Predsjednik katalonskog nogometnog velikana Barcelone, ​​Joan Laporta poručio je na konferenciji za novinare da "klub nikada nije napravio ništa kako bi stekao prednost u natjecanjima na nezakonit način."

"Barcelona nikada nije imala za krajnji cilj ili namjeru narušiti konkurenciju", istaknuo je Laporta osudivši kampanju koja se vodi protiv njegovog kluba.

Protiv katalonskog kluba vodi se istraga jer je Joseu Mariji Enriquezu Negreiri, bivšem dopredsjedniku tehničkog odbora sudaca, navodno isplaćeno oko 7.3 milijuna eura između 1994. i 2018. godine.

Iz kluba negiraju bilo kakve nepravilnosti, tvrdeći kako je Negreiri plaćeno za savjetničke usluge. Međutim, španjolski tužitelji stavili su pod lupu i Barcelonu i njezine bivše predsjednike Josepa Mariju Bartomeua i Sandra Rosella, ali i Negreira zbog sumnje u korupciju.

Europska nogometna federacija (UEFA) je također otvorila službenu istragu zbog mogućeg kršenja pravnog okvira europskog nogometnog tijela u slučaju Negreira.

Laporta je rekao kako interna istraga koju je proveo klub nije pokazala nikakve prijestupe. Optužio je i predsjednika LaLige Javiera Tebasa da "pokušava naštetiti ugledu Barcelone".

Također je napao i najvećeg rivala Real Madrid, koji se pridružio tužiteljstvu protiv Barcelone, rekavši da je Real uvijek bio favoriziran u suđenju.

"Savjet ne predstavlja nikakvu vrstu nedoličnog ponašanja ili kaznenog djela," rekao je Laporta.

Stojeći ispred kutije u kojoj je, kako je rekao, bilo 629 tehničkih izvješća, 43 CD-a i četiri dodatna izvješća, Laporta je istaknuo kako su profesionalni savjeti napravljeni transparentno i da su fakture registrirane u računovodstvenom sustavu Barcelone prošle fiskalne preglede.

"Španjolski porezni odjel poslao je pismo tužiteljstvu u kojem se tvrdi kako se ne može dokazati da su isplate tvrtkama povezanim s Negreirom utjecale na rezultat bilo koje utakmice," rekao je.

"Nisu to mogli dokazati jer to nije bilo moguće. Nije bilo nikakvog krivičnog dijela korupcije," istaknuo je Laporta.

Predsjednik katalonskog nogometnog velikana Barcelone, ​​Joan Laporta poručio je na konferenciji za novinare da "klub nikada nije napravio ništa kako bi stekao prednost u natjecanjima na nezakonit način."

Europska nogometna federacija (UEFA) je također otvorila službenu istragu zbog mogućeg kršenja pravnog okvira europskog nogometnog tijela u slučaju Negreira.

Laporta je rekao kako interna istraga koju je proveo klub nije pokazala nikakve prijestupe. Optužio je i predsjednika LaLige Javiera Tebasa da "pokušava naštetiti ugledu Barcelone".

Također je napao i najvećeg rivala Real Madrid, koji se pridružio tužiteljstvu protiv Barcelone, rekavši da je Real uvijek bio favoriziran u suđenju.

"Savjet ne predstavlja nikakvu vrstu nedoličnog ponašanja ili kaznenog djela," rekao je Laporta.

Stojeći ispred kutije u kojoj je, kako je rekao, bilo 629 tehničkih izvješća, 43 CD-a i četiri dodatna izvješća, Laporta je istaknuo kako su profesionalni savjeti napravljeni transparentno i da su fakture registrirane u računovodstvenom sustavu Barcelone prošle fiskalne preglede.

"Španjolski porezni odjel poslao je pismo tužiteljstvu u kojem se tvrdi kako se ne može dokazati da su isplate tvrtkama povezanim s Negreirom utjecale na rezultat bilo koje utakmice," rekao je.

"Nisu to mogli dokazati jer to nije bilo moguće. Nije bilo nikakvog krivičnog dijela korupcije," istaknuo je Laporta.

Predsjednik katalonskog nogometnog velikana Barcelone, ​​Joan Laporta poručio je na konferenciji za novinare da "klub nikada nije napravio ništa kako bi stekao prednost u natjecanjima na nezakonit način."

"Barcelona nikada nije imala za krajnji cilj ili namjeru narušiti konkurenciju", istaknuo je Laporta osudivši kampanju koja se vodi protiv njegovog kluba.
