Prije par dana objavljeno je izvješće o stanju sigurnosti na području PU splitsko-dalmatinske u 2021. godini. Opširnim pregledom pokriveni su svi aspekti rada policije tijekom 12 mjeseci prošle godine i prikazani u brojevima, postocima i omjerima. "Zagrebali" smo iza statističke maske i personalizirali pojedine događaje u nekoliko tekstova.
U odnosu na prethodnu godinu, tijekom 2021. godine je broj prometnih nesreća u porastu za gotovo 20 posto. Povećan je i broj lakših tjelesnih ozljeda sudionika u nesrećama, što jasno ukazuje na povratak intenzivnog prometa nakon ukidanja modela zatvaranja društva uslijed COVID epidemije kako je to bilo karakteristično u dijelu 2020.godine, navode iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.
Unatoč povećanom broju prometnih nesreća, broj smrtno stradalih u prometnim nesrećama prošle godine je najmanji od kada se analize i statistike stradalih u prometnim nesrećama vode u postojećem ustroju PU na području Republike Hrvatske. Od početka siječnja do kraja prosinca u 20 prometnih nesreća smrtno su stradale 22 osobe.
Tako je polovicom listopada u Splitu na raskrižju Zrinsko Frankopanske ulice i Ulice sedam Kaštela, kraj Poljuda, oko 20.40 sati došlo je do slijetanja osobnog vozila izvan kolnika. Vozilo je udarilo u stablo kraj ceste i prevrnulo se na krov. Jedna osoba je prevezena u splitsku bolnicu gdje je preminula nedugo nakon teške nesreće. Osim Hitne pomoći i policije na mjestu nesreće je bilo osam vatrogasaca s dva vozila.
Krajem rujna je oko 19:10 sati zaprimljena je na cesti na Sirobuji dogodila prometna nesreća u kojoj je došlo do slijetanja motocikla. Vozač je prevezen u bolnicu, ali je unatoč liječničkoj pomoći preminuo od posljedica ozljeda koje je zadobio.Početkom srpnja oko 23.30 sati u Ulici Domovinskog rata, nasuprot trgovine “Kaufand”, u Splitu, dogodila se teška prometne nesreća u kojoj se motocikli sudario s malom cisternom gradskog poduzeća koja je zalijevala nasade uz cestu.
Vozač motocikla je odmah prevezen u bolnicu, ali je podlegao ozljedama malo iza ponoći. Iz splitske policije kažu kako su u 2021. godini nastavili uporno i dosljedno provoditi ciljane aktivnosti usmjerene na neprihvatljiva ponašanja koja uzrokuju najveći broj prometnih nesreća: alkoholizirani vozači, neprilagođena i nedopuštena brzina, nekorištenje pojasa i uporaba mobitela tijekom vožnje.
Usmjeravanjem rada na sankcioniranje ključnih prekršaja, 2021. god. u prometu je zatečeno i procesuirano preko 4.000 alkoholiziranih vozača, više od 10.000 nekorištenja sigurnosnog pojasa i više od 6.000 prekršaja nepropisnog korištenja mobitela i ne korištenja zaštitne kacige.

Uz aktivan rad po poslovima policije, a prije intenzivne ljetne turističke sezone, inicirali su i proveli preventivnu akciju usmjerenu na poboljšanje stanja sigurnosti u prometu naziva “Smanji brzinu i guštaj u litu“. Također, drugu godinu zaredom provode i preventivnu akciju ”Netko te čeka“, usmjerenu na populaciju mladih sa ciljem osvješćivanja u odnosu na rizike u prometu.
Unatoč činjenici kako statistike u odnosu na referentnu 2019. ukazuju na zadovoljavajuće stanje, zaključak nadležnih iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske je kako postoji jasno izražena potreba nastaviti i unaprijediti integralni pristup dionika odgovornosti, posebice u segmentu prevencije kroz programe za ciljane skupine, infrastrukturne intervencije, angažman civilnog društva, lokalnu zajednicu i upravljačke strukture u lokalnoj i regionalnoj samoupravi.

