Obzirom na visinu izrečene sankcije, Dragomir Petrović (50) zvani Buvel iz Trolokava sigurno nije bio sretan "poklonom" koji je dobio za Valentinovo - 32 godine zatvora zbog teškog ubojstva Petra Vuknića početkom veljače prošle godine!

Zatvorska je kazna koju mu je izreklo sudsko vijeće suca Zorana Ivaniševića nepravomoćna, no ukoliko postane pravomoćna, Buvel bi na slobodu mogao izaći kao starac u visokoj životnoj dobi!

Osuđen je jer je tog 3. veljače u vremenu od 16.45 do 18 sati dogovorio sastanak s Vuknićem ispred hotela Split s namjerom da ga ubije na surov i bešćutan način. Kad je 35-godišnja žrtva ušla u Petrovićev "Smart" kako bi razgovarali, Buvel je po presudi na agresivan način u prepirci počeo zapitkivati Vuknića tko je u Tijardovićevoj ulici krajem 2021. godine zapalio više vozila među kojima je izgorjelo i ono Petrovićeve supruge. 

Vuknić, po presudi, nije to želio reći pa je Buvel tada, dok su se nalazili na Žnjanu, iz pištolja s udaljenosti od 20-ak centimetara ispalio jedan hitac i pogodio Vuknića u trbuh. Umjesto da ga tako teško ranjenog odveze do bolnice, Petrović je krenuo prema predjelu Malačka u Kaštelima te je žrtva, po vještačenju, trpjela vrlo jake i fizičke i psihičke bolove te jaki strah minimalno 15 minuta. Kad su stigli na Malačku, Petrović izvlači žrtvu koja je još uvijek živa, ali bez svijesti, iz automobila, vuče ga po kamenjaru pri čemu je ovaj zadobio više oguljotina po tijelu te ga baca na smetlište i ostavlja da umre. Nesretna je žrtva i preminula u roku od sat vremena.

Zamjenica ŽDO-a je na posljednjoj raspravi prije objave presude u opis djela dodala i kvalifikaciju podmuklosti smatrajući da je žrtva bila u dobrim odnosima s Petrovićem i njegovim bratom te da je imala puno povjerenja u Buvela obzirom da su on i brat bili rijetki koji Vuknića nisu zvali "drukerom i cinkerom" kada se nagodio s USKOK-om kao jedan od okrivljenih u predmetu zločinačke organizacije Željka Rajića. No, sudsko vijeće tu je kvalifikaciju odbacilo.

- Činjenica da je Vuknić bio u korektnim odnosima s Petrovićem ne znači da je imao neko veće povjerenje jer je u automobil ušao naoružan pištoljem. Sigurno je očekivao mučan i mukotrpan razgovor o tome tko je zapalio automobil... Okrivljeni je u obrani tvrdio da je žrtva prva izvukla oružje i da se on samo branio, no takva je obrana neživotna, nelogična i neuvjerljiva. Ne postoji u spisu niti jedan dokaz za tvrdnje da je u pitanju bila nužna obrana, a da je suvozač prvi i izvukao pištolj, okrivljeni koji je tada vozio vjerojatno s objema rukama na volanu te pod utjecajem raznih supstanci ne bi, logično gledajući, imao niti jedan promil šanse preživjeti... Ne, okrivljeni je žrtvu lišio života na surov i okrutan način - između ostalog je, obrazlažući presudu, kazao sudac Ivanišević.

Petrović će morati platiti i gotovo 15 tisuća eura sudskih troškova te, obzirom na kaznu veću od pet godina, po sili zakona ostaje u istražnom zatvoru do pravomoćnosti.

Obzirom na visinu izrečene sankcije, Dragomir Petrović (50) zvani Buvel iz Trolokava sigurno nije bio sretan "poklonom" koji je dobio za Valentinovo - 32 godine zatvora zbog teškog ubojstva Petra Vuknića početkom veljače prošle godine!

Zatvorska je kazna koju mu je izreklo sudsko vijeće suca Zorana Ivaniševića nepravomoćna, no ukoliko postane pravomoćna, Buvel bi na slobodu mogao izaći kao starac u visokoj životnoj dobi!

Osuđen je jer je tog 3. veljače u vremenu od 16.45 do 18 sati dogovorio sastanak s Vuknićem ispred hotela Split s namjerom da ga ubije na surov i bešćutan način. Kad je 35-godišnja žrtva ušla u Petrovićev "Smart" kako bi razgovarali, Buvel je po presudi na agresivan način u prepirci počeo zapitkivati Vuknića tko je u Tijardovićevoj ulici krajem 2021. godine zapalio više vozila među kojima je izgorjelo i ono Petrovićeve supruge. 

Vuknić, po presudi, nije to želio reći pa je Buvel tada, dok su se nalazili na Žnjanu, iz pištolja s udaljenosti od 20-ak centimetara ispalio jedan hitac i pogodio Vuknića u trbuh. Umjesto da ga tako teško ranjenog odveze do bolnice, Petrović je krenuo prema predjelu Malačka u Kaštelima te je žrtva, po vještačenju, trpjela vrlo jake i fizičke i psihičke bolove te jaki strah minimalno 15 minuta. Kad su stigli na Malačku, Petrović izvlači žrtvu koja je još uvijek živa, ali bez svijesti, iz automobila, vuče ga po kamenjaru pri čemu je ovaj zadobio više oguljotina po tijelu te ga baca na smetlište i ostavlja da umre. Nesretna je žrtva i preminula u roku od sat vremena.

Zamjenica ŽDO-a je na posljednjoj raspravi prije objave presude u opis djela dodala i kvalifikaciju podmuklosti smatrajući da je žrtva bila u dobrim odnosima s Petrovićem i njegovim bratom te da je imala puno povjerenja u Buvela obzirom da su on i brat bili rijetki koji Vuknića nisu zvali "drukerom i cinkerom" kada se nagodio s USKOK-om kao jedan od okrivljenih u predmetu zločinačke organizacije Željka Rajića. No, sudsko vijeće tu je kvalifikaciju odbacilo.

- Činjenica da je Vuknić bio u korektnim odnosima s Petrovićem ne znači da je imao neko veće povjerenje jer je u automobil ušao naoružan pištoljem. Sigurno je očekivao mučan i mukotrpan razgovor o tome tko je zapalio automobil... Okrivljeni je u obrani tvrdio da je žrtva prva izvukla oružje i da se on samo branio, no takva je obrana neživotna, nelogična i neuvjerljiva. Ne postoji u spisu niti jedan dokaz za tvrdnje da je u pitanju bila nužna obrana, a da je suvozač prvi i izvukao pištolj, okrivljeni koji je tada vozio vjerojatno s objema rukama na volanu te pod utjecajem raznih supstanci ne bi, logično gledajući, imao niti jedan promil šanse preživjeti... Ne, okrivljeni je žrtvu lišio života na surov i okrutan način - između ostalog je, obrazlažući presudu, kazao sudac Ivanišević.

Petrović će morati platiti i gotovo 15 tisuća eura sudskih troškova te, obzirom na kaznu veću od pet godina, po sili zakona ostaje u istražnom zatvoru do pravomoćnosti.
