Hrvatska udruga banaka i Štedopis, Institut za financijsko obrazovanje, po prvi su puta u Hrvatskoj proveli istraživanje o financijskoj pismenosti tinejdžera koje pokazuje njihovo dobro znanje i ponašanje, ali loše stavove prema novcu. Njih 92% je zabrinuto za svoju financijsku budućnost pa je pozitivno i dobro da ih 85% misli da trebaju učiti o novcu.

Istraživanje je provedeno s učenicima u dobi od 13 do 19 godina, na nacionalno reprezentativnom uzorku od 1011 ispitanika, a mjerene su tri osnovne kategorije financijske pismenosti: financijsko znanje, financijsko ponašanje i stavovi prema novcu.

Istraživalo se i kakvi su njihovi financijski ciljevi i što ih najviše brine u budućnosti, te kolika je financijska uključenost tinejdžera.

Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su tinejdžeri u uzorku financijski pismeniji u odnosu na ostatak tinejdžerske populacije u Hrvatskoj (istraživanje Organizacije za ekonomsku suradnju i razvoj financijske pismenosti PISA 2012.), što potvrđuje da financijska edukacija povećava razinu financijske pismenosti.

Štednja je bitna

Financijsko ponašanje tinejdžera pokazuje da ih 71% štedi, te da 83% tinejdžera odluku o kupnji skupljih uređaja (mobitela, računala) donosi na temelju provjerenih neovisnih informacija.

Najviše pak štede gimnazijalci (75%) oni u prvom razredu srednje (77%) kojima je 15 godina (78%), iz sjeverne Hrvatske (75%) i iz manjih mjesta do tri tisuće stanovnika (73%).

Veću odgovornosti pri upravljanju novcem pokazuju tinejdžeri koji dobivaju džeparac (njih 85%), dok od onih koji ne dobivaju džeparac, čak 36% ne zna s kojim iznosom novca mjesečno raspolažu, odnosno koliko troše.

Tinejdžeri najviše troše na izlaske (62%) i hranu u školi (62%) ili pekarnici (50%); na odjeću/obuću (40%), te kozmetiku (32%).

Upravljanje novcem u tinejdžerskoj dobi je jako važno jer mladi na taj način uče kako kvalitetnije upravljati novcem, stječu ispravnije navike i odgovornije se ponašaju prema novcu“, izjavio je Zdenko Adrović, direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka.

Odnos tinejdžera prema novcu pokazuje da ih znatan dio daje prednost potrošnji pred štednjom pa se tako 65% ispitanih slaže da novac postoji da bi se trošio.

Među njima je većina iz strukovnih škola (66%), drugih razreda (69%), iz Dalmacije (76%), te onih od 19 godina (88%).

„Naši su nalazi istraživanja adolescenata usporedivi s rezultatima istraživanja financijske pismenosti odraslih hrvatskih građana koje je krajem 2019. proveo OECD. U tom su istraživanju Hrvati pokazali relativno dobro financijsko znanje i ponašanje, ali loš odnos prema novcu. To ukazuje na potrebu daljnjih aktivnosti financijskog obrazovanja, ne samo mladih, već svih građana“, rekla je Marina Ralašić, predsjednica Štedopisa.

Briga za samostalnost

Što ih brine i što bi željeli postići u budućnosti U prilog tome govori i rezultat da 92% svih ispitanika ima neke brige u vezi sa svojom financijskom budućnosti.

Tinejdžeri su najzabrinutiji u vezi s troškovima samostalnog života (34%) i pronalaskom dobro plaćena posla (26%).

Brine ih i plaćanje studija i drugih troškova vezanih uz to (14%), te nezaposlenost ili gubitak posla (11%). Osim ocjene financijske pismenosti po komponentama, istraživanje je donijelo i ocjenu njihove financijske uključenosti.

Polovica tinejdžera (51%) ima otvoren račun u banci, a od toga se 33% koristi se mobilnim bankarstvom.

Tinejdžeri su relativno dobro financijski uključeni, a najviše ih je iz sjeverne Hrvatske i Dalmacije te gimnazijalaca. Detaljne rezultate istraživanja pronađite u privitku ili na Internet stranicama HUB-a i Štedopisa.

Hrvatska udruga banaka i Štedopis, Institut za financijsko obrazovanje, po prvi su puta u Hrvatskoj proveli istraživanje o financijskoj pismenosti tinejdžera koje pokazuje njihovo dobro znanje i ponašanje, ali loše stavove prema novcu. Njih 92% je zabrinuto za svoju financijsku budućnost pa je pozitivno i dobro da ih 85% misli da trebaju učiti o novcu.

