Sudac istrage splitskoga Županijskog suda odredio je, na prijedlog ODO-a Split, jednomjesečni istražni zatvor za 54-godišnju Monicu C. C., zvanu Secretaria, španjolsku državljanku rođenu u kolumbijskom gradu Caliju, i to nakon što je uhićena zbog sumnje da je organizirala lanac prostitucije u Splitu.

U istražnom zatvoru završila je zbog opasnosti od bijega, a za djelo za koje se tereti kaznenom prijavom prijeti joj od šest mjeseci do pet godina robije. Za njom je Služba organiziranog kriminaliteta PU splitsko-dalmatinske već u studenome 2023. godine raspisala potragu s mjerom "uhititi", a dolijala je prošlog petka, dok je kao putnica u autobusu ulazila u Hrvatsku na graničnom prijelazu Karasovići.

Istražitelji sumnjaju da je na prostituiranje po Splitu u razdoblju od 16. do 21. studenoga prošle godine poticala dvije žene, 42-godišnju državljanku Španjolske i 40-godišnjakinju iz Paragvaja. Izradila im je profile na stranicama oglasnika, jedna je bila "Silvi milf", a druga "Iva prirodna Matora".

Ponuda preko oglasa

Postavila je njihove golišave osobne fotografije i dala brojeve mobitela na koje se javljala mušterijama koje su zvale te ih je upućivala na razne lokacije po Splitu gdje su bili iznajmljeni stanovi, među ostalim, i u Bihaćkoj ulici. U oglasu je pisalo da je u grad stigla "Ivana, zabavna, slatka, seksi i avanturistička u isto vrijeme" te da je spremna onoga tko se javi na oglas "ostaviti izgubljenog u zadovoljstvu", poručujući potencijalnim mušterijama da je ona "prava Lavica".

Cijene usluga nisu bile baš zanemarive: 20 minuta spolnog odnosa naplaćivala je 80 eura, pola sata stajalo je 110 eura, za 45 minuta seksualnog užitka mušterije bi izdvajale 140 eura, dok je sat vremena stajao čak 180 eura.

U sedam dana u studenome prošle godine, Španjolka je, kako su utvrdili policajci, najmanje četiri puta imala plaćene odnose zaradivši najmanje 390 eura, od čega je više od pola uplatila na račun Secretarije, dok je Paragvajka bila "zaposlenija" pa je u istom razdoblju odradila najmanje šest mušterija zaradivši najmanje tisuću eura, od čega je gotovo pola dala organizatorici.

Prijavljena Secretaria policiji je kazala da se bavi escortom i da ju je u posao uveo izvjesni Antonio, s kojim je dijelila zaradu. Novac koji je nađen kod nje, kako je rekla, zaradila je u Beogradu, gdje je "radila" od sredine studenoga do početka prosinca 2023. godine. Žene za koje se sumnjiči da ih je podvodila nije čula niti ih je ikad vidjela.

Cijela je priča otkrivena u okviru policijske operativne akcije koja se provodila po cijeloj Hrvatskoj, kada su splitski policajci naišli na oglas "Silvi milf". Došavši u stan u Bihaćkoj, zatekli su Španjolku i Paragvajku. Prva je policajcima kazala da je u Split došla iz Zagreba, a prije toga da je bila u Beogradu te da je nitko nije prisilio da se prostituira, već da se time bavi kako bi pomogla majci.

Radila i u Šibeniku

Paragvajka je, pak, kazala da dolazi iz siromašne obitelji i da je u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci čula informacije kako se dosta njezinih sunarodnjakinja na području Mediterana bavi prostitucijom i da dobro zarađuju. Kako nije mogla naći posao, odlučila se početi baviti ovim poslom te je preko jedne osobe dobila broj žene u Madridu koja se predstavila kao Sofi i s kojom se dogovorila da zajedno dođu u Hrvatsku.

Prvo su u srpnju prošle godine bile u Šibeniku, gdje su ih uhitili policajci pa su završile i na Prekršajnom sudu. Vratila se zatim u Španjolsku, da bi u studenome prošle godine s prijateljicom došla u Split. Po uputama Sofi kontaktirala je s jednom escort agencijom te joj je odgovoreno preko aplikacije WhatsApp da se za obje stavi oglas i da svaki dan agenciji moraju plaćati 65 eura.

Isprva je bilo manje posla pa su se preselile u jeftiniji apartman u Bihaćkoj, no onda ih je u poslu omela policija. Paragvajka je još rekla kako ne smatra da su je iz agencije iskorištavali te da joj je žao što se prostituirala.

