznositi u javnosti. U ZTC-u, koji je bio nositelj remonta, odgovaraju da imaju godišnji ugovor s MORH-om koji ih obvezuje na čuvanje podataka vezanih uz provedbu ugovora.

Napominju da jamstveni rok od 18 mjeseci nije istekao za sve helikoptere, no ne navode na koliko se helikoptera reklamacije još rješavaju na račun ruske tvrtke Russian Helicopters.

U ZTC-u tvrde da su tijekom projekta remonta uprihodili 165 mil. kuna uz rashod od 127 mil. kuna. Što bi značilo da su zaradili 38 milijuna kuna na tom poslu. Dodaju da je na temelju odrađenog remonta ZTC stekao reference za održavanje navedenog tipa helikoptera.

Veliki problemi s tim helikopterima uočeni su samo pet mjeseci nakon primopredaje letjelica zbog curenja ulja kod jednog broja helikoptera, a dva su helikoptera povučena iz misije na Kosovu pa je u veljači 2020. privremeno prizemljeno svih 10 helikoptera. Otada u misiju KFOR-a na Kosovo većinom se upućuju helikopteri MI 8. U MORH-u navode da to nema veze s kvarovima na MI 171 SH, nego o odluci iz koje će zrakoplovne baze biti upućeni helikopteri.

Osim tih deset helikoptera, HRZ ima i 10 transportnih helikoptera MI 8 MTV -1, tri helikoptera MI 8 T i jedan helikopter MI 17 VA. Tim helikopterima resursi istječu 2024. i 2025. godine. No, još nema konačne odluke hoće li oni ti upućeni na remont ili će biti prodani. Sljedeće godine u sastav Ratnog zrakoplovstva dolaze četiri nova Blackhawk helikoptera koji su u procesu proizvodnje u SAD-u.

Dvadeset mjeseci nakon primopredaje 10 remontiranih helikoptera MI 171SH Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo i dalje ima velikih teškoća s tim letjelicama zbog učestalih kvarova, doznaje Jutarnji list.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama, dosad je prijavljeno više od 300 reklamacija na obavljene radove ukupno vrijedne 206,9 milijuna kuna.

U pravilu se prijavljuju curenje ulja i goriva, neispravan rad motora, neispravne komunikacije, teškoće u radu s komandama itd. Prema dostupnim informacijama, najviše problema ima s helikopterom registarske oznake 228 koji je već više od šest mjeseci u hangaru Zrakoplovno tehničkog centra (ZTC) i i upitno je kad će biti popravljen.

Riječ je o helikopteru kojim su prilikom primopredaje u rujnu 2019. godine tadašnji ministar obrane Damir Krstičević i tadašnji načelnik Glavnog stožera general Mirko Šundov obavili pokusni let. Navodno ima problema s navigacijom i repnim vratilom.

U Ministarstvu obrane na naša pitanja o problemima s tim helikopterima odgovaraju da ne mogu govoriti o detaljima jer je riječ o povjerljivim podacima koje ne mogu iznositi u javnosti. U ZTC-u, koji je bio nositelj remonta, odgovaraju da imaju godišnji ugovor s MORH-om koji ih obvezuje na čuvanje podataka vezanih uz provedbu ugovora.

Napominju da jamstveni rok od 18 mjeseci nije istekao za sve helikoptere, no ne navode na koliko se helikoptera reklamacije još rješavaju na račun ruske tvrtke Russian Helicopters.

U ZTC-u tvrde da su tijekom projekta remonta uprihodili 165 mil. kuna uz rashod od 127 mil. kuna. Što bi značilo da su zaradili 38 milijuna kuna na tom poslu. Dodaju da je na temelju odrađenog remonta ZTC stekao reference za održavanje navedenog tipa helikoptera.

Veliki problemi s tim helikopterima uočeni su samo pet mjeseci nakon primopredaje letjelica zbog curenja ulja kod jednog broja helikoptera, a dva su helikoptera povučena iz misije na Kosovu pa je u veljači 2020. privremeno prizemljeno svih 10 helikoptera. Otada u misiju KFOR-a na Kosovo većinom se upućuju helikopteri MI 8. U MORH-u navode da to nema veze s kvarovima na MI 171 SH, nego o odluci iz koje će zrakoplovne baze biti upućeni helikopteri.

Osim tih deset helikoptera, HRZ ima i 10 transportnih helikoptera MI 8 MTV -1, tri helikoptera MI 8 T i jedan helikopter MI 17 VA. Tim helikopterima resursi istječu 2024. i 2025. godine. No, još nema konačne odluke hoće li oni ti upućeni na remont ili će biti prodani. Sljedeće godine u sastav Ratnog zrakoplovstva dolaze četiri nova Blackhawk helikoptera koji su u procesu proizvodnje u SAD-u.
