Uvijek zamišljamo kako ćemo ljeti naglo početi izgledati bolje - koža će nam postati preplanulima, kosa svjetlija. Onda dođe ljeto i shvatimo da se naše smjene na poslu preklapaju s najsunčanijim dijelovima dana, da često umjesto na plažu moramo otići negdje drugdje obavljati milijun malih obaveza i da naše želje ostaju samo to - želje.

O tome kako što brže potamniti napisani su romani i u tome još nekako i uspijevamo, ali što je s kosom?

Bez obzira koju prirodnu nijansu imali osunčani pramenovi dobro stoje svima. Posljednjih godina svi kod frizera hrle da bi posvijetlili dva prednja pramena koji lijepo uokviruju lice neovisno kakva bila njihova boja kose. Plažni look ne izlazi iz mode čak ni zimi pa se s razlogom pitamo kako to postići na brz, jednostavan i jeftin način. Odgovore smo potražili kod surferica čijim frizurama s razlogom oduvijek zavidimo.

1. Limun

Da limun posvjetljuje kosu znamo od malena, ali isto tako znamo da je i isušuje. More i sunce također oštećuju kosu pa s njegovim korištenjem treba biti oprezan. Umjesto da na plaži iscijediti limun direktno na kosu radije to učinite kući. Procijedite ga od dodatnih mrvica i ulijte u neki od iskorištenih sprejeva te razrijedite vodom. Omjer vode i limuna neka bude jedan naprema dva. Osim što će limun tako biti manje agresivan, sprejem ćete ga bolje raspršiti.

2. Ulje

Kako smo već rekli, limun u kombinaciji s klorom ako se kupate na bazenu ili morskom soli uništava kosu pa ju je potrebno nahraniti. Obično ulje koje koristite kući ponesite i na plažu pa prije nego što našpricate limun na vrhove nanesite malo svoga ulja. Najbolji izbor je makadamija ili čičak.

3. Pranje kose

Kosu nije dobro prati svaki dan, ali isto tako je ne valja ostavljati ni slanu preko noći. Umjesto da svaki dan koristite šampon, upotrijebite ga tek svako nekoliko dana, a u međuvremenu je ispirite čistom vodom i stavljajte izdašne količine regeneratora kako bi je mogli raščešljati. Nema ništa gore za kosu nego da je češljate dok je jako zapetljana.

4. Maska za dubinsku hidrataciju

Regeneratori zapravo ne hrane dubinski vašu kosu i služe samo za raščešljavanje. Ako je želite zapravo omekšati u učiniti sjajnijom bit će vam potrebna i maska. Ona nema pravi učinak ako je ne držite na glavi barem tri do pet minuta. Najbolje je da je stavite prije brijanja nogu ili skidanja laka kako bi imala vremena za što dulje djelovanje.

5. Kokosovo ulje

Ako vam je kosa puno uništena noć prije pranja ili barem nekoliko sati koje ćete provesti kući nanesite izdašne količine kokosova ulja. Uz sve skupe i kvalitetne proizvode surferice se kunu u njegovo djelovanje, a uz to ne trebate biti osobito štedljivi jer je povoljno i može se nabaviti svugdje. Kapne li vam na ramena ili vrat umasirajte ga i doživjet ćete pravu regeneraciju.

Uvijek zamišljamo kako ćemo ljeti naglo početi izgledati bolje - koža će nam postati preplanulima, kosa svjetlija. Onda dođe ljeto i shvatimo da se naše smjene na poslu preklapaju s najsunčanijim dijelovima dana, da često umjesto na plažu moramo otići negdje drugdje obavljati milijun malih obaveza i da naše želje ostaju samo to - želje.

O tome kako što brže potamniti napisani su romani i u tome još nekako i uspijevamo, ali što je s kosom?

Bez obzira koju prirodnu nijansu imali osunčani pramenovi dobro stoje svima. Posljednjih godina svi kod frizera hrle da bi posvijetlili dva prednja pramena koji lijepo uokviruju lice neovisno kakva bila njihova boja kose. Plažni look ne izlazi iz mode čak ni zimi pa se s razlogom pitamo kako to postići na brz, jednostavan i jeftin način. Odgovore smo potražili kod surferica čijim frizurama s razlogom oduvijek zavidimo.

1. Limun

Da limun posvjetljuje kosu znamo od malena, ali isto tako znamo da je i isušuje. More i sunce također oštećuju kosu pa s njegovim korištenjem treba biti oprezan. Umjesto da na plaži iscijediti limun direktno na kosu radije to učinite kući. Procijedite ga od dodatnih mrvica i ulijte u neki od iskorištenih sprejeva te razrijedite vodom. Omjer vode i limuna neka bude jedan naprema dva. Osim što će limun tako biti manje agresivan, sprejem ćete ga bolje raspršiti.