Božidar Vukičević/Cropix ) ) [bgPosition] => [text] => {OCMSplitter}Prije par dana objavljeno je izvješće o stanju sigurnosti na području PU splitsko-dalmatinske u 2021. godini. Opširnim pregledom pokriveni su svi aspekti rada policije tijekom 12 mjeseci prošle godine i prikazani u brojevima, postocima i omjerima. "Zagrebali" smo iza statističke maske i personalizirali pojedine događaje u nekoliko tekstova.
U odnosu na prethodnu godinu, tijekom 2021. godine je broj prometnih nesreća u porastu za gotovo 20 posto. Povećan je i broj lakših tjelesnih ozljeda sudionika u nesrećama, što jasno ukazuje na povratak intenzivnog prometa nakon ukidanja modela zatvaranja društva uslijed COVID epidemije kako je to bilo karakteristično u dijelu 2020.godine, navode iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.
Unatoč povećanom broju prometnih nesreća, broj smrtno stradalih u prometnim nesrećama prošle godine je najmanji od kada se analize i statistike stradalih u prometnim nesrećama vode u postojećem ustroju PU na području Republike Hrvatske. Od početka siječnja do kraja prosinca u 20 prometnih nesreća smrtno su stradale 22 osobe.
Tako je polovicom listopada u Splitu na raskrižju Zrinsko Frankopanske ulice i Ulice sedam Kaštela, kraj Poljuda, oko 20.40 sati došlo je do slijetanja osobnog vozila izvan kolnika. Vozilo je udarilo u stablo kraj ceste i prevrnulo se na krov. Jedna osoba je prevezena u splitsku bolnicu gdje je preminula nedugo nakon teške nesreće. Osim Hitne pomoći i policije na mjestu nesreće je bilo osam vatrogasaca s dva vozila.
Krajem rujna je oko 19:10 sati zaprimljena je na cesti na Sirobuji dogodila prometna nesreća u kojoj je došlo do slijetanja motocikla. Vozač je prevezen u bolnicu, ali je unatoč liječničkoj pomoći preminuo od posljedica ozljeda koje je zadobio.Početkom srpnja oko 23.30 sati u Ulici Domovinskog rata, nasuprot trgovine “Kaufand”, u Splitu, dogodila se teška prometne nesreća u kojoj se motocikli sudario s malom cisternom gradskog poduzeća koja je zalijevala nasade uz cestu.
Vozač motocikla je odmah prevezen u bolnicu, ali je podlegao ozljedama malo iza ponoći. Iz splitske policije kažu kako su u 2021. godini nastavili uporno i dosljedno provoditi ciljane aktivnosti usmjerene na neprihvatljiva ponašanja koja uzrokuju najveći broj prometnih nesreća: alkoholizirani vozači, neprilagođena i nedopuštena brzina, nekorištenje pojasa i uporaba mobitela tijekom vožnje.
Usmjeravanjem rada na sankcioniranje ključnih prekršaja, 2021. god. u prometu je zatečeno i procesuirano preko 4.000 alkoholiziranih vozača, više od 10.000 nekorištenja sigurnosnog pojasa i više od 6.000 prekršaja nepropisnog korištenja mobitela i ne korištenja zaštitne kacige.

Uz aktivan rad po poslovima policije, a prije intenzivne ljetne turističke sezone, inicirali su i proveli preventivnu akciju usmjerenu na poboljšanje stanja sigurnosti u prometu naziva “Smanji brzinu i guštaj u litu“. Također, drugu godinu zaredom provode i preventivnu akciju ”Netko te čeka“, usmjerenu na populaciju mladih sa ciljem osvješćivanja u odnosu na rizike u prometu.
Unatoč činjenici kako statistike u odnosu na referentnu 2019. ukazuju na zadovoljavajuće stanje, zaključak nadležnih iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske je kako postoji jasno izražena potreba nastaviti i unaprijediti integralni pristup dionika odgovornosti, posebice u segmentu prevencije kroz programe za ciljane skupine, infrastrukturne intervencije, angažman civilnog društva, lokalnu zajednicu i upravljačke strukture u lokalnoj i regionalnoj samoupravi.
