Ako ste u potrazi za receptom za neko jelo koje je brzo gotovo, a jednostavno za pripremu i pri tome sadrži osnovne skupine namirnica koje, po svoj prilici, već imate doma, imamo jedan upravo takav. Riječ je o verziji popularnog kineskog jela, piletina Chow Mein koje se sprema u woku od piletine, rezanaca i povrća te sadrži i neke egzotične sastojke, no osim umaka od soje (koji se u ovom slučaju koristi za mariniranje), većina ih ide u umak koji jelu daje završan touch i specifičan okus karakterističan za azijska jela (što znači da ih, osim ako baš želite biti vjerni izvorniku, možete zamijeniti onim što vam je na raspolaganju).
Recept nam je dala food blogerica Tatjana Pastuović Klaić (pratite ju na @tanja.cookamigustam) koja priznaje da je piletina chow Mein u njenoj obitelji vrlo često na jelovniku te dodaje da bi ga, da se nju pita, mogla spremati i tri puta tjedno jer je priprema vrlo brza i jednostavna, omogućuje niz varijacija na temu te većinu sastojaka uglavnom već ima pri ruci. Piletina Chow Mein
Sastojci:
pileća prsa
rezanci
paprika
luk
mrkva
kupus
češnjak
đumbir
ljuta papričica
mladi luk
sezam
limun
soja umak
umak mirin
umak od kamenica
malo gustina
sezamovo ulje
sol, papar
Priprema:
Rezance kuhajte u posoljenoj vodi 3-5 minuta, zatim ih dobro ocijedite.
Pileća prsa narežite na trakice i marinirajte u soja sosu, sezamovom ulju i limunovom soku barem 15 min.
Papriku, luk, mrkvu, kupus… narežite na trakice (julienne).
Češnjak i dumbir naribajte, ljutu papričicu nasjeckajte.
U jako zagrijan wok dodajte sezamovo ulje pa pržite piletinu par minuta, dok ne dobije boju sa svih strana, lagano se karamelizira. Meso izvadite, a u wok dodajte još ulja pa vrlo kratko pržite češnjak, đumbir i ljutu papričicu. Postupno dodajte ostalo povrće (mrkvu, luk, papriku i na kraju kupus) i stalno miješajte. Dodajte rezance, kad se dobro umiješaju i poprže vratite piletinu, prelijte umakom od soja sosa, mirina, umaka od kamenica i malo vode s gustinom. Brzo promiješajte i maknite s vatre. Pospite mladim lukom i poslužite posuto sezamom.

Ako ste u potrazi za receptom za neko jelo koje je brzo gotovo, a jednostavno za pripremu i pri tome sadrži osnovne skupine namirnica koje, po svoj prilici, već imate doma, imamo jedan upravo takav. Riječ je o verziji popularnog kineskog jela, piletina Chow Mein koje se sprema u woku od piletine, rezanaca i povrća te sadrži i neke egzotične sastojke, no osim umaka od soje (koji se u ovom slučaju koristi za mariniranje), većina ih ide u umak koji jelu daje završan touch i specifičan okus karakterističan za azijska jela (što znači da ih, osim ako baš želite biti vjerni izvorniku, možete zamijeniti onim što vam je na raspolaganju).
Recept nam je dala food blogerica Tatjana Pastuović Klaić (pratite ju na @tanja.cookamigustam) koja priznaje da je piletina chow Mein u njenoj obitelji vrlo često na jelovniku te dodaje da bi ga, da se nju pita, mogla spremati i tri puta tjedno jer je priprema vrlo brza i jednostavna, omogućuje niz varijacija na temu te većinu sastojaka uglavnom već ima pri ruci. Piletina Chow Mein
Sastojci:
pileća prsa
rezanci
paprika
luk
mrkva
kupus
češnjak
đumbir
ljuta papričica
mladi luk
sezam
limun
soja umak
umak mirin
umak od kamenica
malo gustina
sezamovo ulje
sol, papar
Priprema:
Rezance kuhajte u posoljenoj vodi 3-5 minuta, zatim ih dobro ocijedite.
Pileća prsa narežite na trakice i marinirajte u soja sosu, sezamovom ulju i limunovom soku barem 15 min.
Papriku, luk, mrkvu, kupus… narežite na trakice (julienne).
Češnjak i dumbir naribajte, ljutu papričicu nasjeckajte.
U jako zagrijan wok dodajte sezamovo ulje pa pržite piletinu par minuta, dok ne dobije boju sa svih strana, lagano se karamelizira. Meso izvadite, a u wok dodajte još ulja pa vrlo kratko pržite češnjak, đumbir i ljutu papričicu. Postupno dodajte ostalo povrće (mrkvu, luk, papriku i na kraju kupus) i stalno miješajte. Dodajte rezance, kad se dobro umiješaju i poprže vratite piletinu, prelijte umakom od soja sosa, mirina, umaka od kamenica i malo vode s gustinom. Brzo promiješajte i maknite s vatre. Pospite mladim lukom i poslužite posuto sezamom.