Sudac istrage splitskoga Županijskog suda odredio je, na prijedlog ODO-a Split, jednomjesečni istražni zatvor za 54-godišnju Monicu C. C., zvanu Secretaria, španjolsku državljanku rođenu u kolumbijskom gradu Caliju, i to nakon što je uhićena zbog sumnje da je organizirala lanac prostitucije u Splitu.

U istražnom zatvoru završila je zbog opasnosti od bijega, a za djelo za koje se tereti kaznenom prijavom prijeti joj od šest mjeseci do pet godina robije. Za njom je Služba organiziranog kriminaliteta PU splitsko-dalmatinske već u studenome 2023. godine raspisala potragu s mjerom "uhititi", a dolijala je prošlog petka, dok je kao putnica u autobusu ulazila u Hrvatsku na graničnom prijelazu Karasovići.

Istražitelji sumnjaju da je na prostituiranje po Splitu u razdoblju od 16. do 21. studenoga prošle godine poticala dvije žene, 42-godišnju državljanku Španjolske i 40-godišnjakinju iz Paragvaja. Izradila im je profile na stranicama oglasnika, jedna je bila "Silvi milf", a druga "Iva prirodna Matora".

Ponuda preko oglasa

Postavila je njihove golišave osobne fotografije i dala brojeve mobitela na koje se javljala mušterijama koje su zvale te ih je upućivala na razne lokacije po Splitu gdje su bili iznajmljeni stanovi, među ostalim, i u Bihaćkoj ulici. U oglasu je pisalo da je u grad stigla "Ivana, zabavna, slatka, seksi i avanturistička u isto vrijeme" te da je spremna onoga tko se javi na oglas "ostaviti izgubljenog u zadovoljstvu", poručujući potencijalnim mušterijama da je ona "prava Lavica".

Cijene usluga nisu bile baš zanemarive: 20 minuta spolnog odnosa naplaćivala je 80 eura, pola sata stajalo je 110 eura, za 45 minuta seksualnog užitka mušterije bi izdvajale 140 eura, dok je sat vremena stajao čak 180 eura.

U sedam dana u studenome prošle godine, Španjolka je, kako su utvrdili policajci, najmanje četiri puta imala plaćene odnose zaradivši najmanje 390 eura, od čega je više od pola uplatila na račun Secretarije, dok je Paragvajka bila "zaposlenija" pa je u istom razdoblju odradila najmanje šest mušterija zaradivši najmanje tisuću eura, od čega je gotovo pola dala organizatorici.

Prijavljena Secretaria policiji je kazala da se bavi escortom i da ju je u posao uveo izvjesni Antonio, s kojim je dijelila zaradu. Novac koji je nađen kod nje, kako je rekla, zaradila je u Beogradu, gdje je "radila" od sredine studenoga do početka prosinca 2023. godine. Žene za koje se sumnjiči da ih je podvodila nije čula niti ih je ikad vidjela.

Cijela je priča otkrivena u okviru policijske operativne akcije koja se provodila po cijeloj Hrvatskoj, kada su splitski policajci naišli na oglas "Silvi milf". Došavši u stan u Bihaćkoj, zatekli su Španjolku i Paragvajku. Prva je policajcima kazala da je u Split došla iz Zagreba, a prije toga da je bila u Beogradu te da je nitko nije prisilio da se prostituira, već da se time bavi kako bi pomogla majci.

Radila i u Šibeniku

Paragvajka je, pak, kazala da dolazi iz siromašne obitelji i da je u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci čula informacije kako se dosta njezinih sunarodnjakinja na području Mediterana bavi prostitucijom i da dobro zarađuju. Kako nije mogla naći posao, odlučila se početi baviti ovim poslom te je preko jedne osobe dobila broj žene u Madridu koja se predstavila kao Sofi i s kojom se dogovorila da zajedno dođu u Hrvatsku.

Prvo su u srpnju prošle godine bile u Šibeniku, gdje su ih uhitili policajci pa su završile i na Prekršajnom sudu. Vratila se zatim u Španjolsku, da bi u studenome prošle godine s prijateljicom došla u Split. Po uputama Sofi kontaktirala je s jednom escort agencijom te joj je odgovoreno preko aplikacije WhatsApp da se za obje stavi oglas i da svaki dan agenciji moraju plaćati 65 eura.

Isprva je bilo manje posla pa su se preselile u jeftiniji apartman u Bihaćkoj, no onda ih je u poslu omela policija. Paragvajka je još rekla kako ne smatra da su je iz agencije iskorištavali te da joj je žao što se prostituirala.