2. Ulje

Kako smo već rekli, limun u kombinaciji s klorom ako se kupate na bazenu ili morskom soli uništava kosu pa ju je potrebno nahraniti. Obično ulje koje koristite kući ponesite i na plažu pa prije nego što našpricate limun na vrhove nanesite malo svoga ulja. Najbolji izbor je makadamija ili čičak.

3. Pranje kose

Kosu nije dobro prati svaki dan, ali isto tako je ne valja ostavljati ni slanu preko noći. Umjesto da svaki dan koristite šampon, upotrijebite ga tek svako nekoliko dana, a u međuvremenu je ispirite čistom vodom i stavljajte izdašne količine regeneratora kako bi je mogli raščešljati. Nema ništa gore za kosu nego da je češljate dok je jako zapetljana.

4. Maska za dubinsku hidrataciju

Regeneratori zapravo ne hrane dubinski vašu kosu i služe samo za raščešljavanje. Ako je želite zapravo omekšati u učiniti sjajnijom bit će vam potrebna i maska. Ona nema pravi učinak ako je ne držite na glavi barem tri do pet minuta. Najbolje je da je stavite prije brijanja nogu ili skidanja laka kako bi imala vremena za što dulje djelovanje.

5. Kokosovo ulje

Ako vam je kosa puno uništena noć prije pranja ili barem nekoliko sati koje ćete provesti kući nanesite izdašne količine kokosova ulja. Uz sve skupe i kvalitetne proizvode surferice se kunu u njegovo djelovanje, a uz to ne trebate biti osobito štedljivi jer je povoljno i može se nabaviti svugdje. Kapne li vam na ramena ili vrat umasirajte ga i doživjet ćete pravu regeneraciju.

Provjereni savjeti za savršeni ljetni ‘look‘: evo kako što prije dobiti plave pramenove od sunca bez da uništite kosu

Uvijek zamišljamo kako ćemo ljeti naglo početi izgledati bolje - koža će nam postati preplanulima, kosa svjetlija. Onda dođe ljeto i shvatimo da se naše smjene na poslu preklapaju s najsunčanijim dijelovima dana, da često umjesto na plažu moramo otići negdje drugdje obavljati milijun malih obaveza i da naše želje ostaju samo to - želje.

O tome kako što brže potamniti napisani su romani i u tome još nekako i uspijevamo, ali što je s kosom?

Bez obzira koju prirodnu nijansu imali osunčani pramenovi dobro stoje svima. Posljednjih godina svi kod frizera hrle da bi posvijetlili dva prednja pramena koji lijepo uokviruju lice neovisno kakva bila njihova boja kose. Plažni look ne izlazi iz mode čak ni zimi pa se s razlogom pitamo kako to postići na brz, jednostavan i jeftin način. Odgovore smo potražili kod surferica čijim frizurama s razlogom oduvijek zavidimo.

1. Limun

Da limun posvjetljuje kosu znamo od malena, ali isto tako znamo da je i isušuje. More i sunce također oštećuju kosu pa s njegovim korištenjem treba biti oprezan. Umjesto da na plaži iscijediti limun direktno na kosu radije to učinite kući. Procijedite ga od dodatnih mrvica i ulijte u neki od iskorištenih sprejeva te razrijedite vodom. Omjer vode i limuna neka bude jedan naprema dva. Osim što će limun tako biti manje agresivan, sprejem ćete ga bolje raspršiti.

2. Ulje

Kako smo već rekli, limun u kombinaciji s klorom ako se kupate na bazenu ili morskom soli uništava kosu pa ju je potrebno nahraniti. Obično ulje koje koristite kući ponesite i na plažu pa prije nego što našpricate limun na vrhove nanesite malo svoga ulja. Najbolji izbor je makadamija ili čičak.

3. Pranje kose

Kosu nije dobro prati svaki dan, ali isto tako je ne valja ostavljati ni slanu preko noći. Umjesto da svaki dan koristite šampon, upotrijebite ga tek svako nekoliko dana, a u međuvremenu je ispirite čistom vodom i stavljajte izdašne količine regeneratora kako bi je mogli raščešljati. Nema ništa gore za kosu nego da je češljate dok je jako zapetljana.

4. Maska za dubinsku hidrataciju

Regeneratori zapravo ne hrane dubinski vašu kosu i služe samo za raščešljavanje. Ako je želite zapravo omekšati u učiniti sjajnijom bit će vam potrebna i maska. Ona nema pravi učinak ako je ne držite na glavi barem tri do pet minuta. Najbolje je da je stavite prije brijanja nogu ili skidanja laka kako bi imala vremena za što dulje djelovanje.

5. Kokosovo ulje

Ako vam je kosa puno uništena noć prije pranja ili barem nekoliko sati koje ćete provesti kući nanesite izdašne količine kokosova ulja. Uz sve skupe i kvalitetne proizvode surferice se kunu u njegovo djelovanje, a uz to ne trebate biti osobito štedljivi jer je povoljno i može se nabaviti svugdje. Kapne li vam na ramena ili vrat umasirajte ga i doživjet ćete pravu regeneraciju.
