Prvi dan ljeta kao stvoren je za lagani, dobro rashlađeni kolač, zar ne? Nemate li ideju koju biste slasticu mogli pripremiti za ovu prigodu, dat ćemo vam je mi. Zapravo, Tonka Radić Čobanov, dalmatinska gastroblogerica iza profila Tonkina kužina, koja je recept ustupila nama kako bismo ga podijelili s našim čitateljma. Fin je i kremast, spaja jagode i kokos, a pri tome lijepo izgleda. Da ne duljimo, evo vam recept.

Rolat od jagoda i kokosa

Sastojci za biskvit:

5 jaja
3 žlice vruće vode
150g šećera
100g brašna
50g kukuruznog škroba(gustina)
2 žličice sode bikarbone
prstohvat soli
100g kokosa i još 20 g za posip

Sastojci za nadjev:

250g džema od jagoda
200g krem sira
vrhnje za slaga 200 ml
100g šećera u prahu
1 žličica vanilije
250g svježih jagoda 

Priprema:

Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a žumanjke miješajte s vrućom vodom i šećerom dok ne postanu lagano kremasti.

Pomiješajte brašno s kukuruznim škrobom, sodom bikarbonom, soli i 100 grama kokosa pa mješavinu postupno dodajte smjesi od žumanjaka. Špatulom umiješajte bjelanjke

Široku posudu za pečenje obložite papirom pa u nju izlijte tijesto. Pecite 10-15 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva.

Dok se biskvit peče, pripremite vlažnu krpu i pospite je preostalim kokosom.

Preokrenite biskvit na krpu, uklonite papir za pečenje i zarolajte tijesto. Ostavite ga da se ohladi.

Za kremu pomiješajte krem sir, šećer i ekstrakt vanilije. Slatko vrhnje istucite u šlag pa dodajte toj smjesi.

Ohlađeni biskvit odmotajte, premažite ga džemom od jagoda pa zatim kremom (dio ostavite za premazivanje kolača). Pospite sjeckanim jagodama (nekoliko komada ostavite za ukras).

Zarolajte i ukrasite po želji.

Sastojci za biskvit:

Bjelanjke istucite u čvrsti snijeg, a žumanjke miješajte s vrućom vodom i šećerom dok ne postanu lagano kremasti.

Pomiješajte brašno s kukuruznim škrobom, sodom bikarbonom, soli i 100 grama kokosa pa mješavinu postupno dodajte smjesi od žumanjaka. Špatulom umiješajte bjelanjke

Široku posudu za pečenje obložite papirom pa u nju izlijte tijesto. Pecite 10-15 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva.

Dok se biskvit peče, pripremite vlažnu krpu i pospite je preostalim kokosom.

Preokrenite biskvit na krpu, uklonite papir za pečenje i zarolajte tijesto. Ostavite ga da se ohladi.

Za kremu pomiješajte krem sir, šećer i ekstrakt vanilije. Slatko vrhnje istucite u šlag pa dodajte toj smjesi.

Ohlađeni biskvit odmotajte, premažite ga džemom od jagoda pa zatim kremom (dio ostavite za premazivanje kolača). Pospite sjeckanim jagodama (nekoliko komada ostavite za ukras).

Zarolajte i ukrasite po želji.

Prvi dan ljeta kao stvoren je za lagani, dobro rashlađeni kolač, zar ne? Nemate li ideju koju biste slasticu mogli pripremiti za ovu prigodu, dat ćemo vam je mi. Zapravo, Tonka Radić Čobanov, dalmatinska gastroblogerica iza profila Tonkina kužina, koja je recept ustupila nama kako bismo ga podijelili s našim čitateljma. Fin je i kremast, spaja jagode i kokos, a pri tome lijepo izgleda. Da ne duljimo, evo vam recept. 

Rolat od jagoda i kokosa

Sastojci za biskvit:

5 jaja
3 žlice vruće vode
150g šećera
100g brašna
50g kukuruznog škroba(gustina)
2 žličice sode bikarbone
prstohvat soli
100g kokosa i još 20 g za posip

Sastojci za nadjev:

250g džema od jagoda
200g krem sira
vrhnje za slaga 200 ml
100g šećera u prahu
1 žličica vanilije
250g svježih jagoda 

Priprema:
