Nedjelja je navečer. Uz slabu rasvjetu strojeva, nedaleko od Roškog slapa, na predjelu Laškovica- Prosik, u kontaktnoj zoni s Nacionalnim parkom “Krka”, bageri neumorno ravnaju teren, sve se praši. Očito je stvar hitna. Ne mare ni za nedjelju, ni za noć. Što se to zbiva, tko radi, što radi, tko je investitor, tko su izvođači, pitali smo se u čudu kada nam je na WhatsApp stigao dramatični video koji u realnom vremenu prikazuje stanje i događanja na terenu.
Prve informacije govore da je riječ o zemljištu koje je vlasništvo RH (države), a da država sasvim sigurno nije investitor ovih radova, nego izvjesni Sveto Tepić, rodom iz tog kraja, a s adresom u Švedskoj. Došao je, saznajemo od mještana, vjerojatno zbog dogovorenih radova s izvođačem. Zasad poravnava teren, bageri su već progutali gotovo cijelo brdo uz cestu, govore nam i spominju da bi se moglo raditi o pripremi terena za izgradnju budućeg kampa.
Ovdje, nadomak Nacionalnog parka, k tome u području Nature 2000, ekološke mreže koju čine područja u posebnom režimu zaštite radi očuvanja ugroženih vrsta i stanišnih tipova od značaja za EU, to bi trebalo biti gotovo neizvedivo, pomislimo. Jer, Natura 2000 je ustanovljena da bi se očuvalo ili revitaliziralo neko područje povoljno za više od tisuću ugroženih i rijetkih vrsta te oko 230 prirodnih i poluprirodnih stanišnih tipova. Mreža obuhvaća oko 27.500 područja na oko 20 posto teritorija Europske unije, što je, kako navode na svojoj službenoj stranici, najveći sustav očuvanih područja u svijetu. Istina, upravljanje tim područjem, valorizira i respektira interese i dobrobit ljudi koji na njemu žive. Ali, da bi netko mogao, pod okriljem noći, nesmetano izvoditi bilo kakve radove, a pogotovo ako nijedna službena instanca o tome ništa ne zna, i ostati neprimijećen, naprosto je nemoguće.

Nedjelja je navečer. Uz slabu rasvjetu strojeva, nedaleko od Roškog slapa, na predjelu Laškovica- Prosik, u kontaktnoj zoni s Nacionalnim parkom “Krka”, bageri neumorno ravnaju teren, sve se praši. Očito je stvar hitna. Ne mare ni za nedjelju, ni za noć. Što se to zbiva, tko radi, što radi, tko je investitor, tko su izvođači, pitali smo se u čudu kada nam je na WhatsApp stigao dramatični video koji u realnom vremenu prikazuje stanje i događanja na terenu.
Prve informacije govore da je riječ o zemljištu koje je vlasništvo RH (države), a da država sasvim sigurno nije investitor ovih radova, nego izvjesni Sveto Tepić, rodom iz tog kraja, a s adresom u Švedskoj. Došao je, saznajemo od mještana, vjerojatno zbog dogovorenih radova s izvođačem. Zasad poravnava teren, bageri su već progutali gotovo cijelo brdo uz cestu, govore nam i spominju da bi se moglo raditi o pripremi terena za izgradnju budućeg kampa.
Ovdje, nadomak Nacionalnog parka, k tome u području Nature 2000, ekološke mreže koju čine područja u posebnom režimu zaštite radi očuvanja ugroženih vrsta i stanišnih tipova od značaja za EU, to bi trebalo biti gotovo neizvedivo, pomislimo. Jer, Natura 2000 je ustanovljena da bi se očuvalo ili revitaliziralo neko područje povoljno za više od tisuću ugroženih i rijetkih vrsta te oko 230 prirodnih i poluprirodnih stanišnih tipova. Mreža obuhvaća oko 27.500 područja na oko 20 posto teritorija Europske unije, što je, kako navode na svojoj službenoj stranici, najveći sustav očuvanih područja u svijetu. Istina, upravljanje tim područjem, valorizira i respektira interese i dobrobit ljudi koji na njemu žive. Ali, da bi netko mogao, pod okriljem noći, nesmetano izvoditi bilo kakve radove, a pogotovo ako nijedna službena instanca o tome ništa ne zna, i ostati neprimijećen, naprosto je nemoguće.
