Financijska agencija oglasila je 24. siječnja 2023. godine prodaju 54,77 posto poslovnih udjela u tvrtki "Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856" iz Pule, vrijednih 17.738.376 eura, za početnu cijenu od 27.646.160 eura. Poslovni udjeli su u vlasništvu dioničkog društva "Uljanik Brodogradilište" nad kojim se na Trgovačkim sudom u Pazinu od 2019. godine vodi stečajni postupak.
Naime, temeljem odluke Skupštine vjerovnika društva "Uljanik Brodogradilište", stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak oglasio je javni poziv za iskazivanje interesa za kupnju poslovnih udjela u "Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856". Svim zainteresiranim investitorima rok za dostavu pisma namjere je 9. veljače 2023. godine do 15 sati.

Svima koji dostave pismo namjere omogućit će se dubinsko snimanje društva Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856 u razdoblju od 10. veljače do 02. ožujka 2023. godine.
Prije dubinskog snimanja moraju potpisati Ugovor o čuvanju povjerljivih podataka (NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement) i platiti 1.327,23 eura naknade za pristup podacima.
Naime, Skupština vjerovnika "Uljanik Brodogradilišta" u stečaju je glasovima Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Puli i Ivana Madunića, ravnatelja Agencije za osiguranje radničkih tražbina, odlučila kako se poslovni udjeli u "Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856" neće direktno prodati češkoj grupi CE Industries koja je u vlasništvu Jaroslava Strnada, a koja je ponudila 20,57 milijuna eura i još najmanje 10 milijuna dodatnog kapitala za pokriće gubitaka i stabilizaciju poslovanja.

Kupac većinskog paketa "Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856" steći će upravljačka prava nad tom tvrtkom koja do 2041. godine ima koncesiju na 666.871 kvadrata lučkog područja.

Financijska agencija oglasila je 24. siječnja 2023. godine prodaju 54,77 posto poslovnih udjela u tvrtki "Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856" iz Pule, vrijednih 17.738.376 eura, za početnu cijenu od 27.646.160 eura. Poslovni udjeli su u vlasništvu dioničkog društva "Uljanik Brodogradilište" nad kojim se na Trgovačkim sudom u Pazinu od 2019. godine vodi stečajni postupak.
Naime, temeljem odluke Skupštine vjerovnika društva "Uljanik Brodogradilište", stečajni upravitelj Loris Rak oglasio je javni poziv za iskazivanje interesa za kupnju poslovnih udjela u "Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856". Svim zainteresiranim investitorima rok za dostavu pisma namjere je 9. veljače 2023. godine do 15 sati.

Svima koji dostave pismo namjere omogućit će se dubinsko snimanje društva Uljanik Brodogradnja 1856 u razdoblju od 10. veljače do 02. ožujka 2023. godine.
Prije dubinskog snimanja moraju potpisati Ugovor o čuvanju povjerljivih podataka (NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement) i platiti 1.327,23 eura naknade za pristup podacima.
Naime, Skupština vjerovnika "Uljanik Brodogradilišta" u stečaju je glasovima Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Puli i Ivana Madunića, ravnatelja Agencije za osiguranje radničkih tražbina, odlučila kako se poslovni udjeli u "Uljanik Brodogradnji 1856" neće direktno prodati češkoj grupi CE Industries koja je u vlasništvu Jaroslava Strnada, a koja je ponudila 20,57 milijuna eura i još najmanje 10 milijuna dodatnog kapitala za pokriće gubitaka i stabilizaciju poslovanja.

Kako bi saznali ima li još zainteresiranih, Skupština se odlučila za prodaju putem javnog natječaja.
Kupac većinskog paketa "Uljanik Brodogradnje 1856" steći će upravljačka prava nad tom tvrtkom koja do 2041. godine ima koncesiju na 666.871 kvadrata lučkog područja.
