-Prije Velikog petka, u zagori je bija još jedan dan na koji se nije mrsilo, a zva se Zeljovi četvrtak. Samo mu ime kaže šta je taj dan bilo na trpezi – zelje svake vrste, šparoga ako je bilo, ili mladoga kostriša. Kostriš je bija odličan! Njega puno vole gardelini, zato onako lipo i pivaju – prisjetio se za naš portal običaja iz svojih Burića u Mirlović Zagori Ive Burić, pučki pjesnik i najpoznatiji brk Zvona Zagore, kulturno umjetničke udruge s Mirlovića, čiji je dugogodišnji član i zaštitni znak.

-‘A bakalar nije bija na stolu, odnosno siniji, samo na Veliki pertak, nego bi se i češće. Meni bi se on ko ditetu i ogadija, jer bi se kuva stalno, i van posta. Nije bija skup ka danas! Bija je jeftin, i ‘ljubija‘ je kumpir, pa bi se od teke bakalara s puno kumpira napravija pun bronzin čorbe. Baba Stana ga je kuvala, ili kako je ona govorila, varila, na kominu, na ognjištu, mišala na komaštrama. Ulja nije bilo puno u njemu! Maslina u nas u zagori nije bilo, ima bi koju litricu samo onaj ko je bija bolje stojeći, pa je dava volove na oranje u Grebašticu.‘ - veli Ive

- ‘ Baba bi bakalar koji se kuva na čorbu metnila u jednu veliku zdilu, a tu zdilu na siniju. To je mali niski, okrugli stol, oko kojeg bi posidali svi ukućani. Pa bi iz te teće grabili svi drvenom žlicom, koliko je ko moga dovatit. Na Uskrs bi se tradicionalno probao opol, prvi put te godine. I pilo se vino na Veliki petak, jer se vjerovalo da se sve vino koje se popije taj dan, odmah u krv pretvara, u snagu i kripost. Govorilo se – ‘Koliko vina, toliko krvi!‘ - prisjetio se još jednog običaja Ive Burić.

-Prije Velikog petka, u zagori je bija još jedan dan na koji se nije mrsilo, a zva se Zeljovi četvrtak. Samo mu ime kaže šta je taj dan bilo na trpezi – zelje svake vrste, šparoga ako je bilo, ili mladoga kostriša. Kostriš je bija odličan! Njega puno vole gardelini, zato onako lipo i pivaju – prisjetio se za naš portal običaja iz svojih Burića u Mirlović Zagori Ive Burić, pučki pjesnik i najpoznatiji brk Zvona Zagore, kulturno umjetničke udruge s Mirlovića, čiji je dugogodišnji član i zaštitni znak.

-‘A bakalar nije bija na stolu, odnosno siniji, samo na Veliki pertak, nego bi se i češće. Meni bi se on ko ditetu i ogadija, jer bi se kuva stalno, i van posta. Nije bija skup ka danas! Bija je jeftin, i ‘ljubija‘ je kumpir, pa bi se od teke bakalara s puno kumpira napravija pun bronzin čorbe. Baba Stana ga je kuvala, ili kako je ona govorila, varila, na kominu, na ognjištu, mišala na komaštrama. Ulja nije bilo puno u njemu! Maslina u nas u zagori nije bilo, ima bi koju litricu samo onaj ko je bija bolje stojeći, pa je dava volove na oranje u Grebašticu.‘ - veli Ive

- ‘ Baba bi bakalar koji se kuva na čorbu metnila u jednu veliku zdilu, a tu zdilu na siniju. To je mali niski, okrugli stol, oko kojeg bi posidali svi ukućani. Pa bi iz te teće grabili svi drvenom žlicom, koliko je ko moga dovatit. Na Uskrs bi se tradicionalno probao opol, prvi put te godine. I pilo se vino na Veliki petak, jer se vjerovalo da se sve vino koje se popije taj dan, odmah u krv pretvara, u snagu i kripost. Govorilo se – ‘Koliko vina, toliko krvi!‘ - prisjetio se još jednog običaja Ive Burić.

-Prije Velikog petka, u zagori je bija još jedan dan na koji se nije mrsilo, a zva se Zeljovi četvrtak. Samo mu ime kaže šta je taj dan bilo na trpezi – zelje svake vrste, šparoga ako je bilo, ili mladoga kostriša. Kostriš je bija odličan! Njega puno vole gardelini, zato onako lipo i pivaju – prisjetio se za naš portal običaja iz svojih Burića u Mirlović Zagori Ive Burić, pučki pjesnik i najpoznatiji brk Zvona Zagore, kulturno umjetničke udruge s Mirlovića, čiji je dugogodišnji član i zaštitni znak.

-‘A bakalar nije bija na stolu, odnosno siniji, samo na Veliki pertak, nego bi se i češće. Meni bi se on ko ditetu i ogadija, jer bi se kuva stalno, i van posta. Nije bija skup ka danas! Bija je jeftin, i ‘ljubija‘ je kumpir, pa bi se od teke bakalara s puno kumpira napravija pun bronzin čorbe. Baba Stana ga je kuvala, ili kako je ona govorila, varila, na kominu, na ognjištu, mišala na komaštrama. Ulja nije bilo puno u njemu! Maslina u nas u zagori nije bilo, ima bi koju litricu samo onaj ko je bija bolje stojeći, pa je dava volove na oranje u Grebašticu.‘ - veli Ive
