Izbornik ženske rukometne reprezentacije Nenad Šoštarić smatra da su igračice odgovorne za iznenađujući poraz 23-27 od Austrije jer "nisu došle na utakmicu" i jer "krila nisu kvalitetna", dok igračice tvrde da ih nije dovoljno mijenjao tijekom Svjetskog prvenstva pa da nisu niti mogle pružiti više.

"Jednostavno imam osjećaj da neke nisu došle na ovu utakmicu, u psihičkom smislu. Nismo imali probojnost vanjske linije, nismo išli do kraja, nismo se bacali na glavu", izjavio je Šoštarić nakon utakmice u Torrevieji gdje je Austrija dominirala od prve do posljednje minute.

"Rekao sam igračicama da se svi zajedno moramo zamisliti", dodao je.

Igračice, pak, smatraju da nisu mogle pružiti više jer su bile iscrpljene zbog toga što ih izbornik tijekom prvenstva nije mijenjao dovoljno, nego je uvijek inzistirao na istim igračicama, napose u vanjskoj liniji gdje su čitavo vrijeme igrale Larissa Kalaus, Valentina Blažević i Stela Posavec. Njima je pridodao Tenu Petiku na lijevoj strani, dok je na desnoj strani Gabriela Gudelj dobila samo dvije minute protiv Austrije, a nije ulazila protiv Argentine i Španjolske, premda je jedina prava igračica na toj poziciji i to s udarcem lijevom rukom.

"Definitivno se vidjelo u nekim trenucima da smo preumorne", rekla je vratarica Ivana Kapitanović. "Glupo smo gubili lopte, u nekim čistim situacijama za gol smo išli dodavati... Jednostavno, umor je bio i previše vidljiv", naglasila je.

U ključnoj utakmici protiv Španjolske u petak (23-27) vanjskim su igračicama od umora ispadale lopte iz ruku, a pad koncentracije se nastavio u nedjelju protiv Austrije.

"Ponovno smo ušle loše u utakmicu s dosta neiskorištenih šansi i promašenih zicera", rekla je Kalaus koja je zabila šest golova iz 12 pokušaja.

Šoštarić je za promašaje optužio krilne igračice.

"Bili smo svjesni da će Austrijanke stisnuti naše vanjske igračice, a da će ostavljati šanse za krila", rekao je. "Naša krila jednostavno nisu te kvalitete da imaju potrebnu realizaciju", dodao je premda je krilna igračica Andrea Šimara postigla četiri gola iz pet pokušaja.

Hrvatska, koja je prije godinu dana na Europskom prvenstvu osvojila brončanu medalju, napustila je Svjetsko prvenstvo s dvije pobjede i četiri poraza.

Hrvatska je tijekom Svjetskog prvenstva imala tri igračice zaražene koronavirusom a Austrija sedam. Od 32 ekipe na prvenstvu još je jedino Kina imala zaraženu igračicu.

Izbornik ženske rukometne reprezentacije Nenad Šoštarić smatra da su igračice odgovorne za iznenađujući poraz 23-27 od Austrije jer "nisu došle na utakmicu" i jer "krila nisu kvalitetna", dok igračice tvrde da ih nije dovoljno mijenjao tijekom Svjetskog prvenstva pa da nisu niti mogle pružiti više.

"Jednostavno imam osjećaj da neke nisu došle na ovu utakmicu, u psihičkom smislu. Nismo imali probojnost vanjske linije, nismo išli do kraja, nismo se bacali na glavu", izjavio je Šoštarić nakon utakmice u Torrevieji gdje je Austrija dominirala od prve do posljednje minute.

"Rekao sam igračicama da se svi zajedno moramo zamisliti", dodao je.

Igračice, pak, smatraju da nisu mogle pružiti više jer su bile iscrpljene zbog toga što ih izbornik tijekom prvenstva nije mijenjao dovoljno, nego je uvijek inzistirao na istim igračicama, napose u vanjskoj liniji gdje su čitavo vrijeme igrale Larissa Kalaus, Valentina Blažević i Stela Posavec. Njima je pridodao Tenu Petiku na lijevoj strani, dok je na desnoj strani Gabriela Gudelj dobila samo dvije minute protiv Austrije, a nije ulazila protiv Argentine i Španjolske, premda je jedina prava igračica na toj poziciji i to s udarcem lijevom rukom.

"Definitivno se vidjelo u nekim trenucima da smo preumorne", rekla je vratarica Ivana Kapitanović. "Glupo smo gubili lopte, u nekim čistim situacijama za gol smo išli dodavati... Jednostavno, umor je bio i previše vidljiv", naglasila je.

U ključnoj utakmici protiv Španjolske u petak (23-27) vanjskim su igračicama od umora ispadale lopte iz ruku, a pad koncentracije se nastavio u nedjelju protiv Austrije.

"Ponovno smo ušle loše u utakmicu s dosta neiskorištenih šansi i promašenih zicera", rekla je Kalaus koja je zabila šest golova iz 12 pokušaja.

Šoštarić je za promašaje optužio krilne igračice.

"Bili smo svjesni da će Austrijanke stisnuti naše vanjske igračice, a da će ostavljati šanse za krila", rekao je. "Naša krila jednostavno nisu te kvalitete da imaju potrebnu realizaciju", dodao je premda je krilna igračica Andrea Šimara postigla četiri gola iz pet pokušaja.

Hrvatska, koja je prije godinu dana na Europskom prvenstvu osvojila brončanu medalju, napustila je Svjetsko prvenstvo s dvije pobjede i četiri poraza.

Hrvatska je tijekom Svjetskog prvenstva imala tri igračice zaražene koronavirusom a Austrija sedam. Od 32 ekipe na prvenstvu još je jedino Kina imala zaraženu igračicu.

Izbornik Šoštarić za poraz od Austrije odgovornima smatra igračice, a one drugačije misle

Izbornik ženske rukometne reprezentacije Nenad Šoštarić smatra da su igračice odgovorne za iznenađujući poraz 23-27 od Austrije jer "nisu došle na utakmicu" i jer "krila nisu kvalitetna", dok igračice tvrde da ih nije dovoljno mijenjao tijekom Svjetskog prvenstva pa da nisu niti mogle pružiti više.

"Jednostavno imam osjećaj da neke nisu došle na ovu utakmicu, u psihičkom smislu. Nismo imali probojnost vanjske linije, nismo išli do kraja, nismo se bacali na glavu", izjavio je Šoštarić nakon utakmice u Torrevieji gdje je Austrija dominirala od prve do posljednje minute.

"Rekao sam igračicama da se svi zajedno moramo zamisliti", dodao je.

Igračice, pak, smatraju da nisu mogle pružiti više jer su bile iscrpljene zbog toga što ih izbornik tijekom prvenstva nije mijenjao...
