Uskok je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv 22 okrivljenika koje tereti da su kao lažni policajci koji su provjeravali krivotvorene novčanice prevarili 89 starijih osoba za nešto više od milijun eura.

Tužiteljstvo je, ne navodeći identitete okrivljenika, priopćilo da ih tereti za počinjenje kaznenih djela zločinačkog udruženja i prijevare u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja.

Prema ranijem pisanju medija, skupinu su predvodili Romano Beganović i Kristijan Šajn kojeg je policija otprije povezivala s ovakvim vrstama prijevara na koje su zbog njihove učestalosti duže vrijeme upozoravali građane, osobito one starije.

Beganovića tužiteljstvo tereti da je, od rujna 2022. do 23. studenoga iste godine u Zagrebu, isplanirao izvršenje više kaznenih djela prijevare te povezao ostale okrivljenike i druge zasad nepoznate osobe u zajedničko djelovanje.

Uskok je precizirao da je Beganović davao upute Šajnu i ostalima da telefonom nazivaju starije osobe te da im se predstavljaju kao policajci.

Pritom su lakovjernim građanima predočavali da je, zbog sumnje da kod sebe ili na računu u banci imaju krivotvorene novčanice, potrebno da policajac provjeri novac i izda im potvrdu s kojom mogu u FINA-i krivotvoreni novac zamijeniti za pravi.

Također su im, dodaje Uskok, lažno predočavali da će policijski službenik ujedno osigurati njihov zlatni nakit.

Nakon što bi im pozivane osobe povjerovale, Beganović je upućivao članove zločinačkog udruženja i druge zasad nepoznate osobe na njihove adrese. Zatim su oni, predstavljajući se kao policajci, uzimali novac i nakit koje su predavali Beganoviću, a on je plijen podijelio sukladno dodijeljenim ulogama.

Uskok je izvijestio da je skupina pribavila materijalnu korist u iznosu od 1.045,005 eura te da je u optužnici predložio produljenje istražnog zatvora protiv 15 okrivljenika.

Uskok je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv 22 okrivljenika koje tereti da su kao lažni policajci koji su provjeravali krivotvorene novčanice prevarili 89 starijih osoba za nešto više od milijun eura.

Tužiteljstvo je, ne navodeći identitete okrivljenika, priopćilo da ih tereti za počinjenje kaznenih djela zločinačkog udruženja i prijevare u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja.

Prema ranijem pisanju medija, skupinu su predvodili Romano Beganović i Kristijan Šajn kojeg je policija otprije povezivala s ovakvim vrstama prijevara na koje su zbog njihove učestalosti duže vrijeme upozoravali građane, osobito one starije.

Beganovića tužiteljstvo tereti da je, od rujna 2022. do 23. studenoga iste godine u Zagrebu, isplanirao izvršenje više kaznenih djela prijevare te povezao ostale okrivljenike i druge zasad nepoznate osobe u zajedničko djelovanje.

Uskok je precizirao da je Beganović davao upute Šajnu i ostalima da telefonom nazivaju starije osobe te da im se predstavljaju kao policajci.

Pritom su lakovjernim građanima predočavali da je, zbog sumnje da kod sebe ili na računu u banci imaju krivotvorene novčanice, potrebno da policajac provjeri novac i izda im potvrdu s kojom mogu u FINA-i krivotvoreni novac zamijeniti za pravi.

Također su im, dodaje Uskok, lažno predočavali da će policijski službenik ujedno osigurati njihov zlatni nakit.

Nakon što bi im pozivane osobe povjerovale, Beganović je upućivao članove zločinačkog udruženja i druge zasad nepoznate osobe na njihove adrese. Zatim su oni, predstavljajući se kao policajci, uzimali novac i nakit koje su predavali Beganoviću, a on je plijen podijelio sukladno dodijeljenim ulogama.

Uskok je izvijestio da je skupina pribavila materijalnu korist u iznosu od 1.045,005 eura te da je u optužnici predložio produljenje istražnog zatvora protiv 15 okrivljenika.

Lažni policajci Romano i Kristijan prevodili skupinu koja je 89 osoba prevarila za više od milijun eura!

Uskok je, nakon provedene istrage, pred Županijskim sudom u Zagrebu podigao optužnicu protiv 22 okrivljenika koje tereti da su kao lažni policajci koji su provjeravali krivotvorene novčanice prevarili 89 starijih osoba za nešto više od milijun eura.

Tužiteljstvo je, ne navodeći identitete okrivljenika, priopćilo da ih tereti za počinjenje kaznenih djela zločinačkog udruženja i prijevare u sastavu zločinačkog udruženja.

Prema ranijem pisanju medija, skupinu su predvodili Romano Beganović i Kristijan Šajn kojeg je policija otprije povezivala s ovakvim vrstama prijevara na koje su zbog njihove učestalosti duže vrijeme upozoravali građane, osobito one starije.

Beganovića tužiteljstvo tereti da je, od rujna 2022. do 23. studenoga iste godine u Zagrebu, isplanirao izvršenje više kaznenih djela prijevare te povezao ostale okrivljenike i druge zasad nepoznate osobe u zajedničko djelovanje.

Uskok je precizirao da je Beganović davao upute Šajnu i ostalima da telefonom nazivaju starije osobe te da im se predstavljaju kao policajci.

Pritom su lakovjernim građanima predočavali da je, zbog sumnje da kod sebe ili na računu u banci imaju krivotvorene novčanice, potrebno da policajac provjeri novac i izda im potvrdu s kojom mogu u FINA-i krivotvoreni novac zamijeniti za pravi.

Također su im, dodaje Uskok, lažno predočavali da će policijski službenik ujedno osigurati njihov zlatni nakit.

Nakon što bi im pozivane osobe povjerovale, Beganović je upućivao članove zločinačkog udruženja i druge zasad nepoznate osobe na njihove adrese. Zatim su oni, predstavljajući se kao policajci, uzimali novac i nakit koje su predavali Beganoviću, a on je plijen podijelio sukladno dodijeljenim ulogama.

Uskok je izvijestio da je skupina pribavila materijalnu korist u iznosu od 1.045,005 eura te da je u optužnici predložio produljenje istražnog zatvora protiv 15 okrivljenika.