Istraživanje je provedeno s učenicima u dobi od 13 do 19 godina, na nacionalno reprezentativnom uzorku od 1011 ispitanika, a mjerene su tri osnovne kategorije financijske pismenosti: financijsko znanje, financijsko ponašanje i stavovi prema novcu.

Istraživalo se i kakvi su njihovi financijski ciljevi i što ih najviše brine u budućnosti, te kolika je financijska uključenost tinejdžera.

Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da su tinejdžeri u uzorku financijski pismeniji u odnosu na ostatak tinejdžerske populacije u Hrvatskoj (istraživanje Organizacije za ekonomsku suradnju i razvoj financijske pismenosti PISA 2012.), što potvrđuje da financijska edukacija povećava razinu financijske pismenosti.

Štednja je bitna

Financijsko ponašanje tinejdžera pokazuje da ih 71% štedi, te da 83% tinejdžera odluku o kupnji skupljih uređaja (mobitela, računala) donosi na temelju provjerenih neovisnih informacija.

Najviše pak štede gimnazijalci (75%) oni u prvom razredu srednje (77%) kojima je 15 godina (78%), iz sjeverne Hrvatske (75%) i iz manjih mjesta do tri tisuće stanovnika (73%).

Veću odgovornosti pri upravljanju novcem pokazuju tinejdžeri koji dobivaju džeparac (njih 85%), dok od onih koji ne dobivaju džeparac, čak 36% ne zna s kojim iznosom novca mjesečno raspolažu, odnosno koliko troše.

Tinejdžeri najviše troše na izlaske (62%) i hranu u školi (62%) ili pekarnici (50%); na odjeću/obuću (40%), te kozmetiku (32%).

Upravljanje novcem u tinejdžerskoj dobi je jako važno jer mladi na taj način uče kako kvalitetnije upravljati novcem, stječu ispravnije navike i odgovornije se ponašaju prema novcu“, izjavio je Zdenko Adrović, direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka.

Odnos tinejdžera prema novcu pokazuje da ih znatan dio daje prednost potrošnji pred štednjom pa se tako 65% ispitanih slaže da novac postoji da bi se trošio.

Među njima je većina iz strukovnih škola (66%), drugih razreda (69%), iz Dalmacije (76%), te onih od 19 godina (88%).

„Naši su nalazi istraživanja adolescenata usporedivi s rezultatima istraživanja financijske pismenosti odraslih hrvatskih građana koje je krajem 2019. proveo OECD. U tom su istraživanju Hrvati pokazali relativno dobro financijsko znanje i ponašanje, ali loš odnos prema novcu. To ukazuje na potrebu daljnjih aktivnosti financijskog obrazovanja, ne samo mladih, već svih građana“, rekla je Marina Ralašić, predsjednica Štedopisa.

Briga za samostalnost

Što ih brine i što bi željeli postići u budućnosti U prilog tome govori i rezultat da 92% svih ispitanika ima neke brige u vezi sa svojom financijskom budućnosti.

Tinejdžeri su najzabrinutiji u vezi s troškovima samostalnog života (34%) i pronalaskom dobro plaćena posla (26%).

Brine ih i plaćanje studija i drugih troškova vezanih uz to (14%), te nezaposlenost ili gubitak posla (11%). Osim ocjene financijske pismenosti po komponentama, istraživanje je donijelo i ocjenu njihove financijske uključenosti.

Polovica tinejdžera (51%) ima otvoren račun u banci, a od toga se 33% koristi se mobilnim bankarstvom.

‘Novac postoji da bi se trošio‘: istraživanje o financijskoj pismenosti tinejdžera pokazalo da ih većina daje prednost potrošnji pred štednjom

Hrvatska udruga banaka i Štedopis, Institut za financijsko obrazovanje, po prvi su puta u Hrvatskoj proveli istraživanje o financijskoj pismenosti tinejdžera koje pokazuje njihovo dobro znanje i ponašanje, ali loše stavove prema novcu. Njih 92% je zabrinuto za svoju financijsku budućnost pa je pozitivno i dobro da ih 85% misli da trebaju učiti o novcu.

Istraživanje je provedeno s učenicima u dobi od 13 do 19 godina, na nacionalno reprezentativnom uzorku od 1011 ispitanika, a mjerene su tri osnovne kategorije financijske pismenosti: financijsko znanje, financijsko ponašanje i stavovi prema novcu.

Istraživalo se i kakvi su njihovi financijski ciljevi i što ih najviše brine u budućnosti, te kolika je financijska uključenost tinejdžera.
